I gotta say if you need anything parts related, check LKQ first! The staff are amazing! The parts are dirt cheap compared to autoparts stores. I was able to fix a mini cooper today. LKQ coming in clutch since the water pump pulley nobody seems to carry and none able to order! If you need anything at all, make sure enough have a good couple hours to spend and a toolbox! 5 star rating indeed!

Sold them a car and their check bounced. Still waiting for a new one to be issued, their policy is 2 weeks to reissue a check. The people on the phone seem to not care at all. One of the managers in person was at least considerate about it, but I would stay clear of selling anything to this location.I explained that I had just bought a car and cleaned my account out and now the check they wrote just got pulled back out and I wont have any money until my next pay period but they didnt care at all. I was just a nuisance to them when it was their or their banks fault that I even had to contact them again. They made comments like oh honey our checks dont bounce but it clearly did. When I checked with my bank, they said it was declined from their bank. 🤷‍♀️

This location is very expensive. Buy your part from different junk yard like Tapatio is cheaper and you will save your time. I went there a couple of times. The cashier always has long line to wait. Prices are expensive for example i went there to get buttom rear seat for kia forte 2013. After looking for the car unassembled thr part then waiting on line. They wanted to charge me over 50 dollars!!! I left the seat there and i got it from tapatio for 40 dollars ( save time and money)... i do not recommend this place.

This place is actually outrageously overpriced. Look on ebay first, or even auto parts store first. If you cant find then sure come here. Every other place ive ever been to is at least half the price. Everything I bought was the same price on ebay, or even brandnew. Didnt want to waist more time ordering. Other then that the place is fine. $3 to get in. FOod truck is good!

I used to go here a lot. I dont need to that much anymore though. You have to pay 3 dollars to go in the first yard, which has 99 and older cars, but if your car is 2000 or newer, you have to pay an additional 2 dollars to go into the other yard, and you can only get there by going through the first yard. That part of it, is just pure and simple, a money making strategy. Still, you get to pick your part (no pun intended... 😁), And for much cheaper than other junkyards. Sometimes you need little parts or bolts that you cant get anywhere else, so its convenient to go here.

Its a good place to find good used car parts. The lot is well organized. The cars have sufficient space between them so you can work comfortably. The majority of the cars are well marked and within their area. The recommendation is to have better price information. At times the prices tend to be on the high side. But then its your choice to pay for the part.

I went for a used radio for my 2007 Ford Focus. I found one. They charge $3 just to get in and you have to find and remove the part yourself from a huge yard. I did. I waited in a huge line and they charged me $31.00. I knew right away that they overcharged me, Im assuming because I was dressed pretty nice. Its a sad shame that some people think that a little greed goes a long way. well it does. because I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. If you want people to recommend places to your business. its best to keep the customer first. The purpose of Junkyards are for people to go when they are on a tight budget. For the price they charged me I couldve bought a brand new one. There are a bunch of junkyards in that general area so I would keep passing by this one if I were you. I still bought the part bc I had already did the work on removing it and waited forever in line. The 1 star is for the guy at the front named BLAINE who was super dope and helpful.

