Dan is the man! Fair pricing, very helpful in explaining things. Doesnt sell you anything you dont need. Always gives you the honest truth and I value that above almost all else. If I had to complain, it would be that theyre busy! But that just shows you their quality. High demand. Great place.

I had a dead car battery and I struggled to find a jumper cable all around but then when I found this shop I asked the man inside and he left his store and walked all the way with me to my car to help me jump start and refused to even get payed for his service. Highly skilled and very friendly; would recommend this place tenfold if you want great service and wanting to support a great local business.

Dan is the best mechanic in town! My dad and I both drive BMWs and have been going to this shop for years. He does a great job for a much better price than the dealer. I once even called him to consult about car issues I had while on the road in Colorado and he was happy to give me advice.

I found this place 6 years ago when my teen daughter bought an older Volvo S60. Since that time, my son bought an old BMW and I purchased an Audi TT. All of us agree that Stephens makes it affordable to own these older foreign cars. Dan is a great mechanic and has a good sense of value and what it takes to keep these cars going without spending more than they are worth.

I found this place online and was impressed with the rave reviews from customers. My Fiat needed an oil change and coolant for my air conditioner but a trip to Florence and the Fiat dealership there wasn’t working in my schedule so I tried Jim Stephen’s shop. I’m very glad I did! I’ll be seeing those folks more often.

Not willing to extend help under any circumstances, and actually lied about where he was to avoid talking. I was broken down near his shop and 800 miles from home. Not crying, just saying!!!

Ive been taking my old Volvo there for over 10 years and wouldnt consider taking it anywhere else. Dan is the best to work with and treats every customer with a ton of respect. If theres an issue that doesnt need to be fixed right away, hell tell you or will even let you know if its something you can fix yourself. Even if you dont live downtown, its well worth the trip.
