This location is a joke.They cant even provide you with a simple envelope. or a insurance card holder. Instead they staple your paper work together. The agents are great just the company is a joke.

Great service , agent rocio always takes care of my concerns and my brothers concerns. If she doesnt know the answer to my questions she always ask and makes sure she gets me an answer by the end of the day. I have known this young lady since she was at the location on cermak and western.

I am a young driver , with a 2012 volkswagon I walked in to Insure one on cicero and was helped by Rocio , She made sure I had good coverage for a good price. i couldnt afford full coverage but she offered me the liability plus and explained everything to me.

IVery bad costumer service employee made a mistake now i an stuck with 3000 bill minimum try to talk to them but everybody understand but novody can help
