The people here are extremely helpful and friendly. The lady who helped me was Rocío and she made me feel as if my concerns were extremely important to her as well. She took the time to explain things well and figured out the best deal for me. I did not feel like i was getting ripped off either! I will definitely be back!

Place was clean and I’m pretty good condition. Cameras were everywhere, which is great too! Rocio had great customer service and was very helpful and informative! Thanks for your time, & sorry you have to deal with rude customers that can’t wait when you’re helping others!

Raising rates, mouse feces, water leaking into storage units after rainfall, and questionable individuals late at night. Simply, I would not recommend storing your stuff here. I started storing my furniture here about a year ago with the online rate of $87, which ended up being $95 after additional fees. About a year later most of my stuff is covered in mouse feces, and my current rate has increased to $119 a month. I dont go often to check on my storage unit but the few times Ive been there late in the evening I noticed people hanging out, and someone working on their car which I thought was out of the ordinary. Other than that, the people that work here are super friendly, easy to talk to, and are very helpful.

We had a 10x20 unit reserved and when we arrived at the Extra Space Storage facility, we realized that the unit wasn’t large enough. Denise helped us find what we needed by showing us multiple units. She was very friendly and even gave us chairs to sit on while we waited for our movers to finish. I went in looking for a unit I saw online But someone reserved it. So she help me look for one even better!!!!!!! Not only was it bigger! Better price as well. I highly recommend Her. Look for her and ask for her though. Or asks for Carol!!! Best manager around Hands down. She felt bad that I was looking around and couldn’t find the right place. So she even compared prices for me. Best. Part about the experience is while we were moving are stuff in I accidentally left my wallet on top of my truck:( and it fell off with 1850$ of rent money in it . She saved it till I came back the Same day and handed it to me. And said she seen it far off the truck when I pulled out to leave home. Best place to store your stuff great honest hard working gals.
