Spoke with Lori today about removing a car from my policy and she was super friendly and was amazing Ive never had an issue with the team here.

Every time I walk into this office I am exceptionally greeted. This crew is so friendly and I love coming to see them. They hold a few of my family policies for us and are always available when I need to ask questions. They have also been a great resource for me when It comes to business networking. All the way around professionally and personally I really enjoy working with every single person associated with this office.

Good customer service and great deal

Working with Allstate was relatively easy, speaking as someone who never had to file a claim, that is. Automatic premium payments were reliable and easy to do. However, I was extremely disappointed that when I tried to update my policy to a new vehicle with full coverage, the quote I was given was more than twice what I was quoted anywhere else. When I asked why this was the case, I was given the run around. Long story short, I moved to a different insurance company.

Be careful with Allstate. You may think youre covered but they will drop you. I had no claim in mind but they came up with an excuse to drop my house insurance because of some unsubstantiated reason. Actually the reason they used was totally wrong. I notified both the home office and Brandon Brown a month in advance if they were going to drop my house insurance I also wanted my auto insurance dropped as I had changed to another carrier. Payments were taken out automatically so they couldnt say I was late or missing payments. A month later they took out my auto payment automatically even though I had told them I no longer wanted their insurance. Do you want an insurance company that doesnt listen to their customers? I dont.

The absolute WORST insurance company Ive been with. When I signed up, the agent, Wendy, assured me that if I paid right then I would get a refund from my old insurance company. A month later I still havent received anything. So I call to see what the hold up is and now shes backtracking so fast its making my head spin. They obviously have no clue what they are doing as now they are telling me something completely different than what they said when I signed up. I wouldnt be as upset if she would just admit that it was her mistake but she insisted she told me something completely different than what she did. My advice? Go somewhere else. If you must have allstate insurance dont do it through this branch unless you want to get ripped off due to their incompetence.

Would rather stick my hand in a meat grinder than deal with Miranda Martin ever again. Avoid at all costs unless you are into the aforementioned.
