I just want to say thank you to NV Model and Talent. I am not a model but my guy is and I was helping him in his search for a reputable agency. I even sat in on his first interview. The staff was friendly and professional and Ron Decker who is part owner was phenomenal. I can see why they have been in business 35 years. DJ is excited every time and has learned so much. We walked in and out the door of a few agencies very quickly. NV was the one that made us stay. I know it is a business, but not every business operates with such a warm feel, professionalism, integrity and with a staff that is so enthusiastic to perform their jobs so well.

My first meeting with Ron was warm, friendly and very up front and honest. When asked what was his Why? he responded in a way that revealed the heart behind this agency. The answer: the transformation in people who complete the training. I seen it in me and my fellow classmates and he was right SO RIght. The training cost in my opinion is a small but great investment because this agency covers a lot ground to provide the tools for success. There are no guarantees in this business but what I experienced was Life Changing for someone getting out of a difficult and abusive 7-year relationship.

I have always used make-up, but she taught me so many tips and tricks to help perfect my technique. I have worked with New View for over 4 years now. I was originally signed by Joe and now work with Chester as my main agent. I signed with my first agency at 12 years old and in my nearly 16 years in the industry I have had my fair share of good and bad experiences. New View continues to exceed my expectations with their professionalism, experience, and honesty. I am currently signed with 3 different agencies in other markets and New View is the only agency that makes me feel special. I know they have LOTS of other hardworking and more successful models than myself, yet they never fail to treat me like Im their only model!If you want to model or act it is imperative to understand that you have to be willing to make an investment in your career. New View has NEVER asked me to spend money on things that didnt benefit my career, and they have always been understanding of my budget and what I am willing/able to spend on my portfolio or on training. New View works with major high paying commercial brands and theyre not going to ruin theyre reputation by sending out models who are unprepared without a professional portfolio or reel (and you certainly cant expect to book jobs without those things). The negative reviews about being asked to spend money are clearly written by people who dont understand that.New View has become like a family to me, and even though I no longer live in their market they still regularly submit me for direct booking opportunities and I feel comfortable reaching out to them about even the smallest of things. I am confident that they will always fight for my best interest and I know that when I arrive on a job, not only will I be safe and cared for but my pay will be fair. Their connections in the industry are immense and if you are willing to put in the work, they will work for you every step of the way.

I went in for a consultation/assessment, met with one of the owners. He was very informative, to the point and generally supportive. He insisted that there is an abundance of work available here in Cincinnati, especially for the middle aged. The agency has three payment options for their program, with the first one being the best deal in the long run. So, you pay roughly $1,900 for a series of classes ranging from makeup applications to runway, acting and fashion. I will keep you posted.😘

I found this company to be very professional. From the first contact by phone I was treated great. They made it easy for me to schedule an appointment to meet with them since I live about 2 hours from their offices in Cincinnati. I actually was a little late because of an accident. They were fine with me being late. I met with 3 separate employees. One looks at new models, the other two get jobs for the models. The one agency person took some photos of me on a set that turned out pretty good. They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction (I had 28). They have been around for decades, because of that I am going with them. I figure they are the most experienced. Their models are beautiful. Lots of them work in New York. They help sign you with agents there too. I am totally excited!

I have to say NV has litterally been life changing for me. The agency and people involved helped me be more confident and also gave me a better perspective of life in general. I would not be the person I am today without going through the classes even if you dont think that you need to go through the classes, I promise you they are the key to molding you into your best version of your self! My daughter, Scout, is currently attending instructional courses for preteens at NV to learn various aspects of modeling. Her instructors are very friendly and they share great insight from personal experience about what its like/what the models need to know to be successful in the modeling industry. All the staff and management that weve interacted with have been very friendly and they frequently talk with us (and other parents) to share information or see if we have questions.

I absolutely LOVE this agency. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable of the industry, they really make you feel at home and encourage you to be the best you can be. The facility is well equipped, with an in-house photo studio, runway room, makeup and dressing rooms, etc. Best of all, their connections and good reputation with clients from all over makes it so easy for them to find their talents work. Ive been with them for only a year so far and they have really impressed me with the amount of opportunities they have opened up to me.

