My husband and I relocated to Cincinnati and Iva and the team at Premier City Properties have been so helpful and accommodating throughout this whole process. We originally stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment until the 1 bedroom became available. The building was quiet, there was a nice area for the dogs and plenty of parking space. It was very clean when we arrived and we got in late and it was not a problem. Dan met us around 7pm the night we arrived and stayed with us to give us our keys and fill out paperwork so we didn’t have to get a hotel the night we arrived, which was so nice after traveling for 10 hours! When the one bedroom was available Iva was in contact with us and we had a smooth transition with help from Dan (he’s the go-to guy who is always there if you need help!) moving in. The one bedroom was clean upon arrival and we love it! It has a cute porch and a perfect yard area for our dogs. We are very happy with the whole experience Iva and her team have done for us and thank them for welcoming us to Cincinatti stress free! 😃

Iva and her team made our transition from Nevada to here in the Midwest a very easy process. From giving us a two bedroom till our one bedroom was available, to Dan being available to check us in when we got into town late after 3 days of driving. Ivas place at Premier City Properties is super convenient for anyone trying to find a wonderful place to stay in Cincinnati. We stayed at two of her apartments in the same building for more than 3 months and our stay was excellent. Iva is super responsive to day to day questions, suggestions on fun places around as well as quick to resolve any issues. Iva is a great communicator and tried to make sure our stay was comfortable and would check often to see how we were doing. During our stay, the neighbors living in the other units were very friendly as well. The area is safe and very close to UC and Downtown. We would highly recommend Iva and her place. Iva also timely shared checkout instructions (which were very detailed and thorough). Just make sure to follow the checkout instructions scrupulously to receive the full security deposit on the lease. We got ours without any delays!

I am an international student and had to come for rotation in Cincinnati for two months with my wife. I Searched everywhere for accommodation, which was very hard from abroad. I have been to Cincinnati several times but this trip was for work and I didn’t want to stay with family since my stay was a little longer than my previous . I had made prior arrangements but I wasn’t certain about the place so I got on Airbnb to search. I found a place I wanted, close to the hospital and all the stores I frequent back home. I couldn’t have been more than happy to stay there and when I had to extend my stay, the leasing process was easy to go through. The perks: the easy and straightforward application and lease process, the unbeatable rates for the fully inclusive accommodation with flexible terms to suit my needs, exactly as described, free parking, central location as well as the 24 hr maintenance. I will come back and refer friends and family anytime.

Javier and I decided to move to Cincinnati from Puerto Rico at the peak of COVID-19 pandemic to complete an internship with the University of Cincinnati. The process was smooth and relieving to complete with Iva via the phone and e-mail communications. We especially appreciated Iva’s attention to detail and willingness to clarify questions we had about living in Cincinnati, its walkability to our internship, flexibility surrounding changes like working from home, and her diligence in getting back to us quickly if we were unable to reach her at a given time. Additionally, any maintenance concerns we had were promptly handled by Dan who is very accessible throughout the day in the building.We rented a two bedroom apartment that was very comfortable for us to live in and also work from home as needed as it is fully equipped with comfortable furniture (beds, working desks, chairs, dining tables, coffee table, sofas, TV, fully equipped kitchen, among other essentials), high-speed internet with all utilities included. This was a big relief for us as we did not have to navigate different providers for these essential services as they are all included within the monthly rent.Lastly, we especially valued the tranquility of the building and the quiet area where the apartments are located (comfortable and accessible to nearby hospitals, pharmacies, grocery stores, university all within walking distance) which made it possible for us to work comfortably throughout the day and be able to get high quality sleep throughout the night (and the beds are very comfortable!)We have recommended Premier City to an intern who is now renting and moving forward we will share Iva’s information to all future interns because it is the affordable and ideal option if you are relocating temporarily to Cincinnati and are unsure of how long you will be living in the city. Lastly, we greatly appreciated Iva’s flexibility in extending our lease as we needed some additional time to figure out our future employment options and we are glad we had her support!

Wanted to give a feedback on my stay in one of the apartment at 271 McGregor Ave. from Premier City Properties. I arrived on September 22, 2019, and since then Ive got pretty good attention from either you or Aidan, with any requests that me and my family have had. First month was using Air BnB, however, as my plans to stay are undetermined for now, we decided to stay longer and it was a easy process to fill the application forms, even that as we come from another country, we are not US citizens, but all documentation I had was good enough.Also having the fully furnished apartment saved us a lot of inconveniences, as being new to the Country and the City, was something that we didnt have to worry about. Neighbors have been respectful, and also you have been helpful with kind of day to day questions, such good places to visit, if there are any formalities, such as signing into nearby libraries.As per my job location, this departments are pretty close to downtown, which makes pretty easy for me to go to my job and takes kids to school on my way there (at least pre-Covid), there are multiple other things that come easy because of the convenient location, we just recently extended our contract, we have not really faced any issue, and the 24 hour support provided is pretty helpful as well.Again, thanks for all the support since day 1, all suggestions and recommendations have been very helpful.

My stay with Premier City Properties has been a pleasant experience. The staff was very accommodating. They were able to arrange for me to move into a fully-furnished apartment with only a few days notice, even during the global pandemic. The maintenance staff was very quick to respond to any issues that occurred. They were also able to arrange for my sister and I live in the same apartment without another roommate even though there was an empty room.

