Professional and quality service. Nick is personable and respectful. The app. used to schedule my appointments is convenient and useful to pre-pay. I can get a full service shave, grab lunch and be back at work before my lunch hour is over! The whole experience is a luxury.

He took my money and provided horrible customer service. This is my first time booking Nicks services and I was very excited because of the great reviews and the professional look he has. As I was setting up my online appointment everything seemed awesome and professional. I selected the time and day of my appointment and continued. The next page it brought me to was a payment option page that required a card to confirm the appointment. NO WHERE ON THE PAGE DOES IT SAY you will be charged whether you show up or not it actually convientienly says YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED TILL YOUR APPOINTMENT ENDS making Me, the consumer, feel like my card information is only for security purposes. Little did I know thats not the case. I had an appointment at 8am for an undercut that I missed so I decided to walk down to the shop and talk in person because he wasnt answering my calls and he was texting me saying Im getting charged regardles  I get down to his shop and patiently wait for about an 1 hour because he had customers and I wasnt trying to interrupt. After they left I attempted to shake his hand and introduce myself, which he was not interested in, as well as nicely ask if theres anything available anytime. He twiddle his fingers and while sweeping up the floor responded Im a really busy person I said I understand, this is my first time booking and I didnt know it was like this is there anything you can do for me? He basically replied to me explaining that hes gotta get paid regardless while I am sitting across from him looking at his big ass flashy platinum chain and thick as gold watch. End of story is he didnt try to work with me in any way. Him being someone who has an award for helping the community, youd think he would be more attentive to his customers and not steal their money. I really wanted to see how good of cut he could give me.but I refuse to support someone that steals from his customers and doesnt even have a strong customer support system. I am very disappointed you can tell the glitz and glamor is getting in his head, hes full of himeself. Youd think he would appreciate and understand that his customers are the reason he has a buisness.
