I don’t know where to begin. Shawn and Gary and the crew have transformed almost my whole house and we are continuing soon! I feel comfortable leaving the crew to work. Shawn is a friend of mine now and Gary too! It’s amazing to find such honest and quality work, you hold onto that. Anyone who uses them will be pleased, trust me I’m particular. After a cancer diagnosis my wife spent more than a year learning to walk again. Shawn and Garys team at Build it Brothers designed and renovated half of our first floor to ADA guidelines to accommodate my wifes wheelchair allowing us to stay in our home. The time they took to understand our needs and creativity in coming up with practical solutions to a unique situation showed how much they really cared about our project and the work they do. I will definitely turn to them again for any home improvement project we have in the future and recommend anyone thinking of investing in their home consider them as well.

I wanted to expand an opening from my kitchen into my family room. Build It Brothers was able to make it look like the opening was like that from the beginning. they matched the paint and even used some excess hardwood floor to match the flooring. While they were there I showed them a trouble spot on the roof and had some leaking in the basement. The crew came out and fixed it in less then 2 hours being very professional. They just showed up and got things done. i would recommend them to anyone I know.

If you need any home remodel I highly recommend The Build it Brothers! They did an amazing job refinishing our kitchen (which invoked removing a wall), adding additional lighting in our ceiling, and updating the stone around our fireplace!! They offered a great design service that helped me to visualize and create exactly what I was looking for. Their crew always showed up on time and worked hard from beginning to end. Staying on schedule was a priority for them, which we appreciated. Anytime I had a question or concern it was answered and taken care of immediately by the owners. I am an at home baker so they set up a “make shift” kitchen in my dinning room so I could continue to work! They all did a fabulous job, and we absolutely love our new kitchen!!

Build It Brothers did everything right. They were very timely in their responses from the initial get go and continued to communicate throughout the entire project. Timelines were met thru the entire course of the project as well, and we were even able to meet the last minute changes the I requested without fail. Their website/App makes it extremely convenient to stay up to date with the progress that is being made as well the next steps are along the way. When the Build It Brothers team was asked questions about what the best option might be, for say the type of door that should be installed, they not only provided us multiple options but were able to provide a breakdown of the price differences along with the pros and cons of each option (price did not drive their recommendations). Looking forward to the next round of work to begin in our home knowing the quality of work that they have provided to us in the past.

I first met Shawn Mouch, owner of Build It Brothers, in 2016 after the passing of my husband from cancer. We had finished our lower level using a reputable contractor in Cincinnati a year earlier. Within a few short months, the lower level began to flood due to the improper placement of an egress window and faulty drainage in the yard and sump pump. I sought a lawyer to try to get a satisfactory resolution to my issue, since the original contractor refused to admit fault, even though his insurance took full responsibility.It was the lawyer who recommended Shawn Mouch, a contractor that he had experience with in lawsuits and cases of this sort. I was pretty much a mess when the lower level flooded for the 4th time after my husbands funeral, but Shawn was attentive,, caring, and compassionate. He assured me he could take care of my issues and became a blessing as he supported and advised me as to what needed to be completed to remedy my issues. He quickly began to work on the job.Unfortunately, Shawn ran into much more than he anticipated as we later discovered foundation issues that required more extensive work to correct. But Shawn was ever positive, encouraging, and became a friend as well as a contractor in the process. He was timely, stood by his word and promises, and ultimately corrected all of the issues at my homes lower level and foundation. I knew he would listen through my tears, offer a shoulder , then take care of the problem. I truly believe Shawn was sent by God to help me through this exceedingly difficult time in my life personally and in my 30+ year old home that my husband and I had built together.Since this time, Shawn has come to my aid on other issues with my home. I just have to share what an amazing job Mid West Property Pros did at my house! I, like most women these days, found all of my inspiration on Pinterest for my kitchen remodel. I had every drawer and cabinet mapped out and I knew exactly what I wanted. Shawn and his crew came over and found a way to replicate every detail of it! It’s beautiful! They had to take out several walls and bring in a 12 foot piece of quartz. The crew was so friendly to be around. They would even play with my kids. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and urge you to choose them for your remodeling needs! They simply went above and beyond!

We had a problem of water coming in our big picture window, and nobody could fix it so I called build it brothers and the were very professional and were not expensive. I would use this company again.