Review №31

Went today in the morning and was confronted with a rude security guard that had no respect for people and their personal belongings. I understand their policy on searching bags, but when some one just starts grabbing your bag without your permission it’s disrespectful, rude and very unprofessional. It was obvious this “security guard” had zero training, in security or especially customer service. He told me he had to search my and tried to snatch it from my hands, so much so that I had to get a grip on it. I admit, it made me upset as I know most people would, but I kept my cool and took my bag back. I told him that I’ll open it for him and show him the contents of my bag (tools), and that if he needed me to move anything around I would do it. My mindset is Covid-19, the less contact we have with people, the less chances of transmitting or contracting covid.... Hence don’t touch my bag! Of course he got but hurt and continued with his ego trip... I continued on with getting my parts and proceeded to pay. My friend and I stood in line together and waited to pay. I could see the same security eye balling us from aways, he comes up to us and tells us to distance ourselves from each other while in line....made no sense...other than this guy’s ego getting the best of him cause he got told not to touch what doesn’t belong to him... My friend and I shrugged it off cause we’re, I don’t know, grownups! I payed, grabbed my bag and parts headed to checkout. Ego tripping security approaches me and try’s to grab my bag AGAIN.... I pulled it back...again... He says he has to check my bag. I said that’s fine as long as I open it my self, he tells me that he has to and proceed to try and take my bag. I pull my bag toward myself and open the zippers and expose all the contents. Everyone could see clearly that all I had were tools, I had nothing but TOOLS. But because he didn’t open my bag he proceeded to throw a tantrum because his ego got the best of him. He start yelling out that I’m band from the junkyard for life and that I’ll never be allowed to come back. I told him to call his boss, I want to talk to him. He did and as he did other customers and employees were in agreement that he was in the wrong and confirmed he’s had issues before. The owner came out and I explained to him the situation and what happened. Of course he agreed that I was in compliance and that there were no grounds for black listing me. The dumbfounded look on the security was priceless! Although the owner agreed his security was in the wrong, he had the audacity to compare his security to that of an airport... I don’t think so... first of all TSA are federally trained professionals who know how to treat people and use proper PPE during searches. Pretty sure this ego tripping security guard doesn’t have any sort of training, he put a shirt on that he mistakenly thought gave him the right to violate people’s personal space and belongings. At the end of it all, I will not be coming back to this junkyard anytime soon. The only good point the security guard made was the lack of sanitization with the vehicles during this pandemic! He mentioned that people rummage through cars and no one sanitizes them.... maybe they should be closed too during this pandemic... The amount of disregard for people’s safety and health is very disturbing even for a junkyard. From spraying paint in front of customers while standing in line to egotistical security guard and lack of regard for public safety, this place is a plethora of noncompliance. Maybe the city needs to be called to audit them....I highly do not recommend this junkyard.

And I think that I was treated very unfairly and they are a business that does discriminate so be careful. So if I were you just watch if your not being careful they will hike up the prices on you. The inventory list online is correct but never updated so the cars listed might not be there anymore. There is a $3 per person entrance fee to get into the lot. Since most people have vehicles over the year 1999 you also have to pay $2 entrance fee to get into the Primo lot. Vehicles arent organized by type and staff has no clue what is sitting on the lot. Luckily I was able to find the vehicle and parts I was looking for. Sadly the prices listed online and told to me over the phone werent honored and what shouldve cost me $75 in parts was well over $125. If I hadnt already done the work to get the parts I wouldve left them seeing as I couldve gotten them me with the warranty from Amazon around the same price.

Pick Your Part Junk Yard... is definitely old school. You and anyone else with you must pay $2 each to enter the yard. You get your hand stamped.BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS!!! The dont have any tools or pulling services available except they remove and dismount all tires / rims.DONT NEED A JACK - all cars have wheels removed and are on blocks about 1.5 feet off the ground. I brought my portable air tank that I filled with my air compressor because I had to remove the cv axle nut and they told me I could not bring it in. I tried removing it with a pipe no luck. I then covered the tank with a towel and brought it in and took the part off.The wait in line can be rather long to pay for your parts. The pricing is very fair. I got a wheel spindle, air conditioning radiator & hoses, LF fender, front bumper cover and a few misc items for $90. The spindle new is $300+CONS: long wait in line, No Inventory / Map of cars so you must walk around to find the car you need IF they have it. Not a lot of cars newer than 1998, Cant bring portable air tank / air tools to remove really tough parts. You should plan to buy several parts to make the trip worth while. Location.PROS: Pick exactly what you need and price is cheap.Note: on the way out make sure they tag your parts with orange paint so you can bring the parts back if the dont work and dont forget there is core credit for the parts you are replacing - (required by state law?)
