Worst alarm company I have ever dealt with, worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every single service call takes 3-4 no call/no shows from their technicians and repeated phone calls wasting my time before I can get someone to come to our site and fix the issue. Approximate time from first call requesting service to completion, usually 3-4 weeks. Mind you we give thousands of dollars a year to this company for service, monitoring and maintenance. When someone finally comes out, you have about a 20% chance they will actually apply themselves and attempt to fix the issue. The other 80% of the time they hide around the building taking breaks, waste time and then say they will need to come back. Sometimes they just pull up into the parking lot and sit for an hour and then drive away resulting in another no call/no show. I have evidence for all of this. It is not that much to ask when your site has an issue, and you are paying for a maintenance contract, for a service call to actually be completed when promised. If the technician is busy and cannot come, at least have the decency to call us and let us know. In the dozens of no call/no shows for service calls I have experienced in the last 2.5 years, not once has anyone ever called and said they wouldnt make it and why. I have to call Tyco myself and find out they arent coming and then reschedule the service call again for another week out. On average this occurs 3-4 times before they finally show up! Just totally unacceptable and fed up, hence the poor review.

WORST COMPANY EVER takes forever to have someone come out!!!! Takes 3-4 calls after no shows to get anyone to come out. The customer service is awful!!!
