Manager Raul had excellent customer service. When I called he was able to quickly find me a better price& give great advice at another public storage closer to me, that he doesn’t manage. He cares about customers not just a sale. Wish this storage was closer, but hopefully with this review he’s closer to you. Go with Raul on Main or Fenton in Chula Vista! You need a special lock which they tell you about when you arrive and I ended up paying $25 for a $2 lock. They could avoid the 1 star review by telling their customers about this up front. They refused to offer any sort of credit.

Hi ! I have been with Public Storage Chula Vista for years at this location. And a few months back I was able to speak with the Regional Manager visiting. I was so excited because I was able to tell him how pleased I was with the Management here on Main St. And he gave a card and explained how to write a review. I cant be more happy being a customer of Public Storage. Each time I visit to pay my monthly bill Raul or Rudy greet me with a smile & make me feel Im important. The bathroom is always clean which is always nice, because that says a lot about a facility. My unit has electricity and the light bulb went out. I mentioned it and Raul said no problem. He replaced it immediately. This is what you call GOOD customer service. A caring management team is important to me,because I trust this facility with my treasures. If anyone asked me Why do you stay with Public Storage Chula Vista, Ca.? Id have to reply because of these two men. I am a satisfied customer, and will be for years to come. Mr. Regional Manager if you are reading this...thank you for taking time with me that day. Just having you listen to me meant a great deal.

This has been the best storage unit to date that I have used. Raul is the person that got me set up with the unit and I have called several times since with questions or needs and Raul has always been on top of it. I was moving from out of state and after I called to make sure that even though it said it was just a reservation they would hold it for me because I was from out of state and couldn’t come into the office. They said they would and they understood but of course after driving a huge moving truck for 8 hrs and pulling up to the storage they gave the storage unit away. They have a bigger one but they can’t honor the $1 move in special. I had no choice since I had my 22 ft truck full so of course they screwed me. I will make sure to tell everyone not to use this place. The guy when we got there only said he wasn’t who I spoke to so he wasn’t going to do anything. If some one from the company told me something they should honor it.
