They tell you they accept evictions... they don’t my credit score is high the only thing on my credit is an eviction from 9 years ago. It’s a waste of time to even apply and pay the application fee they false advertise! After reading through the reviews I’m glad I was denied! When applying you can NEVER get someone to answer the phone during their business hours. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

This place used to be very, nice and quiet. The last year has been worse since Lauren is no longer managing the property. Management need to do a better job of screening applicants. Darryl, the previous maintenance man was excellent and could fix anything. The guy that is here now, while he is “eye candy” he can’t fix anything. He marks service tickets complete without fixing things..He can’t even change the air filter without resetting the thermostat to remove the change filter setting. Trash isn’t being cleaned up like they used to do.

The security system is poor in this apartment. People cant sleep at night and have to be awake to watch the cars because people are breaking into cars and stealing stuff. Yes! There is a new management and hope they begin to put things into place before they lose their tenants.

So sad that we have to chase people at night from breaking into our cars and nobody will show concern. Thieves are freely moving up and down. They are suppose to fix cameras and securities who patrol at nights so we can sleep in peace. We cant pay over $1000 and keep watch of our cars so that people wont break our glasses and also we spend money fixing it. Its so sad. They have to act now before its late

Not a safe place anymore. They needs to start caring about their tenants. Recently everybody is complaining about their cars in the nights. We all woke up at 7/4/20 at to chase people away. They stole someones phone in their car.

I hate to give this place a bad review but, it was truly a nightmare I was there this time for six years at 706 Northland Blvd where the blue light was people would stop and say how beautiful it was during the holidays.Then on January 6th 2014 there was a 6 alarm fire could have died there was straw in the attic from the birds should had been cleared out when new owner took the place, but only 😎😎😎money was important not safety and just when I thought it couldnt get any worse here come the new neighbors,you TALK ABOUT THE HILLS HAVE EYES!!.. this man would follow me harassed me taunting me but KNOW one wanted to address this creepy mess I reported it but nothing was done so at the end of the day this company is only concern with money and not safety I almost lost it behind this 😂😣🤣SORRY GUYS BUT THIS IS THE TRUTH this mess was allowed they wouldnt acknowledge this issue at all .JUST A EVIL PLACE BUT GOD IS GOOD BEWARE OF THE BEAT UP RED FORD EXPEDITION AND ITS OWNER CLINTON OTIS THE BOOGIE MAN.I HAVE FINALLY POSTED A PICTURE OF THE BOOGIE MAN BEWARE 😣😍

We pay way too much to witness kids having sex in the pool bathrooms and workout center... Half of the problem dont even live in these apts