I have just had the most awesome couple of weeks in my life! I recently signed up with NV Model Management Group.A few days later, I received the request for my head shot. Nothing happened from that, but a couple of months later,I received my first call back for an interview for a commercial. I drove to Columbus for the interview. It was anexciting experience. It was about one of my favorite issues and gave voice to one of my favorite topics - health careissues and one of my pet peeves - insurance horror stories.A couple of weeks later, I got a call back for a commercial for the Ohio Lottery Commission. That was exciting too!The people at the Yellowhaus Studio and the clients, the Ohio Lottery Commission, were extremely nice, helpful, and supportiveof my efforts. That was very much appreciated because this was my first effort with a live commercial shoot. It was awesome!They gave me a dresser and a makeup artist. I felt so special and appreciated! What a day!Later that evening when I got home, I found a message on my voicemail telling me that I had also landed that previous commercialfor which I had done the insurance horror story! What a fantastic way to start!The people at New View have been super, so supportive and encouraging! This is truly something new and exciting for me and has allowed me to find something new to change my focus and direction. Im so excited and eager to get going! If this is the way its going to be, then Icant wait to see the rest of the journey! New View, Wow! is all I can say in one word!

I was nervous to meet with them but when I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly person at the reception desk. He made me feel completely comfortable. I was then taken to a waiting area then greeted again by one of the agents. She was super nice from the get go. As I said before I was a little nervous but she made me feel better which helped tremendously. We talked about what my goals are (I am a full time student at UD) and how this might fit in with my life. She explained that modeling and acting in Cincinnati is a part time thing and that I should stay in school (mom was happy). We talked about some of their people they represent and how they juggle school, kids, a job and this. She said it’s like interviewing for a job each time you go out for a modeling or acting job. Makes sense to me. I think that will help me interview for grad school in a few years and for my big job once I graduate. She also took a few photos of me on a set with bright lights. I have to say the photos were quite nice. They have a lot of magazines that their models are in. They have models who work all over. I’m signing my contract tomorrow. I’m definitely going for it.

New View is a great place. Its positive and encouraging. I admit, I was skeptical at first, but that has all gone away. Ive been with them for a short two years and Ive been booked MANY important shows. Big names in Cincinnati. I love it here. Everyone is kind, nice and they work hard to get you jobs, no matter who you are. And they actually care about you and your well-being. The classes arent a scam, and they arent just for models and talent, but also for people who want personal development and enrichment. There is no right and wrong agency to go to, but New View is an excellent decision.

I feel bad for my mother in law who paid for me to take classes years ago and I urged her not to, because true agencies wont make you pay to take classes. There are people who are successful here, but they will tell anyone they have what it takes if it means making a sale. :)

Took my son in who was approached by one of their staff to model. We had no idea what to expect or how any of this works. I actually thought it would not be real because we are in Cincinnati. Ive been signed with New View for just over 2 years now and I can say theyve been an incredible agency. Before I started modeling and acting I was a very shy, insecure guy. If youre somebody who is new to the modeling or acting industry they will offer classes for you to take before they sign you. Taking their classes really broke me out of my shell, they make you do photo shoots and act in front of the class and it helped tremendously. My confidence level shot through the roof. Since Ive been signed they have booked me for numerous jobs over the years and Ive made the money back I put into the classes and more. They really try to develop you as a model/actor, they constantly will update your photos for you and help you with anything else you need. Theyve consistently got me castings and have set me up with personal agency interviews with much bigger agencies like Wilhelmina, Ford and Factor Chosen. I unfortunately havent gotten signed with a bigger agency yet but Im also not the best model/actor I can be yet, but Ill get there. Ive also gotten to work on multiple film sets as a stand in or have had a small role. Ive worked with actors such as Hayden Christensen, Patrick Wilson, Ellen Page, Kate Mara and John Travolta. As long as I keep giving it 110 percent I know Ill be successful being with New View. Theyre very hard working and serious, if you give them your all and are also very serious about making modeling or acting a career, I can guarantee you youll be satisfied with them. Not only have they pushed my career, Ive also made an insane amount of great friends and other connections I never thought I would have. 4 years ago I never wouldve thought Id be where I am today and have had the experiences Ive had. So I just want to say thanks to Chester, Joe, Ron, Bridget, Meredith, Jessica and everyone else that works at the agency for everything youve done for me! Love you guys :)