Our experience with Premier City Properties (specifically working with Iva) has been nothing short of amazing! My husband and I had to temporarily relocate from our home 2 hours away to deliver our baby in Cincinnati. At first, we had rented an AirBnB from a stranger (not associated with PCP) and found several issues with it, causing us to move into a hotel for 2 nights. We contacted Iva while there, and she had the solution for us. We needed to get somewhere fast, as I was approaching labor, and she was able to get us into an apartment the very next day. It was clean, in a great area, spacious, and she even went out of her way to make sure we had fresh sheets on the bed. We’ve switched units now (something that was clearly communicated from the beginning due to availability) and the second one is somehow even better than the first! The building is locked so we feel safe but is easily accessible. Laundry is in the building and very clean and reasonably priced. Our neighbors in both units have been courteous and friendly. Parking is simple. The entire experience has been truly great! Almost 40 weeks pregnant and away from home can be stressful and uncomfortable but Iva and Premier City Properties have made it simple and given us a true “home away from home”. We will always use them going forward and recommend Iva to take complete care of your needs!(Update: we are having to stay in Cincinnati for an extra week due to our daughter still being in the hospital. We were ready to pack up and rent a hotel for a few nights because our lease is up with PCP. Iva has worked it out to make sure we have the apartment for this week and don’t have to worry about a place to stay during this unforeseen circumstance.)

Iva was very helpful and was able to help me with any issues that occurred while i stayed there. The maintenance guy was very nice and took care of the issues as soon as they occurred making it most convenient for me. I had an arrangement that required me to have a roommate but i didnt want one so conveniently Iva set it up with someone who was out of town for the time i was renting. It made things more comfortable and great. I would recommend to anyone to stay at that apartment complex for it was affordable and located near Kroger for groceries right by the main expressways to get around the city. Premier City Properties was great they were fully furnished and provided a all the accommodations i needed and returned my deposit back when i asked for it.

I am a student at the University of Cincinnati and I stayed here for a short period .I needed it fully furnished and all inclusive and I was very worried until I found Premier city properties, which made me very happy . I would like to thank PCP for all the services being provided to me from the first day. I got an offer in Cincinnati and had to move immediately, so I had limited time to search for an apartment. Given that I wanted to rent a furnished place with flexible duration, my choices were limited. Thank god I found Premier City Properties from Google search, and I immediately noticed it has very good reviews from past renters. I called the office and Iva took the call and talked me through the options. I couldnt believe I could move in on the exact day I wanted. Throughout weekends, I maintained contact with Iva, and she was very patient to help me out with applications. As I missed paying the deposit, application fee and first month rent on Friday for them to effectively process and receive it, I was a bit concerned. Then I called Iva again, and she was very helpful to find me another option to pay. That was a big relief! I knew that I didnt have to worry about not being able to move in on Monday. And when I arrived, Iva agreeably showed me everything in the apartment. The place was very well maintained. This apartment complex was very convenient for my personal situation. I had a 3 month stay in Cincinnati for work and I was struggling to find a place on a short term lease. Premier City Properties was able to find me an apartment that enabled me to stay on a short term lease for an affordable price. It also came fully furnished which was a huge plus. All I had to do was bring my luggage and amenities. The management team was very helpful in the move-in and move-out process and were available day and night. As a young person that needed to be mobile at the time, the apartment was perfect. The property is also very accessible to campus, food outlets, and nightlife.

Getting in contact with them was so easy for my roommate and I when we were looking to rent short term for a student co-op in Cincinnati. The fellow occupants of the building make it a calm, quiet place to live.

After seeing the apartment online and hearing about it on the first phone call I was excited to be able to rent the apartment. I was looking for a short term lease for a semester and this property was the only one to include utilities and still have a good price with good reviews. Moving in was made very easy and I was glad to see the apartment looked exactly as I expected it to from the photos online. After meeting my roommate I was glad that he was nice. I am thankful of the experience I am having with this company. I came in needing a temporary month lease and then a year long lease for my first year in graduate school. Iva was very helpful in arranging my temporary stay and helping me get the apartment I am in at the moment. My time with Premier City Properties was an amazing experience. I loved living here with amenities and close proximity to downtown, campus, OTR, shopping, and the Children’s Hospital where I worked. It was the perfect accommodation for my needs during my internship over the summer. My father and I were nervous about living here at first, but Iva was very reassuring and friendly in all of our conversations. That friendliness continued even after I signed my lease and moved in, which is a testament to her character as a landlord. In the Fall of 2019, I received  an internship with GE Electric Aviation. I was very happy to have received but I knew i had to relocate to Cincinnati, OH which is far from home since I am from South Carolina. After receiving my offer, I started my search for fully furnished apartments throughout the Cincinnati, OH area. Eventually, I came across Premier City Properties which by far had the best pricing, location, and staff. When I called, the staff was very friendly and gave me clear instructions on how to put in an application and was always there when I needed them for any questions that I may have had. Once I put my application in, I received very detailed instructions on how to pay my deposit and application fee. All the way up until move in day, the staff kept in contact with me to make sure that I would have a swift move in process. When I arrived, it was exactly what I expected and the staff was there to meet and greet my Mom and I.  My Mom and I  was really impressed by the staff and the apartment itself. The apartment  that fully furnished and sparkly clean and I really enjoyed my stay throughout the summer. Throughout my stay, I had no issues with the maintenance of the apartment and I couldn’t believe how quite and respectful the neighbors in the building were. From the very first call and until the end of my stay Iva was very helpful to me and helped walk me through the steps ensuring I received my deposit and I was able to receive it online the same day. If I come  back to Cincinnati, I would most definitely book again. Also, I would suggest anyone to stay here if planning to move to the Cincinnati, OH area.

