I was having an issue with a timely response from Protegis on one of the units that had an issue with their fire suppression system. Within the next hour the owner called notifying me that the repair was scheduled and that the man that contacted her was very professional and had great customer service. Since then I have used them for all fire suppression maintenance, including after hours emergencies, and highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.