I am someone who recently divorced and was looking for a new hobby/career. I was stopped by a young lady at a mall, I thought this was not real so I did some checking around. Turns out it was real. I visited them and decided to sign after they accepted me. Hands down my best decision second to my decision to divorce my husband. I see everything through a different lens. Bravo

SCAM. I’ve been freelancing in the city of Pittsburgh for about a year before I decided I wanted to audition for an agency. Mind you, I have gotten paid gigs and have been published in a bridal magazine.I submitted pictures online and got an email back from the owner who couldn’t give me any information about the company until days later when I was referred to someone else.I drove 4 AND 1/2 HOURS. After about 10 minutes of reading a commercial and taking a few pictures I was brought into an office by a woman and told how “marketable” I was and how much I could grow within their company. Sounded great. I was told a few success stories and then told I was needed to talk business. I was told I needed to pay $2,000 in order to receive “coaching” over an 18-week program. I already have a modeling portfolio and comp cards and this cost wouldn’t even cover things of that matter. I have been published and had 0 interest in having “modeling classes” This would cost me a $700 deposit plus the cost of driving 4 hours every single weekend. I was also told I would need to dye my hair and was recommended their “colorist” because the woman told me that “you don’t see blondes in magazines”. I was told I would need to pay this $2,000 before I could even be represented and this had to be within a week of meeting with the woman. Point blank this business is a SCAM that only wants to waste your money and time and the agents only want your commission. No legitimate agency would require you to pay an exuberant amount of money for classes that you don’t need. Also half the people that are models with the company are also people that work at the corporate office. STAY AWAY.

Moved here from Atlanta. I was referred to New View by my agent there. I started going on castings the second day. Im super happy. Everyone is super helpful and nice. Like the city too!

Ive been a New View model for the past six years and I couldnt have asked for a better agency to represent me. They not only equipped me with all of the skills that are necessary to be a model, but they also strengthened my ability to promote myself which has led to various employment opportunities. As a model I have financially benefited from my long relationship with New View models and talent, however I think more importantly my time with the agency has allowed me to meet some of my best friends.

Loved it its a bit pricey trying to save more money to join. They have a payment plan but it should be a little lower price. Or at least reduce the amount since my 4 sisters came with me and would like to be a part of this program for a new career.

My son Jordan was wanting to act so we contacted NV Model. Everyone that we met there was very nice and treated my son wonderful. My husband and I was a little nervous about spending the money on the classes, but did it anyway. Jordan was shy about the actual Modeling, but really learned a lot from the instructor. He mostly wanted to focus on acting but ended up enjoying all the classes. They took some really great pictures of him. We hope to hear from them in the near future about an audition for Jordan.

I have been with New View for four and a half years, and in that time I have had the opportunity to work with New View, their clients, models, and actors on many different levels- from coaching, to booking, to auditioning with talent, and even auditioning talent for many local, national, and international clients. Through all of this, the main thing that has stuck with me is that I get to be a part of a company that not only is able to put their models and talent in front of some of the biggest names in the industry, but a company that genuinely cares for their models and talent, and does everything they can to provide them with the knowledge and confidence to step out and pursue this field. New View is constantly opening doors for myself and many other models and talent, and I could not see myself with any other agency.

This place is amazing. I love the staff and their honesty. I rocked the scene reading my the commercial and walking the runway. I hope to get an agent and have booking jobs to follow my dreams to stardom. Lee Ann is a very nice person. I start my classes on March 5th 2018.

