VERY BAD EXPERINCE WITH THESE GUYS. BOOKED A LOAD A DAY BEFORE PICKUP. THE TRUCK WAS DISPATCHED AND ONSITE AT THE SHIPPER. BROKER CALLS AND CANCLES THE LOAD. REQUESTED FOR TONU AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE! CODY LAMP CANNOT DEAL WITH CARRIERS WHILE HE IS LOYALTY TEAM.

I have been working with CPL for the last 3 months and they always give good deals for loads and I have no issues doing loads for CPL because they are a great team. If you need Reefer loads from South Florida and Mcallen TX you should contact Renny Kosztala, a Great guy that is always willing to be clear and helpful with carriers.

This broker needs to be out of business complete fraud owner will lie to you. Highly recommend all carriers to stay away unless you want to be Burned. Owner thinks he is real smart.

FALSE and Misleading statements they filed a Freightguard report, we never had any bussiness with this company at all, some scam booked a load on behalf of our company and we woke up next day with a false statment about our company! our mc 054121

I did a load for CPL and have been getting the run around from the accounting department for payment for a week now.

Dont even think book loads with this company. 35 days after we did a load for them, they short paid us for $185 for pallets. The pallets have nothing to do with us. We are tracking company move their customer product from Claxton, GA to Miami, FL and that is all. Joke company thank you Kyle Grothaus:)))

If i could, i would give this company zero stars. Will remove you off loads based on how they feel and what they read on previous receivers. if there is problem with the load on the weekend, be prepared to get yelled at and be told they do not want to work. they will try to not pay you your money owed to you and then not respond to any communications. if you can avoid it, do not do business with this very unprofessional company.

Custom Pro is our top Broker! As a shipper, if we have any last minute loads or ones that may be difficult to cover we go to them. They have never given a load back and always available when we need them. Ben Marker and Lucas Deter are great account managers, I dont know what we would do without them!!

Alert.Hello Fleet Manager, dispatcher and Owner operatorswatch out with this broker. they scammed us. we did a load for them from TX to KS. almost 600 miles with NO Payment, refuse to payment because the silly mistake the shipper make.NO Payment. and No Explanation Refusal of the Payment.

I will never work with or recommend anybody ever works Custom Pro Logistics again. I booked a load with them on a Monday to pick up Tuesday morning. My driver arrived for pick up Tuesday morning at 0900......Lucas Deter informed me around 1000AM that load would be ready in the afternoon, I took Lucas word and left my driver waiting there all day...but it was not until 3pm Lucas tells me the load is not ready at all today and will not be ready until the morning..... Custom Pro Logistics is refusing to give my driver any sort of compensation or layover at all. My driver has now lost an entire day. I will never work with Custom Pro Logistics and I suggest nobody else does either

Custom Pro Logistics with Ryan Folley - wrote FALSE and Misleading statements and filed a Freightguard report to avoid paying for the load. We delivered a load late and Custom Pro Logistics failed to reject the shipment or note any problems on the bills of lading. They also failed to perform any sort of inspection to determine whether the cargo transported by us, sustained any actual damages. The cargo was accepted upon delivery. The claim was made well after the delivery not because the product was damaged, but because the delivery was arbitrary deemed to be late. A year later they decided to file a Freightguard report that only takes the brokers side. We have responded, but no further actions were taken. Ryan Foley will not answer any emails or phone calls, Custom Pro Logistics is transferring calls from one person to another. They booked 2 other loads after the fact but no resolution to solving the issue. Custom Pro Logistics decided to publish a review against us instead of reaching us asking for a resolution. Their paperwork for the salvage or damaged product are printscreens with no actual proof of the claim, with numbers mixed up.

Incredible work environment full of motivated and highly productive people. The culture is unlike any other, always staying a step ahead of the curve while holding customer service above all else. Great employee care including events and incentives.

