Took my car in for a quick look on the under carriage since I hear a rather knocking or clicking sound when I turn my wheel. They showed me the plastic on my front right wheel is grazing up against the wheel when I turn it and it does show the markings. They also showed me as to why that was happening and told me I either bumped into something below or the mechanic I took it to previously had mounted my car incorrectly, since it was around the car mount arrow, and smashed/flattened the metal holding the screw to the plastic covering. They didnt charge me for anything!!!! I also asked for a quote to replace my rotors. Price was UNBEATABLE. Dont take your car to a dirty dealership you think you can trust, you can definitely trust Steve and his team to take care of your car.Also, theres another lady in the lobby that has told me shes been with Steve for years now and trusts him to do the big jobs. Loyal customers are always a plus and looking at the reviews, you can definitely trust her instinct is right.Thank you Steve for your honesty and Ill definitely make sure to recommend you to my peers. I had some suspension and steering issues going on with my 2004 Hyundai Elantra. I was referred to Steve by my brother. I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in a few days in advance. Steve quickly diagnosed my issues and was able to fix them at an excellent price compared to what I would’ve had to have paid elsewhere. The rest of his staff were also very friendly. I will be coming back to his shop for any future repairs and highly recommend you do the same.

Amazing Mechanic...Broke down, Steve offered to pick me up but it worked out. Cristine was great and explained everything well. In 1 day had it fixed and even stayed late on a Friday Night to finish so I could get my car back that day. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Steves West Coast Automotive (aka Steves Total Auto Care) was recommended by Southland Clutch (I thought that they repaired clutches). I took my truck to Steves and very much appreciated the service that he performed. The price was reasonable and below my expectation. I have been driving the truck for a few days since and it shifts like it was new. The other day my Service Engine Soon light came on and ran the diags at Autozone. It showed that the down line O2 sensor was failing. Once again I took it to Steves. I have found the place I want to take my truck for repairs. The place is very popular and I understand why.
