I could not believe what I was hearing.They didn’t want to help because his wife was not with him. It is easy to see that his new phone number Is linked to his wife’s new number.Yea, everybody has time to take off from work in the morning to go hold your husbands hand to get his new account to work right.After 20 years as a customer, you lost BOTH of them and an account. Good job!!

I was picking up my daughter’s new phone. Gene was extremely helpful and patient while my daughter was was on the phone with me trying to help me remember my personal PIN number. He provided superior customer service.

I needed assistance with my phone and De’Andre was super helpful! I went in to get an upgrade and have a separate plan. I needed to do things on the phone with customer service before I could change plans and De’Andre was super patient and helped me along the way. This place is great and the staff make it a better experience!

Please note that you will be charged a $20 per line set up fee on top of all the other Verizon charges. They will not disclose that information until you see it on your receipt. My husband and I went to the store two days ago to upgrade our phones and nothing was mentioned of this fee. I went to the store today to talk to the assistant manager Darius to request they wave the fees since they didnt transfer any of my data over fo either of my phones and I was not told about the fee. He wasnt willing to do anything at all, I would have been happy with one fee taken off but he was cold and didnt seem to care about my concern. I will never go back to this store again. If you shop there, read everything and ask questions, make sure you get copies of all your paperwork. Unfortunately I wasnt given a copy of our paperwork, I only received a receipt in my email. Shame on me for trusting that they were an ethical retailer. If you go to Best Buy or an actual Verizon store you wont be charged the extra fees.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 10/10 Experience! My fiancé and I both walked in to upgrade our phones and we had the best phone buying experience! Darius the intern manager made our experience so pleasant and wonderful! He was very kind, knowledgeable, experienced, and really fun to work with! Darius was so awesome to work with that we wish we could come back sooner! Darius represented his store and Verizon EXTREMELY WELL!!! Terrible service. Had to wait almost 1 hour. Also they have a sign with instructions to sign in but it doesnt work and you have to sign in on a piece of paper and wait in the hot sun. Have always had a good experience before but this experience was Terrible. They ask you to wait outside and in the hot sun because you cant wait in you car because you have to stand at the door for your name to be called out load.

Verizon on Birch Road has the best five star customer service!! Jennifer was extremely personable, helpful, great listener as she transferred my data to my new upgraded phone. She also schooled me with the transitioning from an IPhone 8 to a IPhone 12. I cannot say enough about the store and how they train and manage the staff. This place sucks. My elderly parents went in to receive there new phones and the customer service was God Awful!!!! No help! Asked questions and the dude didnt know. Just sent them home saying yeah, here your phones. WORST SERVICE!!!!! Would rate them a -100

The people who helped me at the Verizon store, and Im particular Jennifer, were absolutely amazing. I can not say enough about how awesome the experience was. They were able to help me locate a loaner phone when I needed one badly while my phone was shopping to the store, and then were very helpful in getting everything set up. Thank you very much for making this experience great!

Good customer service, only issue I had was trying to make an appointment, you have to do it online, and to come find out, they took a walk in right before. It would be nice to know if you need an apoointment or not?

Truly disappointed in service since switching account over to a business. At first prior to sale manager Sergio was super responsive after getting me to commit to package, but has been MIA ever since (contacting him weekly). After months one phone and line still hasn’t even been activated smh. Totally unprofessional.Tired of waiting; ready to move on.

Been here before and wasnt impressed. Came in past Wednesday and Johnny helped us. He was a stand up dude and went out of his way to help and get us a deal for a new cell. Very impressed with his attitude and commitment to assist us.

Went into the store to create an account and upgrade to a new device and the service was amazing. Darius worked with me and was extremely patient throughout the entire process. Over the last week, I’ve actually been into this store a handful of times. They were always very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of issues getting my phone switched over from AT&T to Verizon, and in the end I had to get a new phone. De’Andre and one of the other associates helped me get all set up with the new iPhone and supported me through the whole process when I was still trying to figure out the problem. They worked past closing time to make sure I was taken care of, and they did so with a smile and a great attitude. All in all, I cannot recommend them enough! And if you guys at Verizon are seeing this, THANK YOU! You guys are the best!

Crystal was fabulous. She provided an array of knowledge and I trusted her immediately. Never had a better experience in Verizon as I did today. Her customer service was phenominal.

This was the third time to the store because my Samsung S9 had gone haywire at the last system install updates. I then got a replacement phone and the same thing happened 3 weeks later. This time/trip, Jonathan helped me and went over my account. He was able to significantly lower my Verizon monthly bill so that I was able to get a new phone. If the first 2 Verizon people had done that I probably wouldve gotten a new phone that first trip. However, Im super thankful I met Jonathan and he took care of everything.

Shout out to De for making a terrible day into a better one! The customer service was outstanding, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I felt welcomed, and was greeted as soon as I walked in. De was very patient with me, as I was frantic because the store was closing soon and I needed a new phone. De got straight to the point and within 10 minutes he had already resolved the first of my problems. Definitely will come back!

Went in about a week ago, I needed to purchase a new phone that same day. With COVID restrictions they make you wait outside while helping 3 customers at a time in store. I arrived at 5:25pm and the store closes at 7. Two customers ahead of me waiting outside. 6:50 came around and I was still waiting, asked De’ Andre if they were going to be able to help me. He went above and beyond to quickly process my transaction and was extremely friendly and personable while doing so. Thank you De’ Andre for your exceptional customer service.