BE AWARE! SCAMMERS! When i booked the load with CPL they didnt say i need pallets. Shipper didnt say anything about pallets. When i got paid i got $160 short for pallets.When i called CPL they kept saying it is on RC Must have clean dry and odorless trailer....CPL does not pay for or furnish pallets. Must have at least 2 load locks or straps . But this doesnt mean i got to have pallets. STAY AWAY!!!!P.S pro#32091

Started working with CPL last summer and they have been great. Always set up loads in advance, pay fair rates, and treat us well. Even came out and visited us in California while loading and brought us hats and shirts!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to work with a great broker.

I have been working on and off with CPL for over a year now. On busy seasons I work with them non stop. I have always been paid, and I have been paid good rates. CPL works day and night to provide top of the line customer service. No matter how bad or what time a situation comes up, they are quick to come to a solution and communicate it to all parties involved in a clear and professional manner.

Booked a load from FL to GA for $1.0 a mile. Kyle the broker lied to me about delivery apt at Costco. Told me he will follow up with me @ 0300 am and never did., Driver showed up at the receiver and of course the apt is scheduled for next day. Tried calling the broker on his cell phone he did not asnwer. Their after hour said they were able to reach him and that he would call me in the am when he would get to the office. Driver went to a truck stop because citations were given out to drivers for being parked near costco. at 11 am EST broker said to go back in to costco that they would unload the truck. We got to Costco they unloaded my driver at about 1300. Requested $150 detention as per Carrier accessorial policy not even charging him for extra miles to truck stop and back from the broker he keeps ignoring my requests. First he said they are willing to pay $100.00 then said he can not pay that anymore and can only issue $50.00 its been 2 days and i can not reach this guy. DO NOT USE! Spare your self some nerves!

I have been working with these guys since last year. They are by far my biggest customer and I have no complaints to them. Very respectful, on time payments, very nice rates that always shows respect for truckers profession.They are so clear about pick up and delivery schedules.Definitely one of the best in market.In this rude trucking country where nobody takes care of truckers , they do.It is not easy to find out a load from them because they care of you and contact you before posting. Only the good ones can join the team!!

Great group of people that truly care about their customers. Every team member is willing to go above and beyond for the customer and will solve any problems or questions that arise at any hour, day or night.

Very pleasant experience working with them. Always receive the work orders in advanced with the appointment set with enough time to be able to schedule the drivers. When our drivers arrive at the warehouse, theres never any hassles or issues. Always pay the full amount of detention that is asked, and always a quick response whenever theres a question or any uncertainties. Always pay on time. Have worked with them for a long time without any conflicts.

Very bad experience with this guys. They lie they dont know what they are doing very rude. They lie about our appointment and promise to pay detention ask my driver to stay calm they will pay him. We called next day they said they never told us they will pay detention. Especial JORDAN the supervisor he seems like under influence He was making fun, laughing They must do drug and alcohol test. Dont work with this guys if you dont want be in same situation. Never again.

Good people to work with, one of the few ones left that will actually take care of you. Things happen in transportation but they work make things right.

CPL is honestly by far one of the best and most honest brokerage companies i have worked with, they pay a little more for better service not like other brokers that try to find the cheapest carriers.

Its been a long 30 hour wait for a load from this brokers.The worst part is they dont want to pay detention or layover if you not really keep calling them.Defenetly skipping them.

Working with CPL seems like a natural fit on many of our OH/OH loads. They are always my first call when needing anything in Ohio.

If they dont like your rate they just hang up! Really!

Cheater not paying lumper...STAY AWAY !!!!!

Easy to work with.

Receiver cut us a $450 of lumper fee, and we have the receipt, also an email broker stating that they will reimburse it. After we pay the lumper, broker tells us $200 of it is a late fee which receiver doesnt confirm. Their supposedly supervisor Cody accepts that they played games on us and we cant do nothing about it. Stay away from these unprofessional and dishonest people. They shouldnt be in this business, and wont be with that mindset.
