Im no longer dissatisfied with this location for storage because of her and her understanding of cleanliness now more than ever. THANK YOU LAQUISHA! Great place to store. Been here 19 years and have never had any issues. Management is amazing here, especially Jackie! If it was not for her, I don’t think we would have continued business here, she is always there when you need her. Never seen someone care so much and take so much initiative. 10/10 recommend!

Jackie is such a great asset to Public Storage as the Property Manager at this location always is very Professional and knowledgeable about handling any issues that arise and Ive been using this facility whenever my storage needs arise .Always ready to assist when I need something. Jackie is very energetic as well the condition of the restroom always clean and smells fresh keeps the property clean as well which is amazing cause your renters leave their trash and discard their unwanted items along the maze she truly treats and takes care of this property like she owns it and when she needs to be stern she does it with grace. I have been a tenant here off and on for the last 18yrs will never go any where else for my storage needs.

The office person, Jackie...months ago was sent to another location. Coming in and out of my unit throughout that time I began to notice lack on the upkeep of the facility. Came into this Public Storage with my buddy to help him get a storage unit a few days ago and the young lady that helped us out named Jackie was great. She was very helpful and got my friend what he needed. I’m leaving this review because my friend was a little irritated when we first got here but she didn’t let that bother her one bit. If I could give zero stars I would , even with a lock on my locker I had well over 2000 dollars worth of personal items stolen from the locker. It could have been an inside job. Nothing can be done. Take pictures of your stuff so you have proof of your inventory.

I came to this Public Storage today to get 3 to 5 boxes. I was greeted by a young woman named Jackie and a gentleman named Gregory they were so helpful in helping me get what I needed. I wound up actually needing 15 after the questioned they asked about what I had left to pack. I felt I needed to really share this because as I was picking and asking questions both Jackie and Gregory took the time with me to explain other items I may have needed. They were both so kind and patient. When they were finally cashing me out I asked how long have they been working for the company...Jackie said almost 14 years and Gregory said 2 months. Wow..... just wow. I manage and run my own business and good employees are hard to find now a days. They really made my day. Thank you very much. The customer service at this location was great and I would definitely recommend anyone to come here....... I really applaud the team work.

The best PS location in the Chicagoland area! Clean and safe. You can have both an outdoor unit and a secured indoor unit. Its great for all needs. I went with an indoor unit and feel very safe about my belongings. The lady at the office I think her name was Jackie helped me by showing me around and getting everything set up. Thanks to Public Storage and Darlenes excellent customer service my first experience with using a storage facility was a great one. I was able to make reservations and move my belongs into the unit the same day! Darlene was patient as she explained all the details. She made sure I understood the agreement I was making even walked me around the facility showing me the unit and how to gain access in the building. In addition to, all Darlenes help she informed me that Public Storage is HIRING! Im definitely going to apply! I recently had a unit there to store some of my shipping materials. It was a great value. Jackie in the office is great. She was always sweeping and cleaning around the units to keep the area clean. Every time I went in she was cleaning either the office or the warehouse. I will definitely be coming back here again soon. Very convenient and secure.
