EDIT (10/17/2019): After my review, things have improved greatly. The next appointment I had I was seen right away and there was no wait. I greatly appreciate that they followed up and care about their customers satisfaction. Very Impressed and I have added more stars to my review as a result. Thank you Hanger.ORIGINAL REVIEW (9/26/2019): Every time I have had to come for an appointment I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time past my appointment time to be seen. This is now my third time coming for an appointment to have my baby’s helmet checked and again I’ve been sitting here for a half hour past my scheduled appointment time. Which is not easy and very frustrating with a 6 month old baby.
