I will never return to this location. I made an appointment for service. A oil change and to have my a.c. serviced and it was there 3 hours. At the end the a.c. was never fixed and Im not sold my oil was changed.

I am very dissatisfied because i took my car to tire plus on mitchell ave and they told me i needed a oil change a radiator hose head lights and 4 new tires i paid 998 to get everything done to only find out everything wasnt fixed now my car is broken down i had no oil in my car no anti freeze nothing was done and my car is still over heating i am so upset i will never come back again

John was very professional on the phone and in person. Got my Moms Toyota in right away to check out a tie leak.

It was okay i had Road Hazzard on my tires and i still paid $24.55 to have the tire put on.

John went out of his way to help me and helped me save money. I always think Im about to get scammed and he just helped me so much I never wanna deal with anyone else. 10/10 would go back for any problem bc I trust them tysm

Efficient, friendly and helpful

I went here yesterday to get my brakes looked at, l specifically told them the noise was in the front. They said they had to do a full inspection. I advised them that the Hyundai dealership just did a full inspection when they fixed recalls a couple of weeks ago and my only issue was front brakes. They came back with an estimate of over $1400 indicating pads and rotors were needed all the way around, a left outer tie rod needed replaced which also meant an alignment was needed and an oil change was needed because my oil was low....among a few other things. I had to correct them to tell them my oil was not dirty, it probably just needed to be topped off and they confirmed that it was not dirty...first lie. I also told them there was no mention of a tie rod issue by the Hyundai dealership...second lie. Back brake pads and rotors were also not noted as an issue...third lie.I paid the $10 for the inspection and left!!!! I knew the front brakes were an issue, so I went to Autozone got pads and rotors for the front. Took them to a mechanic in KY...he inspected everything they said was wrong. He put the pads on the front and turned the front rotors. He said at this time new rotors were not needed. I took them back to Autozone. He said my back brakes were fine and my pads had plenty thickness left. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my tie rod. He came to the same conclusions as the Hyundai dealership.Im not sure if it was my skintone, them thinking that I was one of those gullible uninformed women or both that led them to being COMPLETELY shady but I will never go to this place again. I purchased tires from them before but I will return to being a customer of somewhere else for my tire needs. Just TERRIBLE!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for saying I had over $1400 of repairs needed and I needed front brake pads that cost $85.99 to complete!!!

I go there to repair a tire ad takes an hour and a 1/2. Dont say check everything because youll end up with a bill of a $1000

At 10:00 AM this morning I went to get some air for one tire today and Clay after filling the tire voluntarily sprayed it with soapy water and found the slow leak, What great service! Tammi was all smiles and helped order a replacement. By 3:30 the tire was delivered to store. John was very helpful and got Clay to replace the old tire. All three, Clay, John and Tammi are tremendous representatives for Tire Plus. This is good old fashion customer service that is so rare these days. THANK YOU!!

People who work there stay very professional. Did my car done before the mentioned time. Good price.The waiting area is limited but that is the only downside i discovered.

Normally I have no issues, but today not so much. I dropped my car off for a repair, and they called me later in the day. We discussed pricing, and settled on a price. When I got there to pick up my car, the price was over a hundred dollars more than what I was told. It was eventually worked out, but frustrating to say the least. So if you ask for a price, ask for the out the door price with all taxes and shop supplies included

Took my car in to have two wheel studs replaced for a little over $100, later they called to tell me everything my car needed including tires, all wheel studs replaced, both rear sway bars replaced, a cabin air filter and brake line flushed... totaling near $1500. Took the car to my local mechanic who told me the only thing i needed to consider replacing was my tires. Did I mention they didnt try to sale me on an oil change, even with the screen on my dash saying i was a 1000 miles over due. What a scam of an establishment.

Made an appointment for my wheelchair access van, the only transportation we have for our daughter, they waited until I arrived with a friend who was kind enough to drive me home after drop off to tell me they needed to reschedule. They didn’t bother to call, in fact I found out they had not even entered my very specific appointment into the computer

They were very helpful! Im from out-of-state and they got me back on the road quickly with a new tire at a reasonable price.

This store has a new Manager and he has really turned this place into a quality mechanic shop. There was no pressure or attempt to grossly upsell me products I didnt need, but they did present me with all options for things I could choose to do. That is rare for mechanic shops! Pricing was upfront and straightforward, and my car was worked on promptly. All work was done correctly on the first visit.

I dropped off my wifes car for an 11am appointment for an oil change, and when I called at 2:30pm and again at 5pm, they still hadnt even started on it. Six hours for an oil change with an appointment, and didnt even get it done. I had to pick the car up and get the oil changed at Valvoline instead, where I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. To their credit, they did offer me a voucher for a free oil change. I declined however, as I wont be coming back after having my entire day wasted. What good is an appointment if you cant even get a half-hour service done within six hours?

