I have gone here twice, and both times have gotten exactly what I wanted. Most recently, I dropped my pc off, thinking it would take at least the weekend, but they were able to do it in a day which was really appreciated. The staff was nice too

I had a problem with the charging port on my iPhone and as soon he looked at it he knew what the problem was. He knew how to fix it. It was very simple but I didn’t know that at the time. I thought my charging port was going bad. I saved money and time thanks to him. They had a very good range of products too. I would definitely recommend AppleRX to everyone!!

They fixed my computer for free, but they could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars like other places would have for a simple manual hard reset. My problem was just needing the battery unplugged from the inside of computer to reset the charging system. After having some bad experience at Ubteakifix across the street I thankfully stumbled onto this place. I will definitely be coming back here for my future repair needs.

After I got water on my laptop, another repair place told me that it was hopeless and offered to recycle my computer. AppleRX not only recovered my data but also could have fixed my computer. However they offered me the same computer, used, for less than the repair would have cost, with my old hard drive inside. Honest, genuine, professional, reasonable prices. Great service and great people all around. Highly recommend and will be going there from now on.

Overpriced rubbish. Most of the computers were really slow or non functional. Some had burn spots on the screen and would constantly freeze. Got the same MacBook Pro on market place for $350 less with double the ram. Not all small business are good!!!

I recently purchased a MacBook Pro, which I intended to resell.When factory resetting the MacBook I somehow royally messed it up and the computer went unresponsive.I am not too familiar with Macs so I was pretty upset.I called AppleRX, brought it in and they were able to fix it quickly and restore it.I would recommend AppleRX to a close family member or friend.

I have read all the reviews and it saddens me to see some of the negative reviews and outright hatred displayed. I am not an Apple computer user but use their iPad and iPhone exclusively.Last week I had a nasty trip and fall in my driveway, tripping and doing a full-face plant. My neighbor was outside mowing his lawn and he immediately called an ambulance once he saw all the blood flowing from my face. I ended up being taken via ambulance to the hospital where after regaining consciousness I ended up with over 30 stiches in my face, nose, and a broken nose in several places.My iPhone was in my pocket at the time of my fall, and the screen was destroyed but the phone was still functional, although many of the items were unreadable. Due to the severity of my injuries, I have a head CT scan to check for a brain bleed they as luck would have it, they also found a lump in my lung, which might prove to be cancerous. Having a functional phone was now a matter of life and death, as I had to make follow up appointments and needed to schedule a biopsy for my lung mass. This all happened last Wednesday the 14th. I considered simply buying a new phone (I have an older trusty iPhone model 6, which is perfect size wise for me and all the functionality I need), but instead opted to order a new screen and install it myself. I had previously installed a high-capacity battery with no problems after watching YouTube about 20 times and working carefully, step by step. Well as luck would have it, there was more damage to the interior of the phone (home button and audio cable) and due to my injury, I was having difficulty seeing clearly. Thus, I opted to try and find a local repair shop or just buy a new (used) phone, something I really did not want to do or could afford at this time. I came across Apple RX, and after reading some of the negative reviews was a bit apprehensive but felt worst case scenario, I would just get a new (used) phone if mine was not able to be repaired. I went there this morning about 10:00 AM, and with my broken phone and various parts and screws, organized and separated into ziplocs, I asked if it could be made functional again. The owner looked it over and within a few moments had my new screen installed, along with the replacement cables and a screen saver, all of which he did not charge me for. The phone turned on and works perfectly. The home button being generic does not recognize my fingerprint, but that is a minor inconvenience considering all that was done. Please read all the reviews and come to your own conclusions. Following my repair, I was able to schedule the follow up appointments necessary for my well-being. Mobile phones have become a necessity in these times, and it is reassuring there is someplace I can trust for a fair and high-quality repair. If I could, I would give six stars to help offset some of the negative reviews. Thank you for all your help. I sincerely appreciated it.