I was working with this talent agency yrs ago and sadly wasnt able to complete my training due to life situations preventing me. I actually became homeless and in turn thats what caused me not being able to continue. I would highly recommend this lovely group of professionals, they are very kind and treat you as one of the family. They did a lot for my self confidence for the small amount time i was actually able to attend my classes. I would love to join you guys again if it is an option? I loved the atmosphere and just knowing i had people in my corner to actually give me pointers and the knowledge to make myself better not only as a talent but also as a person. I like this modeling agency. I went to them years ago and I absolutely loved them. My 1st encounter was with Gigi. I was nervous at 1st just like most ppl, but they make u feel relaxed. Yes u have to put money into the organization and most dont like that nor understand it(I was 1 of them at 1st), but in order to succeed in life, u have to invest in yourself. To sum it up, go for what u want & love. After going through here, I was able to do fashion shows in & out of state as well as pageants. I know ppl that have gotten booked for other gigs as well. So, this place for what I know is pretty cool. PSA, this was almost a decade ago I was there lol.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Im leaving this review for the models new to the idustry. Please do your homework. The biggest downfall here is they make you pay over $1,500 for classes that half of the members in the class didnt need to take. The classes were overcrowded to the point where it was hard to get any individual attention and we often didnt even get through the material scheduled for the day. When I spoke up about it, essentially they said oh well and check-out videos on YouTube. Then at the end of the classes they want you to sign a two-year contract with no guarantee of work. I was new to modeling and I really felt like they took advantage of my ignorance of the industry. Now that Ive gained some years of experience, I know that no reputable model agency will ask for money up front, EVER.

This place is horrible and a scam. First off so many red flags I got there and they can we do a photoshoot the pictures were very bad she took them with her cell phone. If your a ligit place you wont be recording me and taking my shoot with your phone. Then got in to her office to tell me how wonderful I was and how I be such a success and plus to the company to tell me that for me starting out I need some coaching four sessions for $1,796. Then left and told her I would think about it. Called after I left and asked if the classes were mandatory she then told me no but they were highly recommended then I asked if I could do some shoots and the money I make off the then take the coaching she told me then she would call me back. Then next day never got a call back so I called her and asked about the picture she took from the photo shoot at my interview. She sent them to me through text that was really bad pics. then sent me a text saying I did talk to the owners regarding your proposition. Unfortunately at this time we arent able to deduct from your bookings once working . As much as I think you should be here coachingis beneficial . We do have a bigger client base . They deserve the best. all this place wants is your money. Coaching doesnt cost this much I know because I know who people who have done modeling and one does coaching her seld and said ehat they asked for was ridiculous . SCAM SCAM SCAM DONT WAIST YOUR TIME.

I went into this establishment several weeks ago looking to place my son with the agency. After looking into the business they also promoted voiceover work. In the past I had been told that my voice is pretty unique. So, I also approached with my son for an opportunity to learn more.There is an earlier review where someone had written about a staff member using a cell phone to record snap shots and runway videos. That also happened to me even though I had stated I was only interested in voiceover work.The talk about being something special due to my age was used as an earlier commenter had stated. - not only to me but to my son.Then, what I expected because of previous reviews, the “trainer” talk for almost $1800.00 per person. Sorry, I’m doing voiceover work. I don’t need a runway coach or an acting coach. After several attempts of emailing my contact to ask about voiceover consulting and no replies communication lines went dead.The person who greeted me initially was wearing inappropriate clothing for “such a special place”. Flip flops and a Mickey Mouse shirt doesn’t cut it. Perhaps, I came during casual business day.Overall, not impressed as the business seems to be selling classes. Because of my experience I would tell anyone looking at doing at least voiceover work is not to go here. It would appear the this business is interested more in selling “classes” than anything else.Very disappointed

When I first wanted to start modeling, I was at the mall and there was a kiosk for this agency and I took a flyer home. I went to the first meeting which was filled with about 20 people and they told us the whole we dont cost you anything talk which was fake because when I went to my private meeting with Bridget, she was very sweet and I liked her a lot. But then she told me that it would be at least 1,600 to get the talent improvement lessons. And i know from previous knowledge that if they ask you for money, its a scam. Then she said that it is not a promise that I will even get any jobs after taking all of those classes and paying a ton of money. Also, when i walked by the coaching room and saw what kind of people there were, I knew for a fact that they would take ANYONE! which is exactly what they do. They want your money. DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY LIKE I ALMOST DID!

