I went today to get my city sticker, I got plates and title with them too one month ago.. so they gave me a price for $ 291.64 for one year, but I just have the truck for one month and they put the date like it was purchased on May 2020 and it was going to be expired on may 2021 only for 5 months.. thank God I saw it before paying it.. will never go to this place again ever..

Visited 11/9/2019 - 10 A.M. I was greeted by an employee by the name Eddie who was more than helpful and respectful! Eddie helped me get my College refund check cashed and at a time when I really needed it for College expenses. Businesses need more people like Eddie to ensure that continued success and a high percentage of customer satisfaction is implemented!

I when to buy my License Plate Renewal yesterday Saturday at 4:30pm, all the ladies were more interested on talking to one another than Help Me out . They told to to get the Get the Smoke Test first they are open now and you will be able to come back before we closed. But they were closed already. They are bad a giving information and bad at giving customer service ...

I will never go back there again, I feel that I was racially profile. The clerk was mean and hostile for no reason. I was cashing a check not from my employer but from a the resident committee who gives a Christmas bonus out to the staff. All she had to do was call the company to verify, but the clerk stated I cash all different types of check which is not a problem to me because if the check was fraudulent I wouldnt be able to cash them check as the clerk would say. The two women were Hispanics so I could not make out what they were saying which is very rude to speak to someone who clearly speaks English. I feel that the women attempted to embarrass me by asking what kind of work I do and how long I been there, considering they never wanted to cash my check anyways. If you are black dont waste your time there, theyre rude and unprofessional. Ive never felt so humiliated. There is too much hate in the world , there should only be good customer service in the work place. All she had to say is we advise you to take the check to your bank or the bank on the check , NOT we cant cash this check because we havent cashed a check like this in 4 years , I dont know why would you even mentioned what you did 4 years ago

Respectful and polite staff fast service and everything got done correctly smiling faces nice environment and they get the job done right

Good place to change checks send money orders and so on but bad side is they are always packed long lines especially on weekends

I came here to get my plates for the first time for my vehicle and was given a hard time. First I over heard them talking about how they were short $33.00. Then my plates suddenly have a 60$ late fee. I can’t use my credit or debit card they said only cash. Went to 26 and Pulaski to a PLS and was taken care of in 2 minutes. Horrible place here on Cermak and Cicero. Racist and robbing people. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Purchased vehicle sticker from here and had a temporary plate lady told me when I get plates to come back so they could register city sticker to new plate when I got plates the crabby lady behind window did not want to do it probably because she was eating and Im not Mexican very unprofessional

Bad customer service today March 3,2021 I went to make a money transfer and first they are not organized in the way of making the line, people get upset because they do not attend as they go and the person who attended me was at window 212 gave me one ugly attitude telling me that the line is on the other side and I told him that I go before the other client and that on the floor the arrows pointed to the other side and in the whole transaction he attended me very badly, he threw things at me I do not have his Otherwise I would put my name here on the receipt, it does not come out but it only appears that it was at window 212.