Premier City Properties has been great to work with. They reached out to me when I was looking for a short term place to live during an away rotation at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. They were very responsive to my initial calls and emails, and were willing to work with me when I had difficulties with payment prior to my arrival. The location was close to the hospital, and although it is far to walk (1.5 miles, approximately 25 minute walk) it is a short 7 minute drive. There is a grocery store located 0.5 miles away (approximately a 15 minute walk) or a 3 minute drive. It is fine to walk during the day, but it is safer to drive at night. The apartment was clean and provided furniture and kitchen ware. We had an issue with a few big bugs, but Premier City Properties immediately responded to our concerns and stopped by the next day to investigate, and we had no further issues. My roommate was pleasant and we didn’t have any issues. I was glad PCP was able to match me with a female roommate. PCP answered my calls at anytime, answered my questions, and provided me with cleaning supplies to clean the apartment before I moved out. Overall, this was a good experience, very hospitable, and a fine place to stay during my time in Cincinnati.

If you are looking for a place to live, and you don`t want to spend time with furniture or house utilities, Premier City Properties is the right choice for you. The apartment is exactly like the picture on the company website, and you just have to bring your clothes because all the things are already there for you. The property at McMillan Street is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, and bus stops. The staff was careful to find a quiet apartment with girls in the same lifestyle as mine, which helps a lot in rest and daily activities.

I want to thank you and your team very much for my 3+-month stay at your McGregor Ave apartment. From the application to the move in process to the move out you guys were great, I even got my full deposit back within 7 days! Definitely exceeded my expectations. I had a good time at the apartment overall. I really appreciated Aiden taking the time to go through the moving in package with me at the beginning and answer all my questions about the place. He was always quick to reply if I reached out to him with any issues. I really appreciated that the apartment appeared to be newly furnished and well maintained. The apartment was clean and I liked the set up of the place including having a walk in closet in my room, which had a lot of extra space for luggage. The size of the kitchen was adequate for my stay, and I liked that the kitchen was equipped with very good quality pots and pans, similar to what I would have at home. I also appreciated Ivas care and conscientious attitude when responding, its obvious that she cares about making sure you have a good experience. Thankfully, I also received a full refund on the security deposit, which is always good. Overall I would recommend the place to my people who are staying in the area.

Ever since the first moment, one can see that Iva lives up to the promise of “welcoming in your new home away from home”. I spent 6 months in Cincinnati for a fellowship in the University. The location of the apartment is very convenient for people working in the University or at Christ or Children’s hospital, which can be both reached with a short walk or with the shuttle. Market and restaurants are in walking distance as well. Moreover, the area is well served by the bus company, so you can easily reach the city center without the need for driving. This is particularly useful for international visitors like me, coming from abroad and not owning a car. Still, there is plenty of parking near the apartment.The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment is cozy and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped; linen and towels are provided. There is air conditioning both in the living room and in the large bedroom. The building has a coin laundry.Iva and Aiden have been really precious hosts. Though being very respectful of the guests’ privacy they provide a lot of information and recommendations about how to move and what to see in the city. They are readily available and very helpful.In addition, they try to match their guests with their roommate. One thing that she did that was especially outstanding, to make me feel more comfortable, was that she managed to room me with another female, instead of leaving me to share with a man, which was the original set up and the only room available at the time. I am also thankful to Aidan, who is surprised me with his friendliness and outgoing personality. He is very reliable and always available to fulfill any request, no matter how big or small. All in all, so far it has been a great experience, with wonderful people who make sure that you can call Premier City Properties, your home away from home.

Finding an apartment with Premier City Properties was very easy. They quickly responded to every request and found a place that perfectly suited my needs. The most important thing for me in this apartment was the possibility to lease for just six months, without worrying about subleasing once I had to leave the city. Also, being fully furnished with utilities included, I didnt have to worry about anything. Not being able to come to Cincinnati for apartment hunting, I had to trust Premier City Properties, and I was not disappointed! After paying the holding fee, the room was booked for me. When I arrived, they were waiting for me in my apartment, where everything was set up and ready for move-in. The apartment is just as I saw it on the pictures online. The staff was really helpful on my move-in day. It was an easy process and I found what I expected. In general, I had a positive experience with Premier City Properties LLC. This was a convenient place to stay since the apartment is fully furnished and has all bills included. Besides that, the apartment is located in a place that provides easy access to bus lines to the downtown and uptown, supermarket, drugstores, hospital, Target, and restaurants. At the same time I have also the opportunity to share the apartment with two amazing and professional girls. For me it was also convenient since I had the option to easy book for a short term while I had time to check other neighborhoods and better know the city.