I have been with this agency for more than two years, and Im so thankful to be apart of this family. Through the classes towards a great number of bookings, there are so many great experiences and people within this field of business that makes life so extravagant. You come to see yourself and others improve in this agency. Being apart of the Cincinnati area has many big brand names and designers that the agency has come to work with. This family is always there to take care of you and ready to lead you on the path to success. Looking back, I feel like I have gained more than I thought I would have grasped from this agency, No matter if your heart follows the runway, photo shoots, or being on camera for commercials; this agency will prepare you to work effectively but enjoy your time. For me, I thought acting was all I had to the table, but this agency has brought out the model from inside and now my heart flutters as I go down the runway and do photo shoots.I hope to follow other great models, within the agency, that have gone to Chicago and New York. I highly recommend anyone, no matter who you are, come to this agency you wont regret it. I am proud to call New View my family, and always excited to look for more years to come.

I am a talent of New View so for those of you that read this, it may sound biased. I contacted New View in November because my friends family went through the agency. So, hearing from family and friends that I should consider modeling, I contacted them. I wasnt found at the mall, I literally contacted New View and talked to them. This right away will cancel out the reviews that say they only find people at malls and other locations when there are people I know that have personally contacted New View. There are talents from all across America that fly to New View and drive because of the connections this agency has. Ive even met New Views big name models like Michael first-hand, he took my head-shot. He is even in a Speedway commercial that is on TV! Anyways... from listening to reviews and even talking to the great staff members which include Bridget, Gigi, Kara, Chester himself and the coaching staff... the message I took away was you gotta get yourself out there, get up off your behind and work hard! The classes teach you the basics of modeling and acting and this is where you take what you learn and apply to grow. I was signed up in May of 2014 and didnt receive my first booking till July! But, in the time between, I kept in contact with Chester and Bridget to make them know I am interested in working and dedicated to the agency. The lesson to take from this is acting and modeling isnt for everyone... and even if you pursue it, understand that its just like a career, it takes time to build yourself.. no one becomes famous as soon as they join an agency and New View is the same way. Trust what you think is good for you and not what others say. I love what New View has to offer and will continue to work for them.

My wife worked with a different agency and was frequently getting audition notices and casting calls. She got a fair amount of work from them, too. And she was always paid within 90 days, per her agreement. When she signed on with New View, she received very few audition notices and casting calls, and the ONE job that she did 6 months ago, she has still not been paid for. My son, who we were told would get a lot of work, paid $1700 to sign on with them and to take the classes, and only received one job in the 9 months that hes been active. I wouldnt call it a scam. I believe they truly intended to get both of my family members work.... I just dont think they really can follow through.

Ive been working with New View for over 4 months and I have been loving it! The people are great, always positive and fun to be around and Ive found more confidence in myself through my experience with them. :)

First off I would like to thank my Good Lord for opening the door to New View. The way I dress and the way I act is all due to my Lord opening those doors to New View. I would like to show before and after New View Pictures but I dont have that option. I look at pictures from before and now and I am just in awwwww. After I have my surgery I am defiantly going back and refresh and move on. I constantly practice as I wait for my surgery. I have been told by many that knew me before New View I have made a very big change and for the better. All the people I delt with at New View is absolutely fabulous, super sweet, I love them all to pieces. I met many people in class and they were full of encouragement. Having my son there with me going through all of the classes was so awesome and helpful. I wish I could be going through the classes over and over again as I wait on my surgery just so I can be around them all the time and keep working with them to better myself even more. I hated it when the classes ended and can not wait to get back. THANK YOU NEW VIEW STAFF!!!!!!!!!!

Asked money to join, real agencies do not ask for money. I am a professional model in Colorado and can only laugh at these con-artists/shills. ------- The owners response is amazing and hilarious; spout all the big names and places ALL YOU WANT, it wont hold any weight... And you have to ask about DENVER MODELING? Keep telling people to do homework when you dont do any yourself; thanks Kimberly. And seriously, you take 7 months to respond? Thats all you have to offer?AS A PROFESSIONAL MODEL, there are no ways an agency themselves should demand money from the model. If you cant accept what they can provide on their own terms, you are not legit.