Highly recommended. Six year old MacBook Air was making extremely loud noise and with school starting in 4 days, I thought for sure my next trip was going to be too Costco to drop a ton on a new laptop for my daughter. AppleRX was able to quick fix by installing a new fan and cleaned the system. Running better than new now. Thanks so much.

So I bought a lenovo thinkpad from this store. It was soo slow so I decided to return it. Owner is out of the country and so the new employee called him. The owner told the employee only thing they could do is offer me an in store credit because it was not a high ticket item. Why would I buy something else from a store when they let me buy something they knew was garbage. My 5 year old tablet runs better than this thing. Completely unbelievable. I would for sure like my $100 back.

My computer was having multiple issues. I thought I may have to just buy a new one. I couldn’t get an appointment at the Apple store in Kenwood. I dropped it off at AppleRX and they had it fixed and running perfectly the next day! So pleased!

These guys saved our butts - and fast!Our 2014 iMac fusion drive died on Saturday January 23, 2021. I had a Time Machine backup, so was not worried. Called the Apple store like Ive done before thinking Ill get an appointment at the Genius Bar and get the drive replaced and restore the backup. No dice, not during Covid19. No Genius Bar appointments for at least a week. They suggested visiting an authorized Apple dealer which was Best Buy.Got an appointment at Best Buy on Sunday Jan 24. Surprise. They said the iMac was out of date, considered obsolete and they could not touch it.What??!!Looked into buying a new one either at Best Buy or online. For what we needed, we were looking at delivery mid-February and a cost of about $4,600.A friend on Facebook recommended AppleRx. I called them first thing Monday Jan 25. Talked to a technician who asked about my configuration, the problem we were having, and he recommended a possible solution. He recommended installing 2 drives (quiet SSID drives with more space). I also requested he make them a fusion drive like before so there would be less trouble restoring the backup.ETA? How about end of day? !! I said the next day would do.Dropped it off that day, picked it up the next day. Cost? $850. 4tb instead of 3tb, plus installation of my preferred OS High Sierra. The technician took the time to show me my old drives and the new ones he replaced, plus tips on how to restore my backup 2 different ways. 30 days warranty on service, 1 year mfr warranty on parts.We were up and running Tuesday night. Noticed some files were missing from backup, but turns out it was our fault for that folder. However, I took the Time Machine Airport Time capsule in to Apple Rx at their request on Saturday Jan 30 without an appointment and the technician hooked it up to an apple computer and made sure the files couldnt be found elsewhere. Also hooked up my dead hard drives to try to find the missing info. Since the drive was dead it wouldnt spin up, so he referred me to a place in California if I wanted to retrieve data from my dead drives, with a discount if I mentioned AppleRx.No charge for that second visit at all, although I offered to pay.I HIGHLY recommend AppleRx!Thanks guys!

Went beyond what I was expecting to check my computer and help me out in my situation

They replaced the glass on my MacBook Pro (which is all I needed) when every other shop in the city said I had to replace the glass AND the LCD. It cost me $120 compared to a minimum quote of $500 from others. Only took a couple hours. Outstanding service and really nice (and genuine) staff. I would definitely do business with them again.

I have been customer for a while and had my computer serviced this past week and just picked it up tonight. The customer service, professionalism and expertise is exceptional at this store!!!! FANTASTIC...these two cousins Amir and Bek were exceptional with my daughter and I when we entered their shop on Sunday (of all days). They were professional, fun, upbeat and very informative. We had problems with TWO MacBook Pros and their chargers, and these two guys gave us immediate, new replacements for an exceptionally good price. They seem to know their stuff, were well spoken and we will return FOR SURE next time/whenever our Macs are sick or dead!!! It is comforting to have these two and their shop as a Mac Backup Station...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. By the way, I am a retired physician who has traveled the world a lot, and these two Persian fellows are cool dudes...ENJOY!

