Rick is who you want for any car related service. Excellent prices and even better customer service. A great experience.

Love the service. Nice owner. Very qualified in his field of work. Hes rearranging things so it can look crowded or messy at this time however my past visits it was not. Pricing on service is extremely reasonable especially since its done correctly the first time and if any issue arises the owner is more than happy to fix the issue. Definitely recommend this shop. It does take a few extra days depending on type of service BC he works alone most of the time.

Its the best damn garage around I would recommend it to everybody

After trying to call for 3 days with no answer I drove several miles to his business to have work done on my vehicle, or at least schedule it. Rick was sitting at his desk smoking and talking to a friend about his prescriptions. He finally turned and looked at me, said nothing and kept on with his conversation. I assume that he has more business than he needs. After standing for several minutes I decided to leave. I have never experienced worse service, or lack thereof.

I like the man is very honest with his work and hes honest to the person that hes doing work for on a vehicles is very honest if theres something wrong he will tell you you do not find garages like Ricks garage that does good things for people and helps them out hes a man of his word and I like that

Rick is The best mechanic you will find around He cares about his customers, and is honest about what’s wrong and what’s not wrong with your vehicle. He does the work right does not cut corners. If you want your vehicle fixed proper, I would suggest Ricky Bugg.

This is the absolute worst UHaul rental place. We had to wait 24 hours for pick up because they don’t keep their stock updated online. When we show up to the most disgusting location I’ve ever been we are forced to walk through a junk yard only to be greeted by a smoke filled office. The gentleman behind the counter made sure to finish his long winded story to his friend before proceeding to assist us, just to let us know the cart we had reserved had been given to someone else. This establishment is a joke and I’ve been sure to call UHaul corporate to let them know.

The whole thing was a huge mess and part of it is probably uhauls fault. First, we called to confirm our pick up time was 8:30/9 am and the person we had talked to said yes. We got there and a man (later identified as owner or Ricks, so probably is Rick) immediately gruffly told us to move our car bc he had to move a truck. Okay, thats reasonable, BUT THEN when we asked where to move it bc there is no obvious parking and not much room, he said he didnt care and we just had to move it bc he had a lot to do. Okay, fine.My friend got out of the car and walked up to the truck he climbed into trying to ask if a certain area would be okay. He yelled at her and purposefully drove off too quickly, and almost hit her. Unacceptable.Understandably, she was upset. There was no one else to help us. Rick gave no instructions, held no patience, did absolutely nothing to indicate when anything would be ready or anything. I understand its a busy time but for someone using your service you should have some patience. Or at least provide some initial instructions besides yelling at us and listing all the things you need to do before you can help us.We came back much later to see if hed be ready. He seemed to have calm down and we were finally able to get our moving truck. But all in all horrible experience. Was willing to pay more money for a different moving service if it meant not having to interact with him again however nowhere else had trucks available.

Simply put Rick can do things no one else in the area does . Like fabrication making things work .he has a real knowledge in anything automotive even building from the ground up
