This location deserve negative stars. VERY bad CUSTOMER SERVICE. It seems that the owner doesnt even care the type of customer services the employees are giving to the customers. If you want to get mad or want to have a bad day come to this location. If you want fast and good customer service go to the one on Austin and rooveselt.

This place is horrible and does not even deserve one star.. they are slow, unprofessional, have no idea what they are doing , rude and how are they going to charge you 10$ to chk if a money order I already paid for was cashed.. petty place.. I would never suggest this place to anyone..

I can not Believe the costumer service in this place. I had to pay a bill it was at 7:15am today and the lady that was there has no costumer service skills at all. Ive worked in costumer service for a long time and i know some people wanna take their anger on you but as an employee sometimes you have to deal with the situation with a smile and a thank you have a nice day!! This lady has no idea what the heck that means! I never wanna see her face again never going back there!!! And i make it clear i was not a rude costumer at all i always try to be nice because i know how it is to be in the other side! Oh and to add she would not shut up! Obviously if she was extremely rude i was not going to say thank you so i just walked away and she kept on saying Have a nice day in a sarcastic mode can you believe that??? And as i walked away i told her wooow what an ugly attitude you have.... and she kept on going and thats when i decided i had to come and give my review i dont know if the management ever reads this but if u do please call her atention tell her she has to improve her costumer service skill i feel sorry for the employees you have!!!

Fast and friendly. Just thinking about going to another currency exchange closer to me makes my head hurt. this location is fast they dont have to print there receipts 3ft away like other locations matter fact they dont even get up everything is at arms reach for them which makes the process faster. ( bill payments )

I went to get a document faxed over & they were very rude...they had me wait for 30 minutes because she forgot about my confirmation paper & she kept taking other customers. When she finally looks up she realizes she forgot she had me waiting...she never appologized. Will never go there again, not sure why they hire idiot people who can not multi-task.

I was about to cash my check and they tried to keep it.Horrible unprofessional.They were speaking a different language as I was asking for my check back. Long story short If this location were to close, I hope they put a pizza place there.
