A bit more expensive than Central Parkway car wash, but the tip seemed unexpected. There was some stuff on my bumper that looked like a paint scrape. They didnt touch it, bit it was just dirt on top of the paint. I maybe dont blame them for not scrubbing away at it. Otherwise well detailed inside and out.

I know these MEN work very hard AND in unpleasant weather. BUT, when I have my car driven through a MACHINE to clean the road dirt off, I EXPECT the vehicle WASHED on TOP TOO! My roof didnt even look like it got WET .... The MEN were great letting me be picky about some spots. Always TIP these MEN, they deserve it. The MACHINE NEEDS ADJUSTING or something. Dissatisfied, Ill be back to discuss the issue....thanks guys!!!!

They used to be great. This last time I went was just so so. Parts of my dashboard was not wiped. But I will go back and hope for the best

They do a great job. I found finding one in sticking with the same person, and tipping for the extra effort is well worth it. Great crew of people. Especially who greats you. :)

I Been Going To Royal Car Wash For A Really Long,Long Time Now & I Was Here Treated With Respect!

Great place, great people. Did a excellent job on my navigator. I would trust them again and the price is right. Was my first visit, now they are my go to. If you remember the great car washes of old, that memory will be back here in 2021. 5 stars, to the moon.

They do a great job cleaning my car inside and out. Unlike Mikes Car Wash, Ive never had any car damage.

I dont think my car has been this clean since the day I bought it. They were careful and spent a lot of time making my car look great for a very reasonable price.

These guys always do a decent job for the price. For the same amount as a Mikes wash, you can get your car towel dried, vacuumed, inside wiped down, and the inside and outside windows clean. I always give them a decent tip. If you are a stickler for a clean car, this is the place to go.

The technicians are polite and thorough with wiping down the vehicles and cleaning the windows. My car was soooo filthy; rugs hadnt been vacuumed since the pandemic began and after they finished, it looked showroom ready.I highly reccomend this car wash. The prices are great; they could totally charge more because the service is awesome

My brand new suv looked horrible when they got done....Poor Quality...water spots,stains,red residue on inside when they wipe down car,white,sticky stuff left on my car, windows not wiped down properly.I HAD TO GO HOME AND PROPERLY CLEAN MY CAR RIGHT.Touchscreen blurry with the products they used.Save your Money 30$.It was horrible....I will not recommend or be back.FIRST TIME THERE AND LAST!

I went at 5:30 got the ultra wash they did nothing locked the doors walked away I walked to my car and Wasn’t vacuum nothing was washed off still dust and they’re still dust on my steering wheel my handle still look dirty all they did was send it to the wash thing and vacuum my floor mats didn’t even wash them there’s still dirt in between them worse $20 I ever spent in my life I could’ve went through my own wash thing in town is try to drive all way to Colerain for six dollars instead of 20. I wish I could post pictures

Edit :: Went back again they broke the hand free magnetic holder for my cell phone. Still didnt clean the dash good so done with this place. Never again.Got a deluxe got back in the car and had to clean the inside myself after they were supposed to. Dust still in place only thing they cleaned was the windows.

It always looks good. Prices are a little high but they do a great clean and it looks nice. The guys work super hard!!! It is the only place I take my cars for a car wash or I wash it myself. So I guess that says something too!!!

The guys did a perfect job on my car! It was quite dirty. I have trouble vacuuming it bc of physical reasons & they were wonderful. There were no cars after mine so they were able to take their time. It would be nice if they could get some new chairs& spruce up the waiting area, but overall, its great not having to contort your body to clean your car. 🙂👍

We purchased their best wash, the Deluxe. Love the baby powder air freshener and they did a great job vacuuming and cleaning the interior

These guys do a great job. Sometimes you have to double check their work. Be sure to tip the guys cleaning out the inside. They work hard & deserve their tips.

Our car was so dirty on the inside and out. It had even gotten to the point that we sometimes dreaded getting into it because of the mess. We had sprayed something inside of the car a couple months ago, and a film got on the inside of the windshield that made it rough to see out of when the sun would come up. Dwayne and the team really transformed our car in about 20 minutes!I also appreciated the way theyve set up social distancing at their place as you wait.So nice being able to sit down and relax for a bit as someone else took care of the car.

