Switched over to State Farm, I was an Allstate customer for 20+ years and I file a claim once in the 20 years and they nickel-and-dimed me and then my rate went up and doubled. The motto is your in good hands it should be we wont cover that. We invested so much money thinking we were getting a fair rate and we discovered we didnt very disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone. Wish I could get my money back. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this company.

Allstate in general is very good. But this agency and its staff does not help. Its always better to call Allstate directly