Greedy and unprofessional diagnostics. The place is open on weekends which is nice, but they tack on potential repairs, and overcharge for parts and service. They are inaccurate in their diagnostics and I feel they constantly re-up work on non-issues. I took my car for a repair and it broke down less than a mile from the shop. They towed it back(thank goodness they covered that) and instead of resolving the issue they recommended more repairs. I might as well asked for a car wash for my ~$700 instead of their work.If youre in Northside take your car to Brocks Auto, theyre honest and give fair assessments and rates.

Ive been going here for years and have always gotten great tires and terrific, fast service. But today was extra special: my car signaled that I had a low tire. I pulled in and Scott immediately ran out, checked my tire pressure in each tire and explained two tires were low and one was high. He fixed the problem and said there was no charge. I was stunned by his kindness and help. What a wonderful person. What a great business. Thanks.

My household has been coming to this location for roughly 3 years and we have finally had enough. We have had many poor experiences over the years including forgetting to put the oil cap back on (numerous times), oil on the floor of the car, and somehow a pair of brand new windshield wipers (installed the prior day) deteriorated while at the shop and needed to be replaced. But this review is in reference to the latest disaster. We had two cars that each needed an oil change, we made the reservations online days in advance. The day after we made the reservation we receive an email saying the store cancelled the service, we called spoke to a gentleman at the store who said we could drop off the second car once our first cars oil change was finished. This was fine and we confirmed that both cars would need to be done by 5pm. We dropped off the first car at 7am for the 8am appointment, that car finished around 1pm at that time we dropped off the second car for its oil change, personally the first oil change took way longer than I preferred. So we dropped the second car off at 1:05pm and went on with our day. We never received a call so at 6pm we went to the store, our second car didnt even move from where we dropped it off. We went inside and they said they didnt look at it and it would be the next car to be seen. THEY HAD OVER 10 HOURS TO COMPLETE AN OIL CHANGE ON TWO CARS!!!! We never received any notice that they were busy, that they needed to keep the car longer, nothing! We were in complete radio silence and that was the final straw, our household will be cancelling out TirePlus credit card and taking our business elsewhere.

Excellent job from the staff. Always willing to help your needs first. Prices are fair for the fact of they back their work and their quick to call on giving you detail updates before they do any additional work.

This Tires Plus was simply just trying to get money out of me. They said my front right axel needed to be replaced, I took it to two separate mechanic shops to double check their work and they both said that was not the problem at all. On top of that, they do not honor promotions. The complete car inspection was suppose to be 9.99 and they charged 21.99 for it.

Tire retailers are tire retailers. Nothing special about any of them. The staff at this Tires Plus were all courteous and professional.

They were very courteous and kind and were able to give me wonderful tires and change my oil. Their service and politeness was much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed tires. My tires keep my children and myself safe and so are of great importance to me.

I had some new tires and wheels and had Michel tire put them on. (Mistake 1) but hey its just tires and wheels. I also had them move my factory tps sensors moved from my factory wheels to my new ones (no problem). Had an alignment done ( no problem). But when I left my car was making a loud noise and I could tell where it was coming from. So I thought...well the tires are on backwards and I need to have them rotated so the tread patterns are not going against the grain ( the tires are uni directional) they can be put on any way the techs want to install them. So I took it back yesterday after a month of this noise. Turns out it was the wheel hub, but I didnt have that problem when I took it in...but as soon as i leave i have a problem. ( from now on i take it to VW or DubWerks). I d ok not mind going to an outside company to do work, but I want it as good as the dealer does it. I cant go back to michel tire plusSo I hope they didnt do this to get me back in there. But the customer service was great.

They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. Im new to Cincinnati and it was very reassuring finding a reliable mechanic and car service in town. I would highly recommend going there for any car needs.

They had my van a month I spent just under $1000 on multiple diagnostics, multiple sensors, multiple gaskets, and engine computer replacement and when they were done I was still unable to drive my van because it needed 2 more parts. Got another shop to put one of the parts in used and my neighbor changed the other and it was finally back running. After a week of it driving I took it back and was going to get a coolant flush, oil change and plugs only cause they had did most of the previous work and was closer than the other shop. I decided to just do the coolant flush, It took them 2 days to do it. When I picked it up my van it would no longer respond when giving gas. I didnt even get a mile away and I turned around and took it immediately back. They said they didnt do anything that would cause that. I informed them I drove it here fine its not driving in the same condition I dropped it off. That was a Friday, they never called back so on the 3rd day in the evening I called them and they said they did not want to diagnosis it and wanted to just refund me my money for the coolant flush and wipe their hands of it. When just a few months prior I spent just under $1000 on repairs. SO BASICALLY BE ADVISED THEY DONT WARRANTY THEIR WORK. Cause they didnt even bother to check if it was even related to the work they did prior. I drove to a mechanic friend to get his opinion why not responding to gas after driving a few minutes and he noticed that I was now leaking coolant and could see a crack on the top corner of my radiator. My radiator is only 1.5 years old and if it would have been cracked before they did the flush they would have noticed while doing the flush and tried to sell me on a new radiator and installation cost. I currently have it at another shop to access the full damage before I take my next action.

