Theres times where they do amazing jobs and theres times where they mess up. Theres probably like 3 people who are always amazing there . And a young girl who is such a sweetheart and an amazing nail artist. But Ive only seen her once :(

Very limited amount of non gel polishes. They kept pushing gel and I had brought my own polish in. During pedicure I was cut with what looked like a cheese grater on my ankle. I had just gotten a pedi 2 weeks ago so there was no need for that. When I told the lady that she had cut me all she said was, oh. When I went for my nails to be polished the gentleman told me that I didnt need a base coat only primer. The results are horrible. My polish is uneven, lumpy, and you can tell where top coat is missing.

Nail tech One is the best, she takes her time when doing pedicure and manicure. Downfall she does not do acrylic.

I came in to get a mani and pedi, the lady who started doing my nails didn’t do a good job so I asked her to fix a couple of them by filing them down but instead got upset and cut it off and had someone else help me, I believe she’s the owner, she was a lot nicer and did a better job. The girl that did my toes was great.

Great customer service .

One nail tech. it’s a man I felt like he rushed to do my pedicure and full set. He barely did the pedicure just let me soak cut down and buffed , he did not get the dead skin around the cuticle or cleaned underneath. Also my manicure nails was shaped uneven and he left a thick coat on top of my nails and they looked bulky you can see it and they were uneven in shape second time he done my nails like this .

I love long he does a great job on my nails allllll the time. Hes the best nail tech ever!

Ms. One is very professional, dedicated, careful, and friendly. My nails have lasted for at least 3 weeks. I LOVE my nails so much 😍 Extremely recommend this wonderful lady and this place! Absolutely will bring friends and relatives here! Thank you 😊

Horrible service never again

I recently moved to Wisconsin I love this place, T is the best the hour and a half drive is worth it for me the customer service is great and i always love the way she does my nails.

Horrible since new owners and employees took over, went for a pedicure and the young woman that did my nails literally left each nail a different length, cut both of my big toes and drew blood, then had to have them fixed and was told I’d be given a discount.....yeah of $2! Oh and the woman left before I could even finish drying or pay ! Won’t be back!

Ms. 1 is great and takes her time. This was my second visit with her for a no-chip manicure and first time for a regular pedicure.

I went to go get a pedicure, the lady hurt me soo bad! The experience was not relaxing, it hurt so bad she scrapped my feet and the back of my ankle and made my toenails bleed. Not only that she also made my toenails croocked, they weren’t squared they were slanted. I DO NOT recommend to get a pedicure there, don’t bother wasting your time or money, it might be cheap but it’s not worth it sis.

The last time i went to this place they didnt do a good jobe idk if the guy was in a rush or what but they didnt do it right they omost put the acrylic on my skin and they didnt last long on me😏

Havent been to this place in over a year, because I moved to the city, but I was in the neighborhood so I decided to stop in and get my nails done. I had no idea this place had new owners/employees. The lady taking care of me was pleasant up until I told her I didnt like how thick my naile were after she added a so called thin layer of gel to them. After she supposedly fixed a few of the nails, I told her to fix the other hand. Long story short lets just say her attitude and demeanor changed, she was in no mood to leave MY nails the way I wanted, she even said soak off if I didnt like them and called me crazy. Mind you she cut my finger with her nail filer because she was pressing down so hard filing the nail and no apology was given. It was something that couldve easily been fixed. Instead I asked for someone else to finish the job and that 2nd lady (sits next to the register) did an absolute better job then the 1st. I must say this was the worst experience I have ever had with a nail technician.DO NOT GO WITH THE CURLY/FRIZZY HAIRED LADY THAT SITS IN THE BACK CORNER WALL!!!!!

I had been coming to this particular nail salon for about 15 years, the previous owners were very detailed. I would mostly get a pedicure and it would last about 3 weeks, since the new owners took over I have to come back every week to do a pedicure because its not detailed at all!! I complained and the girl said it was because I wouldnt take care of my feet!! Couldnt believe how rude she was as to offend a customer. Recently, I stopped by for a pedicure (giving another chance) and I asked for new tools (brush, pumice stone and toe separator) to be used and the girl said no she didnt have any!!!! Which is a NO in my book for hygiene. Ladies watch for germs, even though they disinfect, they should have new tools for every customer. Feet are #1 for contractual fungi.

This place is horrible the man who did my nails was extremely rude and very aggressive towards my nails , not to mention he didnt even take the time to fix my cuticle and remove the little scabs around it. He blamed me for messing up my nochip thumb when in reality he had left it in for too long and it wrinkled up! When I told him I did not do that he said he did and fixed it WITH attitude . I m definitely not coming here again. Not worth my money. The service sucks!

It was my worst experience today for my first time there.. I went for a mani and pedicure and they do whatever they want and no what I told her. My hands nails look horrible, is not shape, not cutted we.. OMG is worst and of course I have to paid $33.00 for a bad service.Never again !
