He is very rude and unprofessional. I called to make a appointment and the connection was poor so I called on another line being unsure if it was my line and he told me not to do that and told me I was rude. He is bad for business and talks to people like they are his children.

I completed a pre-employment fire department polygraph test here. Its my third test for different departments and this one was the most thorough yet respectful. He asked appropriate questions and avoided improper questions. The examiners polite and explained everything in detail as we went along. After we finished, I even received a restaurant recommendation.