My journey started with a phone call in July 2018, only a month before starting my nursing program. Safe to say I was pushing it close trying to move from NYC. Knowing my time in Cincinnati was only temporary, I was looking for a place for a place that was close to my school and fully furnished to make things easier for myself. During the first phone call all my questions were answered. I explained my needs and luckily this property met them all. As mentioned I only had a month before I needed to be in Cincinnati. The booking and application process was quick and easy to my surprise. After the first conversation I was told what was needed from me and I started right away to get things necessary to secure a place. I was able to pick and choose my own move in and move out date. Once I finally made the move, the apartment was nicer than I expected. I took a risk not visiting the place before hand but given the time and situation I was not able to see the place in person, only in pictures. The place is nicer than what pictures may portray. The location was perfect, less than a 10 minute drive to my school and it’s close to popular places in Cincinnati such as OTR. The roommate match was a pleasant surprise as well. I was matched with someone that was in the same program as I am and he was also moving from out of state as well so there were plenty similarities which made our friendship grow very quickly. We never had an issue during our time together. I’m thankful for Iva for being so proactive and thoughtful for putting us together. It was a great idea. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartment was quiet as well. I don’t recall hearing much noice from any of my neighbors. I can tell everyone here were very professional and respectful. Having 24 hour maintenance gave me peace of mind knowing I can call at any time. Fortunately I didn’t have any reason to call for maintenance during my time here. Free parking, never had an issue with that either. During the move out process they do everything they can to help us get the full deposit back. They offer cleaning supplies to facilitate the process to make things easier. This was truly an amazing place to be. My time in Cincinnati has really been great and I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

My stay here with Premier City Properties was great! From the first time I spoke on the phone with Iva who was very friendly and understanding of situations. I was able to view the apartment that same day. Having the apartment fully furnished was a huge appeal to me when I viewed the apartment. We were actually able to move in early! The interior of the housing is very nice. Aden was very pleasant to deal with when ever there were issues in the apartment. The environment of the other attendees was very friendly and quiet hours were followed accordingly. She is a wonderful awesome landlord because I arrived at Cincinnati in a time that most apartments were rented, but she helped me settle in with a very nice Roomate. Premiere City Properties and Iva were amazing to lease from. Unlike typical leasing companies, they are willing to work and talk about things before making any decisions. From day number one, they were very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process of the lease. My roommate and I had weird times in which we needed an extended lease, and Premiere City Properties and Iva could not have made it work out any better! The apartment was great. Everything was new for the most part and in great condition. If we ever needed anything it was taken care of almost immediately. The neighbors were great and we had no issues with them. I had a fantastic experience with Premier City Properties. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for especially when I was originally from Virginia and not familiar with the area. They were awesome in picking out a roommate that I got along with. Moving in and out were honestly the easiest processes that I have experienced with a rental so far. Being able to pay online was also a really nice way to pay my rent and also to receive my deposit back. I had one issue while I was there and the maintenance team was quick and efficient at solving the issue with very minimal if any discomfort. They are also really easy to work with an example would be that i had made a mistake that most property companies would have charged me for ,but they waved the fees. I love the fully furnished apartment that really allowed me to not have any worries when moving 10 hours away to a new city like Cincinnati. My 1 year of living here was honestly a breeze and would definitely stay here again if I came back to Cincinnati. I would 100% recommend them to my friends ad family.

Knowing that we had the opportunity to sign a lease for short-term, furnished housing so close to our internship site was something that greatly helped with our transition into a new and unfamiliar city. I came to Cincinnati for a semester long internship and the staff at PCP really worked with me to accommodate my short term leasing needs. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help you with whatever you need. The property includes all utilities and 24 hr maintanence, which was very nice even though I didn’t need it. I had a very good experience with them.

I would like to thank Iva for being so accommodating throughout my stay. My job makes it difficult to plan living arrangements too far in advance, but Iva worked with me on multiple occasions to make sure I had a place to stay. I am extremely busy with work, and really appreciate the convenience Iva provided (even taking calls late at night to accommodate my work schedule). Aidan was also always friendly and prompt at responding to requests.I stayed at two separate Premier City Properties rentals, and both were very nice. Both apartments were furnished with everything I needed to be comfortable and were fitted with new appliances. The highlights of the first apartment I stayed at were the high ceilings, central heating/AC, and a washer/dryer unit in the apartment. The second apartment had shared washer/dryer units just a few doors down, very nice furniture and appliances, and a fairly large closet in each bedroom.I found the original apartment through Airbnb, but ended up signing a lease after the original time frame expired. I then renewed multiple times (each were short-term), until eventually moving to the second apartment for a short period. At that point I was required to move for work, but would have otherwise loved to continue renting from Premier City Properties.

Parking was never a problem. I only needed 1 month of temporary housing and Iva was able to accommodate my exact move in and move out dates precisely. After contacting Premier City Properties about a one month lease for my away rotation at UC, Iva was very prompt and helpful in getting me all of the information I needed to set up the lease. The apartment was spacious and well furnished, with needed for the month. The move in was quick and smooth and I had no issues over the month. I was able to focus all of my attention on my rotation and exploring Cincinnati. The apartment was conveniently located near the hospital and a few parks I went running in. I had a great roommate from another medical school and really enjoyed getting to know him and swap stories. Move out was smooth and my security deposit refunded was promptly refunded. I have had an amazing experience thus far moving into the house. Iva was always available when I had questions and always made sure to respond quickly. My stay at a Premier City Properties locations was great. I needed a fully furnished, utilities included apartment for three months as traveler in the medical profession. I found this property online and was able to get in contact with property managers who were very accommodating. I was able to view pictures and complete my application electronically. I arrived late in the evening on a weekend and they were able to arrange it so that all the paperwork was taken care of beforehand so i could move into the apartment without any hassle. Any maintenance was taken care of promptly as well. The property managers are very friendly and welcoming.The apartment itself was great, with all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops; its a great space for one person. The rate for corporate housing as a fully furnished apartment with utilities included is hard to beat in this location or any other for that matter; I found it to be very affordable.I would recommend anyone looking for a short term or long term rental to rent with Premier City Properties.

