They took my appointment the day before and I was grateful. The staff was quick and professional. Prices were great and Ill be coming back.

A while back I got my nails done and the people there seemed all very nice. I was taken care of right after the women before me. They didn’t rush on the women before, they took their time and created conversation. There was also an older woman taking care of one of the clients baby. So kind and welcoming for a nail place. My nail tech that day was so kind he even suggested that whatever I need he will do when I asked him if he could narrow my nails down. Many nail places stick to their own routine of doing things to get clients going, but they were very nice and even took me in without an appointment. I would have definitely given 5 starts but I did feel a bit of a lack of professionalism, only because I felt like I wasn’t acknowledged when I waited a long time for them to finish doing the other lady’s nails. I did not make an appointment so I can understand, but they could have let me know that there would be a wait and that I was welcome to stay. :)

First time going and theyre okay for something quick and basic.The guy who did my nails could have done a better job of shaping them.I noticed the there was another guy who had a lot of clients booking for him so maybe next time Ill ask for him and maybe it be worth the 74 dollars that I paid : acrylics and pedi. I recommend the pedis!! Im sorry I forgot theyre names but they do wonderful with pedis. Lastly , My nail broke 2 days after I got them done. All in all , ask for the main guy I think hes the owner if you want your nails done decently and pedicures are worth it but Im sure you can find something that can beat 35 bucks for a pedi.

They try book so many appointments with out having enough staff i made appointments at 2 pm endend up taking care of me at 3 my nail were rushed to get me out and get other people in .. the prices are nice but the time is not will not be coming back

Tony and all the staff there are so nice.I never write reviews but this is the best nail salon I’ve found in the Berwyn area.I love them they did such an awesome job and such great prices.They don’t rush either they really take there time to make sure you are satisfied with there work which I appreciate tremendously I will absolutely be going back.

Came here twice for haircuts for me and my gf and I have to say the staff is very professional. They are kind but strict with covid regulations. On top of that their stylists are all very good and kind. They serviced my gf hair for a nice long time and she came out very happy with her do. I myself wanted a very quick trim and thats exactly what I got. Ten minutes and I was done. Perfect. Highly recommend this spot.

I only come here to get my pedicure done but don’t like the massage on my feet so much. But you get what you pay for. This time I got no chip on my toes and the woman did an amazing job.

I went to this nail salon not knowing what to expect after reading the reviews, but I can honestly say they were friendly and very accommodating! The place doesn’t smell like mold like I read. My nails turned out exactly how I pictured they would and I will be returning for the rose gold chrome color! Tony was great!

If I can give this place a zero, I would! Place is dirty. Not even sure if they sterilize their utensils. I got a no chip manicure. It looks like I did it myself. I had streaks and bumps on my nails. I asked them to fix it. All they did was put more top coat. Terrible!

They never do a filling right they always end up looking so bumpy and when they put a new nail they don’t put the effort of trying to shape it the same way you have your other nails. ive gone here 3 times and i always get disappointed is not worth it

There’s a reason this place has been around for 10+ years!

The place is dirty and smells like mold. The pedi station is not cleaned after each client the water is just rinsed. The tools like the amery boards are so dirty yet they cost 1 dollar to replace and they keep using the same file over and over again. There is an area for eyebrows I saw an employee blow on the wax before applying the wax and dipping the same wax stick in the container of hot wax. People at times bleed and the wax stick is being dipped in the same container used all all clients.The employee asked what my race was and then proceeded to tell me what I looked like- so unprofessional. Then I did not like her work after I showed her an image of what I want, I just told her to file the nail, she cut too much. She then threw a fit and told me she did not want to ever work with me, gets up and pushes the rolling chair that I am sat on one table over. The owner is observing all of this. She proceeds to work on another client, making me wait for my nails to soak in alcohol. Previously she took 1.5 hours to do a pedi. She pressured me to get a pedi using no chip technique because it is easier to manipulate the lines. With regular nail polish she kept redoing the line over and over again.When I told the woman to finish taking my nails off as she had made me late to a previous engagement. She came over and using the nail drill injuring my nail bed, she filed the tip until only skin remained. I pulled my hand away from her. It was throbbing in so much pain. She rushed to use the drill when she suppose to use a buffer not a drill to remove extensions that are so thin.The owner did not apologize the employee did not apologize and charged me for the pedi.

AVOID!!!!!THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!For starters...I called and made an appt to avoid waiting. I understand sometimes people are running behind but when I got there that lady was working on someone elses nails. She told me it would be 10 minutes. So I waitied. Then after 15 I got up and asked her how much longer it would be and she replied just 2 minutes so I waited. She then had the customer she was working with...wait while she started my nails..awkward.So she ran back and forth to do mine and the other customer at the same time. Really lady?She then cut my nails with real scissors. I mean the ones you use to cut paper for an arts and crafts project, again...really? Needless to say-my nails are totally crooked.The whole experience was terrible and I have glue all over ny thumb. I still paid though I wish I hadnt as I am writing this literally still parked in front of the place. I have been getting my nails done for years and have never been anywhere worse.So like I said seriously avoid. If there were an option for zero stars..this place would be the most deserving.

Horrible customer service was giving attitude at the entrance I wanted something simple one person was not doing anything she told me can you give me 5 minutes her five minutes became 10 of me waiting for nothing yet I asked her again and then another guy there says oh she doesn’t know how to do it in my head I’m like why did you make me wait for something you couldn’t even do lady walked out this place is a joke
