Rental from this place (area was decent) maintenance unprofessional( comes into apartment no mask and dress poorly) and office personnel unprofessional (never return calls or emails). They dont return deposit at all even after having it professional clean, its been 2 months, no call or communication at all. Maybe, they more professional if you rent from their more upper class property, but they definitely not a place i will not recommend.

BHHS manages a 5 unit and 6 unit building in Covington, KY for me. What I really love about Allie, Jim, and BHHS team is they partner with you to bring the most value and quality from building. They manage the remodel and reposition, not just handle standard repair needs. Some PMs just want to find tenants and manage status quo. BHHS will help you take the right building to manage upgrades to attract great tenants. Also the use a good online platform that I find easy to navigate.