My experience with Premier City Properties has been spectacular.  I was looking for a furnished apartment in Cincinnati with short term lease options available, and I needed to find something as soon as possible.  My work and living situation was complicated, but management worked with me one-on-one to understand exactly what I needed.  Communication via email, telephone, and text was fantastic.  Management also worked with me to set my move in date when I needed it.  They also worked to make sure that my roommate would be someone in a similar profession, or with a similar schedule, who would be easy for me to get along with.  A random roommate can always be a big concern when moving in with someone you dont know, but since I have moved in, we have gotten along wonderfully!  The part of application and leasing process that stands out the most is definitely the one-on-one service and flexibility when working with individual cases.

I was incredibly pleased with my apartment rental this summer from Premier City Properties. My roommate and I had no issues with other tenants or space which was plenty adequate for two people. Both the landlord and maintenance man were both pleasant and easy to reach when necessary but we encountered no problems with our apartment. The location of our apartment was incredibly convenient and was a short drive to downtown. They were flexible with our move-in and out dates and did everything necessary to make us feel at home during our time in the apartment. I was told about Premier-city properties by a friend of mine who was doing a rotation in Cincinnati and had a good review about them. I contacted the company by phone and they were very quick to get back to me and the manager Iva was very professional and had everything set up within a matter of a couple of hours. This was very short notice I think I called her 1 week before I had to be in Cincinnati. She was very helpful, she gave me all the instructions for how to set up Venmo the online service that is used to transfer your deposit and your first month rent. Everything went very smoothly. I gained a lot of experience with my internship and I felt safe and welcome in the city and my apartment. I was a little worried since I had to make a decision where to stay so quickly since I was offered my internship with short notice, however, I feel that I made the best choice by staying at this apartment. Fantastic service! After frantically looking for an apartment this spring in Cincinnati, I was able to reach out to Premier Properties and with there outstanding effort to make the customer feel at home, my transition has been great. They worked with me to get moved in, in the middle of the month, and have worked really hard to find a sublease for me because i am leaving in the middle of the month also.They provided everything you could possibly need! I requested an extra fan and an ironing board and they were at my front door the same day! Management is very personable and great to work with, and they really care about your well being and really want to make your stay as positive as possible.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I signed a contract with the Cincinnati Bengals practice squad in the middle of October. The problem with a job like this, you never know how long you are going to be on the team. Nothing is guaranteed. I couldve been on the team for 2 months, 2 weeks, or even 2 days. This causes a lot of problems with signing long-term leases. After looking through all my options (and almost signing a 6-month lease) I got in contact with Iva. And Im glad that I did. If anyone is planning on working in Cincinnati for anything less than 6 months time, I highly recommend Premier City Properties. It was $1,000 a month cheaper than other similar properties, and was very spacious and comfortable. The apartment was completely spotless when I moved in and made it easy to keep in clean during my stay. I rented a property with Iva for the year that I was in Cincinnati for my fellowship. Move-in was a breeze. Throughout the year, if I needed anything, I was able to easily contact Aidan and he would help! The apartment was exactly as described and it served well for the time that I needed it. Iva is a compassionate landlord. One month I had gotten super busy and forgot to sent my rent on time. Instead of charging me the late fee, she just let me pay my regular months rent because she knew that was uncharacteristic of me (as I was always on time with my payments). There were no issues with the apartment or location, even though the location may seem rough or ghetto to some people. All in all, this is a great place to stay if you need a place in the Cincinnati area!

Premier City Properties was a delight to work with. When I was planning to move to the Cincinnati Area, Premier City showed up on the initial google search for possible short term apartments. They had everything that I was looking for. It was furnished and offered a flexible lease that worked with my summer seasonal work schedule. Contacting them through both email and phone calls was a breeze and I knew that I didn’t need to look any farther to find an apartment in the area.I liked the privacy within the apartment building and the parking lot that was available. Working with Aiden during the move in process was easy and nice. He is incredibly friendly and was always available to help me with any maintenance issues and/ or questions I had about the lease. The complex worked to find me a roommate who was my same age and gender, and there was no roommate issues the entire time that we lived together.If I ever come back to Cincinnati and need short term housing again, I will check availability with Premier City Properties first. My experience with premier city properties was wonderful. The initial contact was pleasant and informational. I was able to call and ask any questions. I moved in during the holiday season so Iva was not always available but she made sure to get back to me when she could and answer any questions I had. The process was explained to me well so there was little confusion in renting. The apartment was good with great furniture and amenities. Iva made sure to help make moving to a new area much easier. I had very convenient and nice experience with Premier City Properties. I lived at 271 McGregor apartments and had a short term lease. I needed a 2-bedroom short-term furnished apartment and Premier City Properties provided me with all these needs and more! The off street parking and the distance from the University is very convenient for students. The furniture provided was state of the art and all new kitchen appliances gave the apartment a up-scale look. I came to Cincinnati for an exchange program at the UC. Prior to coming to Cincinnati , I was looking and searching online for a place to stay in and then a friend told about premier city properties. So I contacted them and they were very helpful ,easy to talk to, and clear about everything. Its a great, safe, and organized place to stay at. Everything were ready and sort out by the time we got here and we were thankful for that. Its location is just what a student would look for since the University is 5 to 10 min walking and restaurants, stores , banks,...etc are a few minutes away by walking. Whenever maintenance is needed or any other needs for the apartment , they would as fast as you would want to fix your need. They also have contracts for leasing which is perfect for international students. I would highly recommend this property to stay at especially for students.