The service was good considering we were in COVID times. The only complaint I have is that I had a glass screen protector installed and didn’t understand that the glass would be too short for my I-phone 12 Pro max. My finger hits the short ridge at the bottom every time and is making a bump on my finger.

Today I went to this store to upgrade my cell phone and I was attended by Darius who help me to select my new device, he help me very patiently, I am very satisfied with the experience.

Came in because my iPhone’s back camera stopped working. Got set up with Darius and he went through all my options. Found out I wad eligible for an early upgrade and an iPad! Darius was super helpful and friendly and made the experience personable :)

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to articulate clearly the details of my purchase and what my new monthly charge would be. We plan to return to the store so Jonathan can help us choose a new phone for my boyfriend.

Darius and the other girl who’s name I forgot to get were really great and patient. Not once did I feel rushed or like a nuisance.

Everything seemed fine until we received the fist bill from Verizon. We were charged a phone protection charge for the new iPhone even though we declined at the coverage at this store. Very shady practice to add coverage when we clearly communicated we were not interested. Check your bill and make sure it reflects what you agreed to. I will not return to this retailer!

My phone finally gave up on me yesterday and I was in need of a new phone, I went in today and was very happy with the employees who helped me and answered all of my questions they were extremely helpful and so informative :)

AMAZING customer service!! My husband and I went to this location yesterday with lots of questions and we weren’t sure what we wanted to do with our phones. Ashley was the first to greet us and she took care of us the entire time! She’s a great person and had a ton of patience with us as we finally decided to switch my phone from another carrier and trade in both phones to upgrade. It took about 3 hours and we were really glad we chose this location. Ashley made the entire process pretty painless and went above + beyond to help us with the military discount and making sure we understood everything! If you need anything she’s the one to go to! The store was clean, professional and easy to find also.

I have been a Verizon customer for sometime, and I have never had a better experience then I did at this store. Stephanie helped me and she was so helpful, friendly and understanding. I asked for a certain product and she was able to find the product and set it up for me. I really appreciate the help and the commitment they offer each customer. I interacted with a few Verizon members that day while waiting for my product to be ready; and everyone was nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this store and Stephanie as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Bought 4 new iPhone 10’s from them and everything they told me (price, monthly charge and promo) didn’t happen, I had to call Verizon directly 4-5 times to get everything fixed, very frustrating. I called and left a message to get a call back by area manager and that never happened either

I’ve been sitting here waiting to only pay a bill. Been sitting here for over twenty minutes and it seems I’ll still be waiting. Not the first time this has occurred. Extremely slow service is the norm here. Finally departed this store after another ten minutes of waiting. If this service is indicative of their overall service then this is a poor choice. I’m recommending to my friend to switch service to another provider.

Great service, quick and easy. Then got home to realize they sold me a different version, 3aXL versus the 3XL because he didnt have the 3XL. The case was wrong and they said theyd get me the right one in two days. Two weeks later after ordering through Verizon I got it. The manager Luis would not return calls after promising to take care it. That was 13 days ago. Bad customer serviceJust saw your reply, I spoke to the supervisor twice and called 4 times. He called back once while I was at the emergency room. Didnt leave a message and never actually talked to them. This store was terrible. The idea that you would suggest calling is funny. This is my real name and you folks want to call, do so!

Ive been a Verizon customer for 20 years, and I just had an amazing customer service experience with De Andrea. He was extremely knowledgeable in the products and services provided by Verizon. De Andrea was very patient we me after i could not make a decision on the type of phone I wanted to purchase. He provide a side by side comparison and explained the differences of each phone. De Andrea is an asset to Verizon, and I hope management values what he bring to the team.

To be honest, my husband and I got scammed here. We usually get good service from Verizon, but I guess times have changed since weve been at a cellphone place. We just wanted our services up again since weve suspended our lines for a bit. The employee that sold us our phones lied about the kind of services we were getting. We were then charged for services for times we werent in the States (military). It doesnt make sense to me. On top of that, we were sold a car box that is billed to us monthly when we were told that it was free.Overall, if you want decent service, dont go here. The people seem nice but Im sure theyll charge you more than what they say youll be billed. If you have no other choice, do your research first before coming in.

I have been to this location a few other times and have always received great service but today I went in and was assisted by a women, it seems as if the staff keeps changing here very frequent!! I had a question regarding my phone and the battery and she was very pushy!!! As soon as I told her I wasn’t interested in purchasing a new phone her attitude completely changed. Verizon really needs to get it together!!!! This location in particular!!!!

Went to Verizon and was met with amazing help from Ashley. She was really kind and attentive to my requests and plan needs. Could not have asked for anyone better to help me and my family.

I went into this Verizon store to purchase a new phone. After my research I felt the IPhone Max would be my best choice. The salesclerk kept trying to sell me an android since that’s what I had for so many years and that it’s very difficult for people YOUR AGE to switch to a different operating system.. and all you would do is become frustrated and return the phone. What I didn’t tell her, was that I had been a computer programmer for 20+ years.. I politely thanked her for her time, and left for the Apple Store where I purchased my IPhone Max.. just because we “look old” doesn’t mean we’re stupid.