I paid for a deluxe and expected them to shampoo my seats . They did not do that whatsoever and I sat outside and watched them . They didn’t even clean my back seat at all not my trunk . I wouldn’t go back here at all

I paid $23 for the deluxe car wash. The first time my car was sent through they missed the triple coat so I asked for it to be sent through a second time. Then as I was leaving I noticed they didn’t wipe ANYTHING down, not the dash, the cup holders, there’s still dog hair on the back seats. They also didn’t vacuum anything in the back, only the front floor. Every time I go here it’s always like this. I would not recommend going here. If I could give this 0 stars I would

This is the only true car wash thats in Colerain Township for about the same price as Mikes exterior only car wash you get your windows wiped your carpet vacuumed your dash and doors wipe down and its all done in a timely manner I love this place Im glad theyre in Cincinnati and I would hope that everybody can appreciate the fact that when you leave this place your car is clean inside and outside for a very fair price not much higher than Mikes across the street I recommended definitely when youre on Colerain Avenue and your car is dirty try Royal car wash they do the job right the first time and if youre not happy then wash it again and vacuum it again for you you cant beat it

I have been trying to be supportive!! But as always...... my car was not clean on the inside nor were my wheels clean!!! My dashboard was filthy. I had even asked the gentleman if he could clean my cup holders because they was never touched! Then when I started driving I noticed everything else. So if anything, I just want my $10 TIP BACK!!! SMFH

This place is HORRIBLE. Took my car up here last week. They did botch job inside my car. It was barely vacuumed. And they did not take time to even wipe the inside windows down. I spoke with the manager and he said that it perfectly fine with him. If that wasn’t bad enough. As I was getting in my car, I over heard the two guys that did my car. Saying that’s why they don’t like to deal with N***as. I will never step foot near this place again in my life.

Never going back they never clean the inside good I always get the 27 dollar wash which includes everything I talked to the manager and he was gonna redo my car but Ive been there too many times and I think Im the fool to keep going back THEY GOT ME FOR THE LAST TIME

Great job on the inside and outside of the car.

They had me drive around like a chicken with its head cut off. All I wanted was the in side of my car shampoo and cleaned out.

Everyone except the cashier was very friendly. Even the other customers. One of them told me I should get the frequent buyer card so I went back inside and had to “bother” of the cashier to get one. I will definitely be back for the great car wash.

They are either severely understaffed or just dont care. The owner was greeting cars. He would take one every 15 minutes while detailing a car in a side garage. If I wasnt stuck by being the line I would have left. Several have. Cars are hanging out on Colerain Avenue while he shows no interest

This is the Best Car Wash on the west side of Cinti...Full wash and hand dry... and vaccume too... just a couple bucks more than LA & Mikes...Really the wait is minimal and it is worth it...They offer full detail service as well...Give it a try, you wont regret it

Rush job car wasnt to my standard especially for it to be a brand new car 3 days old. I try to support black businesses and I get screwed every time.. Youre supposed to take pride in what you do however laziness doesnt work for me

I used to love this car wash but the staff has gotten lazy. Paid $21 for a car wash inside and out and they didnt even wipe down my windows or dash. Youre better off going to Mikes up the street and cleaning the interior yourself.

Machines in conveyer were broke...so they hand washed it...doing a half as job...not again!!!!

This is a no frills, wash-dry-interior vacuum service.They generally do a good job, adequate for most expectations.If youre looking for perfection, you will probably be disappointed, unless you opt for the detailing service, which i rarely have time for.Be sure to tip the guys prior to them drying the vehicle, and tell them any special areas to pay attention to. Up front tips will get their attention. Ive seen a lot of people give them one dollar or nothing at all after the fact.

I came to get a deluxe wash and I got in my car it was dest every where mud on my door after letting him know where the mistakes were he still didn’t get it right. This was a big disappointment! Oh to the guy that did get it right Thank you on your part of the deal. Until I see different ⭐️

Like the convenience that they wash add vaccum when I cant. Ive been there twice, paid top $ amount & gave a tip, but once in car, did not have top $ service. 1st x poor vacuuming & no air freshener, 2nd x poor vacuuming. Keep going back due to the convenience.

Best full service ive been to. Its a machine wash so its not gonna clean off 6 months of bug guts and bird poop but if you go regularly, this place will keep your car looking good inside and out.

Hands down, this is the BEST car wash in town. Dwayne and his boy Calvin do an amazing job at this place. When I cant wash my car myself, this is the ONLY place I will go. This establishment is not only well ran with a friendly staff, but they also provide an excellent service! They even let you decide who you want to detail your car. If you ask me, Jamie and Calvin get the job everytime.