I used Michel tires plus location at Mitchell Ave twice so far (once for alignment and the second time for wheel balancing) and both times was very pleased with service. The prices were good since I used their coupons and specials they offered me upfront for these services. More importantly though, I knew what service I needed and the services I got were pretty straight forward. This is what I think those chain places like tires plus excel at. If the issue is something serious that need diagnostics then Ill probably go to a specialized mechanic or google the issue online on specialized forums first to have an idea of whats wrong (this is how I figured my rear spring was broken after some rattling sound came from the back). That said this place has very friendly techs (last time I got all 4 tires balanced while I paid just to balance two tires), is clean and affordable.

I had a bent rim, which they said they would repair, and needed new tires. They put the tires on but never balanced anything or repaired the rim, like they said they were going to do, and didn’t tell me. I knew immediately when I got on the highway it wasn’t fixed. I went to a different location that had no idea why they told me $30 to repair the rim because they typically charge $160 and have a different company do it. I went to a totally different company to check the balance, which was off and I actually had a 2nd bent rim they never caught, so my new tires would have worn totally uneven.

Traveling through when we had a low tire pressure issue. They cheerfully checked all 4 tires and brought them up to normal so we could continue with our trip without interruption. Awesome service for an out-of-towner!

Friendly but would not recommend. Got a radiator flush and they got fluid on my serpentine belt which caused it to squeal. Also tried to over charge for other services. Youre better off going with a place you can trust.

This is not a trustworthy establishment they do not stand behind their word or own up to their mistakes, only come here if you have a decent understanding of cars otherwise they will lie to you and upcharge and have you pay for things you dont need no matter how loyal youve been find someone else or bring a friend who knows cars but do not come here with no knowledge of your vehicle they will lie.

I bought a set of tires here and from day one they were loud and shook the steering wheel. After taking the car back several times they finally just told us that the car was older and just wouldn’t drive like a newer one. Took it to the dealer and was told the tires were defective. Michel tires plus had said since it had been 3 months there was nothing they could do. Purchased a new set of tires from the dealer and noise and steering wheel shake were gone. I had previously bought 4 sets of tires over the years from this location and never will again.

I rarely put my all into these reviews unless a company/business wrongs me in such a manner that I feel the need to write, Ive done business with these guys for the better part of a decade its almost generational my family does business with this specific location, I recently had 1 flat tire on my passenger side rear we went in to get this fixed we specified the tire it literally was the only one that was flat no way could they have mistaken it for the driver side which is what they stated they replaced, either way we came back no later than 2 weeks weve been busy we cant stop our lives to come to them for every mistake especially when its on their end.Any-who they proceed to tell us what tire they replaced while ignoring that was not the tire we stated needed to be repaired and smiled and told us well now youll have two brand new tires no I only needed one fixed in the first place, Sadly Im not there as this is happening because I have work but Im done with this company I cant do the shady practices, the lack of accountability for mistakes, For awhile Ive felt the service has been sub-par I tried to be loyal but I dont trust them to do the job properly anymore this is maybe the 3rd time Ive left them after spending thousands and problems still persist with my vehicle, what am I paying for at this point.This will be the last time I deal with this company too many mistakes no accountability, lacking professionalism this company has went to the gutter I will get my last tire replaced and ill also make sure I ask for the old tire and mark the one you guys claim to have taken off because I cant trust you guys to do the job properly, how dare you tell me the driver what tire I asked to be fixed on a car Ive been operating, how dare you be so incompetent that you claim to have replaced a perfectly functioning tire with another new tire and smile while you state this, I feel scammed, it feels intentional.This review does not feel sufficient enough for the lack of service Ive received, but as I stated at work, Im going to pay off my remaining bill with you guys close the credit card, report this to the BBB and well see from there but you guys stay classy or scammy or whatever you guys like to do over there.

Went here cause the tire prices were cheaper, They checked the front end because of the way my tires wore, They did not know I put new parts in there, the ball joints, control arm bushings etc. They said I needed these parts I went out to the bay where my car was and only seen a inner tie rod end bad. Not even close to being honest with me. But this is everyone, if you let it happen its you not them cause they all do it. I got cheap tires and in at least that way am pretty happy. But watch these people very closely. You have been warned lol

Had a leaky tire, stopped in, they told me to bring it back at 2pm so I dropped it at 1pm, told them Id pick up at 5pm. They said theyd have it done. Got a call at 4:30 saying they just didnt have time. Hmmmmm had an appointment at 2? Do what you say your going to do or tell me you cant do it. Wasted half a day. Im going elsewhere. Tire still leaky. Also people there were stressed seemed to all be having bad days!

I dont recommend this place its shady they will get over on you if your knowledge of cars is lacking theyll try to confuse you and say you need something you dont need while ignoring the matter you initially came in for and if your car doesnt operate correctly even if you just pulled off the lot theyll act as if its a new problem unrelated to something theyve done and try to up charge you even more . . its just not worth find somewhere better with people you can trust if you do go here mark items on your car to see if they actually did the job.
