Terrible! Called for a tech because it says 24 hr locksmith...was told at 4:30am that someone will call me in 15-25 mins with time of arrival and estimate for opening my car...40 mins went by...i call back and they tell me there is no such thing as a 24 hr technician....WTH...
Horrible ! I made 2 keys which were $9.99 because it didnt give me an option to chose the cheaper ones and when i gave payment i paid $21+ tax and only got 1 key and it was the 2 dollar key! I tried calling customer service and nobody answered. I will NEVER USE THIS MACHINE AGAIN. SAVE YOUR MONEY
Machine says it can duplicate vehicle keys but it cant. Tells you that a locksmith would have to come to your house/ wherever your car is. Wanted to charge over $132. Went to a big box hardware store and got it done for less than $4.