We went in there at around 2 pm to see about getting a decently priced, used MacBook Air or Pro. What I got was something I’ve never seen before in a professional business. Honestly I should have taken photos but I was a bit in shock. Not only was it 5 hours after open and not a SINGLE computer was booted and ready for show, but also some of the computers had very visibile coffee stains, marks of unknown origin, and deep scratches. (Like, you’re not even gonna spruce them up before selling them?) Despite this, I tried my best not to be too picky. It’s a used MacBook store after all. I picked out five computers and narrowed them down by performance, but I didn’t have to do anything to realise I made a mistake coming here: one computer’s screen froze while I was doing a simple google search, another screen went green (like matrix glitch green), one shut off by itself, one would not turn on (as many of the computers weren’t charged); and finally the last one ran decently and was Between $600-800 (its been awhile, sorry. I visited the store this past August) I almost bought that one until I noticed horrible looking brown stains on it. The employee was very flustered and seemed to not know very much about the products he was selling. And he kept running to the back to talk with the “manager” that never came out to speak with us despite the fact that we were the only customers in the store.Frankly, based on my experience, I would not go there. I’m currently saving up to buy a new apple computer with a warranty instead because at least if I buy it new I know it will work at least for awhile. I wouldn’t be so sure that those computers would last a week. and hopefully that employee got more training.Anyway, 0/10 would recommend.

I have been a customer of Apple Rx for about 2 years now. They have fixed multiple iPhone problems for my family of 5 at very reasonable costs, and always with very prompt service. This past summer I had to replace my daughters PC on an emergency basis: I reached out to Beck and his team for guidance on what to get, based on what she had, including potentially buying one of their used computers. They were completely databased and unbiased in their recommendation - the best option for us was not to buy one of their used machines, but they still set up the new machine we got, transferred all of the data, again at a very reasonable cost. This past week, I gave them my ~ 7years old iMac which was not functioning well at all. Beck called me back the next day with the diagnosis and options. He replaced my hard drive (worn out and almost full) with a new SSD drive which is giving my computer amazing new life and speed. When I had a list of about 10 follow ups (mail issues, favorites missing, printing problems....) he was able to quickly fix most of them in his shop, and was willing to have Alan, one of his team members, come to my house to troubleshoot the printer issue. Everything works great now. Alan was careful to think how his fix might impact my other familys computers ability to connect to the printer, so that we could reset them as well. Beck and his team are not only excellent technically and in their problem solving, but they provide amazing customer service. This is the only place I will continue to go to for my computer and phone questions and needs. Patricia RW.

The 2 guys that I worked with are amazing. James and Bek are so knowableable and so willing to help in all ways. I had a computer issue and Bek worked endlessly to fix it. I would recommend this place to anyone needing help with anything computer.

AppleRX has been my familys go-to tech place. Instead of spending almost two thousand dollars on a new MacBook Pro, I was able to get a refurbished unit for 600 that works great. If there is an issue with the tech they sell, they do a good job helping to fix it in a timely manner. My family has purchased 2 MacBooks, a new iPad screen, and a new iPhone 5s battery from them. Both the macs have had some issues come up (as might be expected from any refurbished unit), but the team at AppleRX was able to recommend the right solution and get the product fixed. Great to be saving thousands of dollars for the same tech that is sold brand new!

They did a great job of quickly repairing a shattered iPad screen, and I also purchased a MacBook Pro from AppleRX. The first one had a flaw, but they were very easy to work with and offered me a comparable machine for a great deal.

Absolutely disgusting how youve treated me as a customer, I bought a working MacBook from you that arrived broken, after you offered a replacement I sent back the item to you and then the replacement had the exact same issue. I have attempted to contact you numerous times to no reply. I finally raised a claim through Paypal, to whom you replied to. They have managed to get the refund out of you however I am now responsible for the costs of postage of a SECOND MacBook pro to the US from the UK! And you still dont reply! You are a bunch of thieves.
