Nice apartments in downtown Cincinnati. Heres an incredible image that shows what this same area looked like back in 1926.

This place (when it was Lytle tower) has group of wonderful people; tenants and staff. Theres a lot of diversity in age and culture. Management is very knowledgeable and helpful and maintenance is friendly and fast. The room is charmingly small in size. Great for one person and perhaps a bit intimate for 2 people. The lobby is spacious and easy to work or relax in. The location is central and walking distance to downtown, OTR and Newport. I stayed here for a year and liked it enough that I signed on for another year. When I had to move, I was really appreciative on how management worked with me and helped me. I recommend looking at this place to anyone who has a minimal style, no pets (they only allow cats) and likes living in the city.

Ive lived here 6 months now and I truly believe it is one of the best decisions I made when moving up here. The apartment was completely remodeled prior to moving in. My neighbors are great. Its quiet but still in the middle of downtown. It doesnt feel like a college dorm building like some of the other places I looked at. Great customer service all around and I can honestly say, the staff is amazing. Period. Michelle and Steve are wonderful people and so helpful. They go above and beyond to make it feel like home. Seriously, its a wonderful place to live.

I lived here in year 2010, I absolutely loved it. It is close to work, nice people at leasing office and maintenance (talking about 2010). Michele the property manager and Steve had been so friendly and helpful.Walkable from the happening places of downtown, river front. Easy access to public transport. direct bus to airport. I recommend it to bachelors or people having smaller families.

Lived here in 2016-2017. Great apartments for someone who lives alone or a couple. If you just moved to the city and need a place to get your bearings these are great apartments for that purpose. Parking is a hassle and you have to deal with some city noise. The rooms themselves are quiet, never had issues with neighbor noise. Staff is great, no issues with maintenance. Having a washer and dryer was amazing. Had no issues getting security deposit once I moved out.

Best decision I made before I moved to Cincinnati. Michelle, the property manager, sat me down and she walked me through all the details of the apartments and hooked me up with a great corner unit. Brand new, freshly remodeled, granite counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances, washer and dry IN UNIT, custom walk in closet! This place is awesome. Yeah it was a little bit on the small side but for one person it was perfect.Located right across from Western and Southern and P&G its a great place. Two blocks from Great American Ball Park and US Bank Arena. Nothing beats walking out your front door, walking a block and getting cheap cheap tickets to all the major sporting events. Within walking distance to the Banks, Fountain Square, and OTR. Lytle Park is less than a block away. Easy on and off to the expressways. If I had to do it over again I would choose Lytle Tower 10 out of 10 times. Other good thing is their excellent ancillary staff. Steve, the jack of all trades, is always willing to help out even if its not in his job description. Theres security at the front door every night and I feel like Im at my grandmas because the cleaning lady keeps this place spotless.Last note: Not sure what the other reviewer is referring to because I never once had problems with bugs. They even come to do preventative sprays a couple of times a year.

Seems cheap for downtown until all the sneaky charges come up. They will charge you anything they can. Avoid!!

I would not recommend this property to anyone. I recently relocated to Cincinnati, OH for employment and chose this apartment based on the location and upgraded units they provided. I later experienced bites from bed bugs that spread from an infested apartment in the building. After bringing the issue up to management it took about a month for property management to have my apartment treated. In addition I was blamed for bringing the bed bugs to the building initially until the property management fessed up about two months later and informed me that the bugs came from another unit and spread to mines as well as others.Although, they were aware of where the problem came from they never tried to accommodate me for the discomfort I experienced or the inconvenience caused. They even refused to reimburse me the the months rent that I paid while being displaced from my apartment due to the pest problem. They also did not try to accommodate me for the brand new furniture that I had just purchased upon my arrival.I thought they handled the issue totally unprofessionally and I felt completely disrespected. This property charges way too much money for poor facilities due to bed bugs.I would not recommend this property to anyone.
