Old building repurposed for modern living. Wonderful community, quiet space, great amenities. The front-office & maintenance staff is incredible.

I love living here so much that I just renewed my lease for another year. The amenities are great - the dog park especially if you have a dog and the grill area is nice to have for warm weather. I have only had one or two small maintenance problems and maintenance always shows up promptly. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and the complex is kept very clean throughout. The entire leasing office staff is great to work with too. Overall, great complex ran by great people. Cant beat the downtown location either! Close to lots of restaurants and bars.

Ive been here a year, and renewed recently for another because I love my loft! Great mix of historic character and brand new appliances & amenities. Very pet friendly, very responsive management. Cool deals and partnerships with nearby businesses. Parking right next door. Everything you need!

Love this place! Weve been living here now for over a year. Awesome community, efficient and kind employees, and a clean facility. I also love our view from the 6th floor. The only downside are that the church bells ring EVERY fifteen minutes (7AM - 10PM). Somehow we missed that when taking the tour. Unfortunately, its something you have to compromise for the killer view....

Sycamore place is a great place to live! I have lived here for 4 years and have loved every minute of it. The building is constantly being renovated and we now have a brand new outdoor space and dog park. The office staff is always very happy to help at any time with any requests especially Brandon!

Love these apartments! Been here roughly a month and moving in was smooth, the first month has been great! I signed a longer lease and I already want to extend it. The community is very safe, for it to be downtown and it’s convenient to everything! Parking is right across the street which is good for the downtown area. All the neighbors are so friendly and the leasing staff is amazing! I’d recommend again and again!

We loved our apartment the moment Brandon showed it to us. The apartment suits us perfectly: the size, lay out, location, and price. Weve been here nearly a year and would never have dreamed that the management would be so awesome. The residents living here are friendly, good people of all ages and family types. Its a diverse and genuine community for those interested in being connected to their neighbors. With the new outdoor space theyve built for us, I expect the community to become even more tight.

These past few months have been great at Sycamore Place. Brandon in the office is a great guy, he’s always responsive to emails and whenever I see him he never hesitates to greet me or my roommate. The maintenance guys are also great, they responded to an issue we had within an hour of us requesting them. With the new amenities that they’re working on, I’m looking forward to their openings!

Wonderful location, walking distance to multiple downtown destinations, restaurants and night life. Large, unique spaced rooms and an extremely accommodating staff. Also with an ever expanding footprint including new outdoor space. Ideal downtown living.

Serendipity brought me to Sycamore Place, and I couldnt be happier. Grabbed the first unit I could get, and then moved within the building to an apartment Ill inhabit for several years to come. Cant beat the location and have made friends throughout the building. Appreciate how attentive the staff is to my random questions and occasional requests for help or local recommendations.

Just moved here after 17+ years of living in Indian Hill. Big change but just in one week am thoroughly enjoying it. The building is great and management -- Nicole, Alexa, Maggie -- have been very responsive.

The staff have been extremely helpful, kept the premises cleaned and safe during cover-19 outbreak, and the apartment is great!