I contacted Premier City Properties with a need for a fully furnished apartment for 3 months. They were able to provide a very nice apartment close in proximity to downtown Cincinnati which was great for my commute to work.Premier City Properties was great in terms of responding whenever we had a need for something to be fixed (extremely rare) or had a question. They were also very flexible with move-in and move-out dates. I would strongly recommend Premier to anybody in a similar short-term need situation or even in terms of long-term housing need.Thanks Premier!

My stay was very nice they were very accommodating and found a place for me with very little notice. Any time there was an issue they came to fix it with a day or two at most. Considering I was only here for a short span, 3 months, the rent was reasonable and the provided furniture and appliances were nice and well maintained. Anyone visiting for a short time or coming for an away rotation for medical school or residency would be happy with staying here. Laundry room was in the apartment building as well which was a huge plus for me.

I really enjoyed my residency at Premier City Properties. The fully furnished apartments offer great convenience for individuals looking to travel lightly to school or internships at a low cost. Maintenance always responded within 24 hours of notification. The management also works extraordinarily well with individuals who encounter financial difficulty during months as well as aid in finding someone to sublease the room if needed. My roommates and residents living next to me were friendly and quiet during late/early hours.

I was more than impressed with my experience living in a Premier City Properties building. What an awesome location and clean, well-kept building. The staff was always more than helpful and accessible. Aiden was always attentive, professional, and a joy to work with. Furthermore, every amenity you can fathom is included in the rent! Not having to worry about keeping up with bills for a few semesters was huge plus!I would highly recommend looking at this location if you are moving into the Clifton/UC area.

From the time that my roommate and I first contacted Premier City Properties, they were very friendly and accommodating. It is difficult to find a property company that is willing to accommodate short-term leases, and Premier City Properties was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a lease agreement and a place to live that met our needs. If we ever had an issue such as appliance maintenance, plumbing, heating and air, etc., they were very willing to fix the issue ASAP. They were never rude and never disrespectful, and always treated us as if we were the only tenants they had. If my job ever requires me to live in Cincinnati again, I would not hesitate to lease from them.

Ive had an amazing time renting with Premier City Properties. I have lived in an array of apartments, and I can easily say that my time with Premier City Properties has been the best yet. I originally began renting here for a short term after my old accommodations fell through. I was lucky to find Premier City Properties, and moved in quickly so I could continue my education at the University of Cincinnati.The people here were quite and nice, the landlord was great, and maintenance was always thorough and helpful (probably the best staff I have ever had managing a building Ive rented from, Ms. Iva and Aidan are nice and genuinly kind people). Because it was such a good experience I extended my lease, and eventually brought a friend of mine up to cincy to rent with me. The move in went smoothly, the prepared furniture looked great and was clean/comfortable. It was the first time I didnt have to lug tons of furniture into my apartment and take days getting things together.Since then we have been loving living in our apartment from Premier City Properties. Its a great group, and I would highly recommend to anyone needing short or long term housing options.If you didnt read any of the rest of the review, take away this from it. Premier City Properties is a great group that really strives to accommodate its patrons with solid service and quality apartments/houses.

This is a wonderful place to live. I stayed there for 3 years and never had any problems with neighbors and everyone was very friendly. The price is unbelievably low for quality and amount of space that the apartment has to offer. Aiden and Eva are the best landlords. I would definitely recommend living here.

Premier City Properties was a great find for my short stay in Cincinnati. Iva was quick to respond to my inquiry about short term housing for a pharmacy school rotation, and the sign on process was quick and easy. She was very welcoming when I arrived and the place was clean and conveniently located. She pointed out nearby shops and restaurants and made sure to check on me during my stay. I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to the staff if I needed anything, because they would be quick to respond. It was very concerning and important but the fear of the unknown was high because I did not know the area. You calmed my stress and provided me some information of the area that allowed me to feel comfortable.The apartment was exactly as expected from the picture and discussion and everything worked well. As you stated to feel free to contact you for anything, I took you up on that and you were responsive and supportive. From providing extra bedding, to extending my stay, to assisting me in my panic on the loss of my wedding ring by having an assistant go into my apartment and look to see if I left it there while I was in Pittsburgh. Also provided me with a blender within 24 hours of request.Apartment tenants were very nice and friendly. We all kept to ourselves, but when we shared the laundry location, we respected each others stuff. That was huge. And everybody was on the same page by keeping the door shut and locked so nobody can come in unwanted.All in all, Premier City Properties supported my needs and made my stay enjoyable. Would stay there again, and have the connection with coworkers who will be visiting on 4 month cycles and will forward the information to support Premier City Properties.

