True customer friendly service and environment! Nice selection! If you are novice, they are very good at matching a product to fit your needs. If you are looking for something specific, they work with you on adding hardware and amenities. They repair troubled system at a good price and consider offering fair value for older computers. The owner is very straight forward and friendly! I saved a bunch of money here :)

I got my laptop yesterday. I am rather new to computers in general (except what i do very well at work) Jason helped to explain and gave a brief overview of what there store does. I will need to learn how to really use my laptop, but for now give 5 stars based on customer service.

They r cheaters. They don’t know even what is the hard disc and how that works. On the name of data retrieval they’ll ask u hefty amount. Even for small desktop problem they’ll tell u that your mother board has crashed. It can’t get fixed, even if u ask them to repair then they’ll give u $350 estimate. Obviously u won’t accept it and fall in their trap and they’ll sell their computer to you. Thats their strategy. They know nothing how to fix the system. They’ll ask $50 for just diagnosing the problem where problem is visible and understandable. Someone will definitely sue them down the line...

They fixed a virus on my computer super fast. The clerk was nice & friendly and even offered a great deal on a new laptop for my mom. Check them out! This place has totally been revamped.

They had amazing customer service! Also, they work hard to make sure they get what the customer needs done! Friendliest people I have met and if I ever want a computer or need mine fixed, I will make sure I go to them first before any other computer store! 10/10, would go to again!

I wasnt expecting the quick turn around. I was very shocked when I received the phone call informing me that my computer viruses were removed within 24 hours of my drop off. My son was able to get this computer in time for his birthday. Thanks Compucave.

Terrible service. Never answer the phone when I call. Hours are never correct so u don’t know when they close. When mom tried to pick up computer they guy wouldn’t answer the door like he was hiding. So she waited and when he finally came out she had to rush to get to him. Then he was rushing her out the door because he was trying leave early even they their hours reads 6:30. They never call me back to let me know about my computer. I had to to call them at least 8-10 times for somebody to answer. I would never never never go back to them especially for a diagnostic. Their service is unprofessional.

Took my 8 year old HP laptop to CompuCavefor repair after gettng a 10% off repairs from Valpak. It was damaged while traveling and the guys there did a great job of replacing the screen for under $200. It looks as good as new. They kept me in the loop as to what needed to be done and the cost at all time. And it took less than 3 weeks so I had it back before Christmas. Highly recommend them for repairs and they have some real nice complete computer bundles for sale too. You will be pleasantly surprised when you check them out.

I am changing my review of CompuCave. After they removed what appeared to be a virus by reinstalling a Windows 10 OS it appeared to work correctly when I left. Hence the initial good review.However once home the computer would not turn on. There was a red light on the charger. I brought it back. Immediately they started talking about more money to fix a NEW problem. “Perhaps it’s a bad battery, Perhaps the MotherBoard is bad..”. There was nothing wrong with the battery or the MotherBoard before you “FIXED” it.After paying $129 to reinstall the O/S I have a brick that doesn’t work and the manager did nothing to help me. Except offer to charge me more money .I don’t trust them and no longer recommend their service .

This place is joke, I wouldnt go here. They tried to keep my laptop from a broken screen and tried to give me their dinosaur computer. This place sucks, go at your own risk. They need to get shut down.

Great experience! Took my laptop in because it was having charging/battery issues, and Jason took the time to power everything up and try and narrow down the problem with me before ever suggesting a diagnostic. He said he’s not one of the techs, and after trying a few things and researching he said it would need a diag from their tech and that diag fee would be applied to any repairs should I choose to have them done. Ended up being 2 faulty batteries, but they checked out all related potential issues and talked them through on the phone with me to make sure I wanted to keep the process going. All said and done they were going to charge an additional $26 dollars so I went in to pick it up and it was working fine. However, Jason had remembered I was repairing it to sell, so he made me an offer and after a little negotiating, we agreed on a price and my repair and my sale was done! Great experience, more reasonable than the big box stores, and seemly very knowledgeable staff that are friendly. I call that a win.

It was reopened under new managment, they were friendly and got it done quick. Im very happy with their services! I definitely reccomend it, give them a second chance!

Took my laptop there. He charged me 250 dollars upfront. Didnt call me back for almost a month. I had to threaten him with a civil lawsuit to get my laptop and money back. Worst place I have ever been to in my life. I took my laptop to the geek squad after getting it back. They said he basically ruined the laptop.

These people are CROOKS!!! I took my tower there about one month ago on September 9th to have a virus removed. He also told me he needed the money right then which was $145.00 which I gave him immediately. Told me it should be ready in a few days. I waited a few weeks for him to call because he never called me. I finally got in touch with him for him to tell me that he had to order a part to put inside of it and it wld be ready in a few days. Still wasnt ready, Finally went back for a refund of the money and my tower and he begged me to wait a few more days and he wld have one. So I continued to give him a little more time. Called back on Saturday like he told me to and they were closed. This man has been lying since day one..also smelled strong alcohol on his breath. Please do not deal with these people. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! Page says permantly closed. PLEASE HELP..I NEED ADVICE HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!! I would appreciate any feedback.. Thanks!!!

I had called this guy to ask him if he would take my 2dell laptop computers in place of a new used one he said yes they will and I walked from Mt healthy in Hamilton to Colerain Ave with my heavy book bag with the laptop s in it well I got down there to here and I pulled the laptops out and he said nope we dont take them I told him the other guy did say hed trade them just come in well this guy was very rude that he yelled at me and told me to go ill never go there again very bad services they need to be shut down
