They keep postponing my delivery and it cost me hiring additional man power to receive shipment meanwhile when i call them at least half hour waiting on the phone... really bad experience with this company...
Delivery scheduled for the 19th. it is now the 3rd and we still do not have our shipment. i am sure a 1-2 delay is acceptable, but 2 weeks is ridiculous, i have sat on the phone for the last week 1/2 hour a day everyday. yesterday i finally got someone on the phone who said they scheduled the delivery from today between 12 and 4, just got another phone call that the delivery is changed, yet again. $50,000 in product that just never shows up.....
Drive around back for customer pick up. Go in and check in. The employees were all nice and helpful with loading.

They are confrontational instead of having a problem solving approach. My delivery was located in Cincinnati 2 days before the desired delivery date and they would not commit to delivering when we needed then wanted to charge us storage fees until our next available day for delivery. I hope this helps drop their rating until someone on their management team gets an idea of how better to serve their customers.
