They close at 7 it says 9 but they do last call 2 hours before close which last call means closed but whatever. When a place says they are closed they’re generally talking about last call. I.e. retailers say they close at 10pm meaning registers close at 10. Restaurants will say they are closed meaning last call for food is at that time. They can stay after that time but no more orders for food after that time. So why they say they close at 9pm is beyond me when really last call is at 7pm and you can’t start a load after 7pm.

This laundromat is always clean and easy to use. They have plenty of units and they have set up an app to use for laundry so no more quarters to haul around. Makes it super convenient. The staff there is always courteous and super nice! Highly recommend coming to do your laundry here.

This laundromat is one of the best in the area. I like their new card machine, so easy to use and they still offer change for cash if you need it too. Real friendly staff and big enough that you can feel safe during covid.

A good place to do your laundry. Its clean, relaxed atmosphere, great equipment makes for doing laundry. Very helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. They also provide drop-off, pickup laundry services.

Loads nicer than the one in Fairfax, machines are usually full and there are few, making the out of order ones especially inconvenient. Nice to have the option to pay without needing coins though!

Nice washer staff ok

Clean and quick machines imo, about 25 or so minutes for the washer and you get to choose the time for the dryers starting at 7 minutes per quarter.I spent about 14 dollars for three washers and two dryers (for 21 minutes each). Idk Im not mad at it, first time at a laundromat and I was impressed.

The best laundromat Ive ever experienced. No wine, espresso or anyrhing fancy but the machines are spotless and the people who work there could not be nicer. Ill almost be sad when I finally replace my dryer and dont go there anynore.

No single load washers. Other customers extremely rude and saw some doing drugs in the parking lot and playing loud music as if it was a party. If you have to get your detergents, etc. there its about $5 per load. Price gouging because they are the only laundromat in town now? I give two stars because they are close to me. No other positive thing to say.

My dryer broke and i needed to go to a laundromat. Found this on internet. THIS IS A REALLY CLEAN MODERN LAUNDROMAT. Lots of seating. Baskets. Folding tables. And good vending machines for snacks. I RECOMMEND MUSIC

Nice place to wash, but nothing that stands out

This place is great! Easy in and out experience. Lots of washing machines of all different sizes to fit whatever you bring. My queen-sized comforter fit just fine in one of their washers and their were even larger washers I could have used. The washers and dryers worked fine, the whole place was clean, and there was free wifi. What more do you want in a laundromat. Highly recommended.

First time back since the upgrades. You can use coins as well as debit/credit cards now! Very clean and well maintained! Friendly and helpful staff.

Even though the staff is always friendly and cooperative, the machines are in disrepair.There are several driers that do not operate or have caught fire, a hint that they do not keep the lint drawers clean. The bathrooms have been frequently closed, making the need for the outside portajon.And a normal sized load, about 20lbs, does not come out dry even after 30+ minutes...

Get there to be with clean clothes

Placed laundry in washers and ran a errand to get items for my trip out of town. Washer had 25 minutes and I was gone approx 30 minutes. Came back and my clothes had been removed at request of an old hag. NEVER have I had this happen before. Ive been in there when every dryer had been in use and had 2 loads of wet clothes and NEVER have I demanded that someone else laundry be removed for my convince. Im so glad none of my items were stolen. Needless to say I will be finding another laundry facility.

Sunday December 15, 2019..... here now and its my first and last time here. Machine took some of the quarters I fed it. I had to go through hassle as if I was lying just to get the situation corrected. I ended up paying extra money then needed. Poor customer service.

Wonderful staff attended & very clean place.

I forgot to do this last Friday while I remembered the attendants name that was there after 5pm. SUPER pleasant and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I am extremely picky so I called ahead to get information and a feel for the environment. The facility and equipment were clean, functioned well and most importantly I got my monies worth. THANKS

Called and specifically asked if I could drop off on Saturday night (dry cleaning) and pick up Monday evening. They said yes I drove 25 minutes up there to have the same person who told me yes say it would be Tuesday night. I needed the clothes clean for a job interview Tuesday morning. Absolutely unbelievable. Dont go here.

Best laundromat I know of in Cincinnati. Only downside is last load at 8:30. The facility is clean and maintained well, the WiFi works, change machine works, excellent washers, and pleasant bathroom. Just wish they were open a bit later.

Ive been coming here a while and never really thought it was AMAZING. The washers are always working (which you probably know if a rarity) and they have a lot of choices for small, medium, large, and xl washers. Lots of dryers (theres always one open) and its kept pretty clean, since there is ALWAYS an attendant present.Today, however, I watched a 20-something employee do several favors for an older man trying to wash his clothes. She even when out of her way to grab him a chair so he could sit down in front of the washer to load it and helped him load a second washer next to it.Customer service like that is very hard to find. It should be applauded and rewarded. This place treats their customers extremely well. I may just do laundry here for the rest of my life.

Great place for drop-off laundry service. Their attention to detail is better than my own in washing instructions and getting to bring home a stack of dry, folded laundry is super convenient.

I was only up here for my daughters surgery which took two and a half weeks. I did a lot of my laundry through Cincinnati Childrens until we were out of the hospital and before we left. I stopped in here which had several washers and dryers, and a few places to sit and read, or plug up your laptop and even connect to their WiFi. Made me wish I had a place like this when I was in my early twenties.