My time spent with Premier City Properties was nothing short of a fantastic experience. I was in search of a comfortable short term living space and I needed to move in on short notice. Through Premier City I was able to not only move into a comfortable apartment but did so after only a week of searching.Upon arrival I was surprised by the quality of the furniture and appliances that were provided and felt at home almost immediately. From the air conditioning/heating to the other tenants of the building, many things that are problematic in other living spaces of Clifton were the least of my concerns while I was completing my final semester at the University of Cincinnati.I was provided the most hospitable service I’ve received in Clifton and was always able to count on Premier City’s extremely caring and attentive staff to ensure all needs were met in an efficient and timely manner. One staff member even allowed me to borrow their personal air mattress and a set of bedding to allow me to host multiple visitors! From the quick move in, to the great living conditions, and caring landlords Premier City Properties was the most comfortable and accommodating rental I have had during my time in Cincinnati and would recommend them to anyone staying in the area.

I stayed in a one person studio apartment with Premier City Properties for four months. I signed for the apartment without first seeing it, which is risky but I had limited options. The company I am working for stated that they had people who would help me find a place to stay but every time I contacted the person I was directed to I would never get a response. Luckily for me, I found this place and my landlord was very quick and helpful to get things arranged for me to stay where I stayed. Immediately after I had called the very first time they were working on getting it ready for me and working out all the paperwork, which was incredibly helpful and convenient. I moved in on New Years Day, so the keys were left somewhere for me so I could move in. The apartment was kept nice and tidy and looked spotless when I moved in the first night. They definitely took the time to make sure it would be ready for me when I arrived. When I was moving in, my family who had helped me move in commented that the apartment was even better than they thought it would be.The other residents in the building were never noisy or bothersome, the apartment was very nice, and it had everything I needed to cook and do other daily tasks. The apartment was nice and spacious enough where I didnt feel crammed. Anytime there was an issue with the internet or utilities, a maintenance man would be over as soon as possible to start working on fixing the issue. Getting in contact with the landlord was hardly ever an issue because they prioritize their residents and do their absolute best to make sure that your stay is incredible. Throughout my conversations with my landlord during my stay, I realized just how much time and effort they put in to making it a wonderful experience, even with things and gestures you would never even think about. Overall, I believe they went above and beyond my expectations that I had from before I moved in, and I would recommend staying with Premier City Properties.

Working with this company was perfect for someone like me, who was brand new to the city and looking for a one-month lease for a medical student rotation. I had a great stay in the accommodation they provided me--everything was clean, well-maintained, and fully furnished. Kitchen utensils and several other living essentials were provided to me as well. I had no issues with bugs/pests or safety. Overall everything went smoothly. Iva and the rest of the staff were great to work with and were also willing to communicate with my family members back home which was very helpful.

The staff were able to work with us and find us a fully furnished, convenient option during this time. They were very approachable and easy to communicate with. They were able to help us find a location near work, that was fully furnished while our belongings were in storage. We had internet and laundry facilities included which were very helpful as well. The location was very conveniently located for our work, and we really appreciated this convenient option. The move-out process was very simple and easy as well, with no trouble quickly getting back our security deposit. We would definitely recommend the company to someone needing a short term lease in Cincinnati.

From the very beginning this experience was very tenuous (moving to Cincinnati that is). I came across Premier City Propertys after prior accommodations feel through. And I must say this was by far the better choice!! I must admit because I had never been to Cincinnati before and all of my initial interacting was over the phone and the internet, this experience turn out to be great. The team met with me on a Sunday (which is NOT a typical move in day) because they wanted to be sure my initial introduction to this new place was one to remember. They worked with me on locating shopping, my job, everything I needed with as much assistance as I needed as well. I moved to Cincinnati for only a three month (90 day) assignment at the hospital, and initially signed a three month lease. However, as things changed with my employment status here the staff worked with me and provided stay extensions as well as made sure I felt welcomed to stay as long as I needed. They worked with me on last minute stay decisions, even moving me to different units to assure that I always had a unit available to reside in. Additionally, the location was in great proximity to my hospital and very convenient to expressways. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and responsive to all of my needs. I would highly recommend Premier City Properties to all new comer to the Greater Cincinnati area. Kudos to the staff at Premier City Properties!! 😀

I stayed at 271 McGregor with Premier City Properties for a year, and I had a great experience. Iva was very helpful throughout the application process. The apartment was very clean on move in, and throughout our stay Aidan was always helpful and available for anything we needed. Having everything included in the rent, including furniture and wifi, was so convenient, and the provided furniture was in amazing condition! The building was also safe and secure. I enjoyed my stay with Premier City Properties!

It was a very easy process. Im from Pennsylvania and I needed a place in Cincinnati for an internship. A place I had in mind fell through and I emailed premier and within hours I had a place. The stay was great as was the location. I had to travel a lot and the highway access was great. Also, I had a roommate who I didnt know before hand and it worked out great as well. I recommend them highly.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment while I was rotating at UC. The staff made everything very easy to move in, even on the weekend. The application was straight forward and easy. It was convenient being so close to the hospital and other restaurants and activities. My room and the rest of the apartment were very clean and had everything I needed during my stay. Finding places to stay during away rotations as a student can be hard but you guys made it easy so thank you.

