Brenda at the Madison Rd. location is extremely helpful, and made the process an absolute breeze. We are very pleased with the storage unit. Its completely dry and will more than suit our needs. The location seems very secure and tidy. Very happy to have found this place!

This experience started off well. I rented my unit over the phone. Upon arrival I saw that there were many dead bugs(roaches,rollie pollies) at the entrance of my unit and throughout.The associate offered to clean the bugs but had no idea where they came from. I asked if they recently sprayed, he said no. It was also mentioned that the third floor had not been cleaned in months. Because of this I never moved in. I asked for at least a partial refund and was denied. The lack of customer service or apology on the back end of this is why I would not recommend this facility.

My husband and I needed a storage unit to store some things in our house and we went to Box Self Storage near our home on Madison Rd. The business was clean, the units nice and air conditioned! They have great deals and Carla Dempsey was so kind and professional. She was attentive to our needs and helped us find just the right size unit at a great price. This iStorage facility was exactly what I needed for short-term storage (Jan-Sep). I had an indoor unit just inside the door leading outside, so it was as convenient as having the units door open to the outside, but without weather affecting it (leaves blowing in, etc.). The unit was clean when I took possession and remained virtually dust-free for the entire storage time. The gate at the facility entrance provided a level of security but never hampered easy access to the storage unit. Lastly, Brenda at the office was extremely nice and helpful at all times, from showing me the lockers available to signing me up to ending my lease. Should I need a storage location in the area again, I would definitely go back to iStorage.

This was my first time utilizing a storage facility for an extended period of time, but I could not imagine a better rental experience. The staff is extremely helpful, pleasant, and proactive. They consistently go out of their way to ensure a positive experience. The facility itself is safe, clean, and easy to access. Overall, if youre looking for a storage facility, you wont find a better one out there.

Signing in and renting a unit online was easy and quick. Very convenient. The only curve ball I was thrown, was that online, the unit I picked was described as 10 x 10, but after Id rented it and arrived, I discovered the unit was triangular and though it may have been 100 sq. feet, the triangle shape made it a bit of a challenge fitting some larger items in. Not the end of the world, but something that could have been made more clear on the selection process. Also, the first month free or at a discount special offer, didnt seem to last a full month, it was just until the next billing cycle, so while I thought I could get out in less than 30 days and be under that special, I was billed for a second month about 3 weeks in. Again, not a major issue, just something that was buried in the fine print and not obvious. Very helpful staff, very clean and convenient location.

The lady Carla that works there is amazing!!! She is super understanding and was very sympathetic to the issues I was having that day. She even stayed past her scheduled time to leave to help me. She is a great example of what customer service should be. I would highly recommend Box self storage to anyone. A++ experience!!😀

Brenda, the property manager, and Brittany, the agent who assisted me in moving in, were both incredibly professional during my transition into the storage unit. Pricing was clearly detailed. The unit itself was as described. And the sign up process was hassle free and without any surprises. I dont like surprises. Open on SUnday, easy to reserve on-line, very helpful over the phone on my questions. Nicki - the attendant on duty - made checking into the unit super easy. She went through best path to our unit and also ensured everything was ready to go. The storage unit is brand new and extremely clean! the climate control is also top notch (very cool inside) so no worries on being too hot. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

We have had to increase the size of our storage unit three times and the I would like to compliment Carla & Niki for being extremely helpful in this process by finding the best unit nearest our current location and making sure everything went smoothly with billing and ease of making transfer. The facility is always very clean, safe and a pleasure to be in.

Moving can be stressful as is, but it makes a great difference when people are kind along the way. Brenda, was just awesome. Very kind, informative, and understanding of the whole moving transition. My girlfriend and I are waiting for our next home to finish being built, and are having to move all of our things to storage until then. Pain in the butt! I had never had occasion to rent a storage unit but needed to do so in connection with the renovation of our condo. Nikki at Box Self Storage was amazing and made the process so simple. So simple, in fact, that we rented two units from her. Such a saleswoman! When our movers arrived, she met them with cold water to take the edge off their thirst. The storage facility was clean and new and the codes all worked as they should. The prices were reasonable, but what was really most important to us is how Nikki handled our needs. Kudos to her and to her employer for recognizing talent when it presents itself.

I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. The staff was very helpful, especially Brenda who was quick to respond to voicemails and emails. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access. We often saw staff doing their rounds. They had a great special on our units- first month free. Our movers came with an 18-wheeler and were able to navigate the aisles between each storage building.

So far so good! Carla was very responsive and friendly. She had the answers to all of my questions and showed me the unit sizes that were available for me to rent and set up the payment and rental agreement quickly. On the day of our move everything worked properly (code to enter, etc.) and moving our items in went smoothly. They had 2 carts and a dolly available which was a huge help. The only complaint is the carts are so long that they can be difficult to maneuver around the corners of the other units. Maybe it would be helpful to have a shorter cart, or to oil the wheels so that they can be maneuvered more easily? But really other than that there havent been any issues and so far so good.
