I don’t know how to do that. You might have to go online.What a poor response to a new customer while standing in a corporate store. I could not believe what I was hearing.They didn’t want to help because his wife was not with him. It is easy to see that his new phone number Is linked to his wife’s new number.Yea, everybody has time to take off from work in the morning to go hold your husbands hand to get his new account to work right.After 20 years as a customer, you lost BOTH of them and an account. Good job!!

I needed to do things on the phone with customer service before I could change plans and De’Andre was super patient and helped me along the way. Please note that you will be charged a $20 per line set up fee on top of all the other Verizon charges. They will not disclose that information until you see it on your receipt. My husband and I went to the store two days ago to upgrade our phones and nothing was mentioned of this fee. I went to the store today to talk to the assistant manager Darius to request they wave the fees since they didnt transfer any of my data over fo either of my phones and I was not told about the fee. He wasnt willing to do anything at all, I would have been happy with one fee taken off but he was cold and didnt seem to care about my concern. I will never go back to this store again. If you shop there, read everything and ask questions, make sure you get copies of all your paperwork. Unfortunately I wasnt given a copy of our paperwork, I only received a receipt in my email. Shame on me for trusting that they were an ethical retailer. If you go to Best Buy or an actual Verizon store you wont be charged the extra fees.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 10/10 Experience! My fiancé and I both walked in to upgrade our phones and we had the best phone buying experience! Darius the intern manager made our experience so pleasant and wonderful! He was very kind, knowledgeable, experienced, and really fun to work with! Terrible service. Had to wait almost 1 hour. Also they have a sign with instructions to sign in but it doesnt work and you have to sign in on a piece of paper and wait in the hot sun. Have always had a good experience before but this experience was Terrible. They ask you to wait outside and in the hot sun because you cant wait in you car because you have to stand at the door for your name to be called out load.

The people who helped me at the Verizon store, and Im particular Jennifer, were absolutely amazing. I can not say enough about how awesome the experience was. They were able to help me locate a loaner phone when I needed one badly while my phone was shopping to the store, and then were very helpful in getting everything set up. Truly disappointed in service since switching account over to a business. At first prior to sale manager Sergio was super responsive after getting me to commit to package, but has been MIA ever since (contacting him weekly). After months one phone and line still hasn’t even been activated smh. Totally unprofessional.Tired of waiting; ready to move on.

Over the last week, I’ve actually been into this store a handful of times. They were always very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of issues getting my phone switched over from AT&T to Verizon, and in the end I had to get a new phone. De’Andre and one of the other associates helped me get all set up with the new iPhone and supported me through the whole process when I was still trying to figure out the problem. They worked past closing time to make sure I was taken care of, and they did so with a smile and a great attitude. All in all, I cannot recommend them enough! And if you guys at Verizon are seeing this, THANK YOU! You guys are the best!

This was the third time to the store because my Samsung S9 had gone haywire at the last system install updates. I then got a replacement phone and the same thing happened 3 weeks later. This time/trip, Jonathan helped me and went over my account. He was able to significantly lower my Verizon monthly bill so that I was able to get a new phone. If the first 2 Verizon people had done that I probably wouldve gotten a new phone that first trip. However, Im super thankful I met Jonathan and he took care of everything.

Shout out to De for making a terrible day into a better one! The customer service was outstanding, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I felt welcomed, and was greeted as soon as I walked in. De was very patient with me, as I was frantic because the store was closing soon and I needed a new phone. De got straight to the point and within 10 minutes he had already resolved the first of my problems. Definitely will come back!

Went in about a week ago, I needed to purchase a new phone that same day. With COVID restrictions they make you wait outside while helping 3 customers at a time in store. I arrived at 5:25pm and the store closes at 7. Two customers ahead of me waiting outside. 6:50 came around and I was still waiting, asked De’ Andre if they were going to be able to help me. The service was good considering we were in COVID times. The only complaint I have is that I had a glass screen protector installed and didn’t understand that the glass would be too short for my I-phone 12 Pro max. My finger hits the short ridge at the bottom every time and is making a bump on my finger.

Everything seemed fine until we received the fist bill from Verizon. We were charged a phone protection charge for the new iPhone even though we declined at the coverage at this store. Very shady practice to add coverage when we clearly communicated we were not interested. Check your bill and make sure it reflects what you agreed to. I will not return to this retailer!

AMAZING customer service!! My husband and I went to this location yesterday with lots of questions and we weren’t sure what we wanted to do with our phones. Ashley was the first to greet us and she took care of us the entire time! She’s a great person and had a ton of patience with us as we finally decided to switch my phone from another carrier and trade in both phones to upgrade. It took about 3 hours and we were really glad we chose this location. Ashley made the entire process pretty painless and went above + beyond to help us with the military discount and making sure we understood everything! If you need anything she’s the one to go to! Extremely slow service is the norm here. Finally departed this store after another ten minutes of waiting. If this service is indicative of their overall service then this is a poor choice. Great service, quick and easy. Then got home to realize they sold me a different version, 3aXL versus the 3XL because he didnt have the 3XL. The case was wrong and they said theyd get me the right one in two days. Two weeks later after ordering through Verizon I got it. The manager Luis would not return calls after promising to take care it. That was 13 days ago. Bad customer serviceJust saw your reply, I spoke to the supervisor twice and called 4 times. He called back once while I was at the emergency room. Didnt leave a message and never actually talked to them. This store was terrible. The idea that you would suggest calling is funny. This is my real name and you folks want to call, do so!

To be honest, my husband and I got scammed here. We usually get good service from Verizon, but I guess times have changed since weve been at a cellphone place. We just wanted our services up again since weve suspended our lines for a bit. The employee that sold us our phones lied about the kind of services we were getting. We were then charged for services for times we werent in the States (military). It doesnt make sense to me. On top of that, we were sold a car box that is billed to us monthly when we were told that it was free.Overall, if you want decent service, dont go here. The people seem nice but Im sure theyll charge you more than what they say youll be billed. If you have no other choice, do your research first before coming in.

I went into this Verizon store to purchase a new phone. After my research I felt the IPhone Max would be my best choice. The salesclerk kept trying to sell me an android since that’s what I had for so many years and that it’s very difficult for people YOUR AGE to switch to a different operating system.. and all you would do is become frustrated and return the phone. What I didn’t tell her, was that I had been a computer programmer for 20+ years.. I politely thanked her for her time, and left for the Apple Store where I purchased my IPhone Max.. just because we “look old” doesn’t mean we’re stupid.
