We had them come out and remove junk from our old office. They were punctual, professional, and they did an amazing job. They even worked a little harder to save us some money, would highly recommend using them !

I was just surprised when they arrived, that I would have to be paying for the service. I had seen some place online that comes to get your stuff and they recycle/donate all the items at no charge. When I searched to find them again, I found Junk King. There is no mention of what you charge on your website, and/or there was no mention of the charges when I booked the appointment. Your phone people should definitely go over the charges when someone books an appointment. Thats the only reason for the three stars. The guys were very thorough and helpful. Also, I was assured that you guys recycle/reuse/donate all possible items, so I hope that is true. I wouldnt have had them take some of the items if I didnt think they would be reused.

I had a few things that had to be shuffled and asked for a later appointment. They answered my questions and offered a 2-4 pm window. They kept in touch via phone and text and I was able to get them here without any hassle. They assessed the situation, gave me a quote and had the work done faster than even they had quoted! I have used this business a few times and can say honestly it has been a smooth operation every time. Logan and DJ were easy-going, strong and efficient. I had a decent experience with Junk King. The two guys who hauled the stuff out were quick and courteous. However they showed up 45 minutes past the 2 hour window time slot that I booked. And when hauling a fridge out of my basement they scraped my outside concrete steps.I dont know if I will call them again to remove any more items from my house.

I’ve used junk king before for our yard waist and used them today for appliance removal. We have a dumpster right now for spring cleaning. The crew arrived on time and quickly took years worth of accumulated things that were too good to just throw away and appliances that werent needed due to a kitchen remodel.