My daughter signed up, paid $1000, and took all the classes back in February 2019. No call. No word since we walked out the door.Update: been a year and a half and have gotten one email for an OPEN audition that was at noon about an hour away from my house on a school day. Been around for a long time. Everyone knows they are THE agency in the area. They have started careers for a lot of big models.

I would steer clear from this company....my daughter was a model with this agency for 1 yr....after that I took her out....they just want your $$$$. They will promise you casting calls galore and in fact once I paid the $$$ to this agency...never EVER heard from them again.....true story......wish someone would have for warned me!!!

I found this company on Instagram, met with them on a Tuesday and signed up for a 4 day workshop that was a lot of fun. I had very qualified and fun photographers, makeup artists and even Asha Daniels from Project Runway who helped me pick my clothes for my portfolio and card they use to market me. I had a great time, met some super cool people and got some fanrasric photos of myself. I am super excited pumped about the future!

Working at New View has been an amazing experience for me. From the time I walked through the door, and checked in with the receptionist, I felt nothing but warmth, friendliness and acceptance- things that I did not expect to feel at a model and talent management agency. New View is unique in that its focus is not just on the tall and skinny 20-somethings, but also babies, kids, preteens as well as seasoned adults. We literally represent babies to grandmas here! I have seen so many people come into the agency, just waiting to be shot down, and let down because of some of the crazy reviews on here and absolutely fall in love with this place. Each person is treated as an individual here- there is no one size fits all way for you to be marketed. I have been working with New View for over 15 years booking talent for video and photography work. The talent they provided for my past 100 assignments has been nothing short of excellent. My clients comment, after the delivery of every project, that the talent from New View was the best talent that theyve ever worked with across the country. The clients I am referring to include KAO, P&G, TSC, and AMIG. I know that Chester will submit the talent I specify and often times, he submits talent I would have overlooked, if I was just looking through their website. Chester will work any hour of the day to make sure the talent and I are ready for each shoot. There isnt an emergency he cant handle, if something goes wrong through no fault of his or mine. I will continue to work with New View models for the rest of my time in this industry. Thanks New View. You are the best!

They rush you and make you nervous. They didnt even give me time to prepare and didnt really even take a few minutes out to have conversation to get to know me . It was terrible.

I have been signed with New View for about two years now and have yet to have a bad experience. I am/have been signed with numerous agencies across the nation including big ones like Wilhelmina and Ford, and so Ive gained a lot of experience with Agents. I can tell you that the agents at New View are a class act. I know they care first and foremost for the girls/guys instead of the paychecks they bring in, which is SO refreshing. Chester, the main booking agent, has become more like a friend with how hospitable he is. He is always there to listen to me and answer any questions. There have been times he has told me not to take certain jobs even though it would bring in money, but he knew it would be too hard on me to travel to each... I was blown away! Joe, the owner, is more than welcoming and respectful each time I come by. He always makes me smile! Ron and Brandon in finance are always on top of my checks by keeping me very informed each month when which checks are being paid. I couldnt be more grateful for this group of people. You may think that cincinnati is a small city compared to many others where there are modeling markets, but you wouldnt know it from walking into this office. They keep me very busy with numerous shoots and castings happening in the area close and some even out of state. They are truly the prestigious agency in the kentucky/Ohio ages and are great for placing girls with bigger agencies (they got me with an agency in North Carolina and in Miami in a matter of months from signing). I could only imagine that any poor reviews out there are from people who simply werent cut out for the hard and critical model and acting industry. Its truly not for everyone. But I thank God each day for Him bringing these people into my lives because they make this industry not seem so hard!

I met a lovely woman at a restaurant in Kenwood. She approached me and gave me a card then said I had a good look for their clients. I called the next day, went to a meeting where she explained how everything works in the business (very interesting btw). After some questions and thinking about it I signed with NV 2 days later. These guys have it going on. When I was in there to sign they had 2 auditions going on in their office at the same time. One was for Gillette the other one was some commercial audition for moms and babies. I really think this is going to be a lot of fun! Now I found out they represent some really big models who do work all around the World. I almost feel famous already! haha