Called to get more info, since the information available on the website was limited and gave very little information about rent, properties, or availability.Before she would tell me cost ranges, general details about the apartment, and where it would be located, she needed to know specifics about the renters profession, the company they worked for, what they would be doing, the budget (but when I wondered what the general range was, she snapped out, I need to know what your budget is because we have apartments that are 2500, 3500 so I need to know.),where the company was located, and the renters age. When I responded with mid twenties, apparently this was not detailed enough as she practically yelled:You know Ive never had a conversation like this before, this is ridiculous, its like pulling teeth with you! I dont care about your life, Im not at all interested in it at all, I just need these answers to know if there will be any roommate openings.When I hesitated again, since in the thirty or so conversations Ive had with leasing offices Ive never had someone be so rude to me or be so against giving me information on the property, she sighed loudly and told me to just have the person interested in the apartment call because I clearly [didnt] know anything.I dont know what Premier City thinks professionalism is, but this was not it. A successful business is not run by treating your potential clients like recalcitrant children throwing a tantrum on the mall floor.I do not recommend this business at all. Because of this persons rudeness and evasiveness, they have lost not only one potential resident, but any that I meet. If I cannot trust the business to give me information about their property, how can I possibly suggest someone sign a contract with them?

I loved everything about living in this particular apartment and renting from this company. You worked so hard to get the rent to an affordable price so that I was able to live with my fellow interns and get that support I needed during my internship. The reduced rent fit my budget well, and it ultimately worked out great, as we each only owed about $70 for utilities at the end of the summer. The flexible move in/move out dates were great as well. We all came from different places and different commitments before Cincinnati, so it was wonderful to be able to move things around (I ended up moving in a day later than anticipated)!The experience of living here was wonderful as well. I loved the location because it was so close to the hospital, and I was able to sleep in longer because I had a pretty short drive. I felt always felt safe in the apartment and loved that the front door always locked automatically when you closed it. That alone made me feel very safe. It was so great to have everything furnished as well. I came up here for only a few months, and I was so grateful to not have to move a bed, dressers, desks, kitchen supplies, etc. up here with me for such a short time.Aidan is/was nothing short of amazing throughout our stay. The day I moved in, the hanging rack/shelving in my closet came completely off the wall and dumped all my stuff onto the floor. Aidan was there the next day, and not only did he fix the shelving, he brought me a small set of shelves for extra storage and helped me clean-up/put stuff back into my closet. He was always prompt in responding and fixing things the few times we did have needs. He was also always smiling and never hesitated to say hi and have a conversation when he was around. He never failed to make me smile and make my day a little bit brighter.Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this apartment and Premier City Properties! Everything was well taken care of, and I really had no worries/concerns throughout my internship (which was nice because the internship was stressful enough). I would definitely recommend living here or leasing from this company. They are flexible and willing to work with you to make sure your experience is wonderful as well!

Coming from Lexington for an internship to the city of Cincinnati, Premier City Properties made the housing arrangement super convenient. I moved in with two of my other friends from Lexington for an internship. Booking the apartment was as simple as calling the office and sending our deposit checks. We all moved in at different dates during the move in and were accommodated, this is highly unlikely seen when you rent an apartment. Even during our stay whenever the internet went off, it was quickly fixed along with other maintenance stuff.They are a good provider for short term lease and one must definitely consider them their first option when coming to the city of Cincinnati for a short period of time.

It is really hard finding a place to stay when living on the other side of the world. However, my boyfriend and I tried to look up apartment companies on the Internet and then we found Premier City Properties! I felt so lucky, so I forwarded it to my mentor in America and she took a look on the Internet and took a look at the apartment for me. She told me it was really nice and the company seemed to be good, so we decided to book it!In my case I was very lucky as my company was paying for my apartment, but the price is very fair. The apartment is big, all the supplies are already there and you have the possibility to have a roommate, so you’ll not be all alone. I was supposed to have the small room in the apartment, but I got lucky and got upgraded to the big room with a walk-in closet – super cool!When I arrived at the apartment (12 o’clock PM) there was an employee to welcome me, who was really nice and it confirmed that I made a good choice about choosing the company! The company is very helpful and you have the ability to call or write them at any time!My stay here overall was great! Cincinnati is great and the apartment is less than a mile from the university, which is an experience to see. Moreover, the apartment is close to shopping, downtown etc.In my case my roommate was a boy. In the beginning I was concerned about that, but it as not a problem at all. He was so nice and we actually rarely saw each other.Again, the Premier City Properties has been great to me! They have been helpful and available when ever I needed them!

I learned of Premier City Properties in my sophomore year of college while looking for a housing arrangement while being in school between co-op rotations. When I reached out, I could not have been greeted by nicer staff. Arranging my living was so easy with their guidance, and moving in was so very easy. I really appreciated how welcomed I felt (being nervous as one always is when moving into a new place), and also just how clean the apartment was! All of the utilities were in perfect working order, every inch of the apartment was clean, and there was more than enough space for a college student to be comfortable in. Maintenance was always available at a moments notice, and the staff was overall so caring and genuine at all times, which is not always the case with all places! At the end of my time at Premier, all exit procedures were handled in a way that didnt feel rushed or careless, but my communications with the landlord and maintenance were always so friendly and I honestly felt that they cared about me, and that has to be the most important thing of all. I would recommend Premier City Properties to anyone and everyone looking for housing. It is priced fairly, and the service is simply unbeatable.
