I have rated this a one star 2 years ago because of a terrible experience with an service from an employee.I recently went there again to purchase and get a new set of tires mounted because they had the cheapest tire prices and cheapest mounting fees.The gentlemen I worked with this time was amazing as he informative and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had.

Service is quick, staff is helpful and friendly. Tho I wish they could offer better time frames.

Very busy place. That being said they had all 4 tires in stock I wanted and everything was done well. Martin was very helpful

Rude, inpatient, lacking customer service skills, disrespectful, obnoxious. Went there for an oil change an hour before they closed. First interaction with the guy behind the counter dan goes uggggh what do you want, he does his thing comes back and as we are dtarting to walk away hopefully were fine by 7 we want to go home. Then he opens up there door to the work area and yells on the top of his lungs we have an oil change. Needless to say this on top of the things to happen during this dame transaction Ill NEVER step foot in that service center again. Sam Walton would be rolling in his grave.

Closed during the covid hoax. Couldnt get my tires balanced. I paid for that service when I bought the tires from them

Messed up my AC line with a common oil change, just careless, they did a tire change previously which was fine, but they also recommend changing oil every 3,000 miles.

Didnt have my tires in stock. But I guess I have a weird size.

They have good prices for tires but thats about it. Who replaces tires but wont rotate them? We had a flat on the rear so we decided to replace both rear tires but we wanted them rotated to the front so the new tires would be on the front of my front wheel drive van. But we were told its against policy to do that how is it against policy for an auto shop to rotate tires?!?!

Dont ever take your car here to get an oil change. They messed up my car. They didnt put a part in right and it ended up breaking the part and oil was spreading all over the car and then it sprayed oil all over and must up the alternator.

I walked 4 miles to pickup a part i was told was there, when I got there I was told they dont carry the part

Went in and had 45 minutes to get an oil change before I head to the Minneapolis airport. Asked them if they could for sure do it in time and they said yeah, they pulled my car out 20 minutes later. Thanks guys

I will no longer be going to this auto center. I first called a few days ago to order special tires for the snow. They came in today and I called to see if they would be able to do it sense I am at work. They told me that it was first come first serve but that if I arrived before 6 pm they would get me in but there might be a wait. I understood and said thats fine that they were on their way. When my friend arrived they attempted to tell them they closed at 5 pm when said no it was six they than changed their tune and said yeah but we dont have time. They called me and I called them again they than said that they never guaranteed me anything and they knew thats what I have been told. I asked if he could just pick them up and pay for them and I will have someone else instal them they said yes. My friend than went back to just get the tires and they proceeded to tell him that they werent even in. He than said yes they are or they wouldnt of told her to come in. They than took their sweet time looking for the tires that were specially ordered for me. It took over a half hour for them to find my tires. I had a text along with phone calls telling me to come in at my earliest convenience and they would be installed. This auto center is a joke and if you have a way to a different one or a different store I suggest doing that.

Had just what I needed at a reasonable price.

Horrible service got cut in line twice and all I needed was a patch on my tire. One person writing up service requests and doesn’t know how. Seems to me like Walmart hires nothing but the “best” I’ll be taking all automotive needs elsewhere l.

I ended up leaving without getting anything done.

Hoping to have my car tire repaired but the bolt in it won. The auto people were very nice and only took 15 minutes. I did go in at 8:30am. Suggestion; keep all paper work on file when having any work done on your car and take it in when any more work has to be done. The guys said it is very helpful and easy to look at the information they need. Fast and easy!

It just depends what day you enter for service. Some do well but only one or two that dont do well. But for most part its very well handle and service of my vehicle. Thanks

Better then fleet farm

Needed some help after vacation driving put a hole in one of my tires. Very informative up front. Looked at tire before agreeing to fix. Gave me quotes and all prices up front before I signed over to have it repaired. Done in a timely manner. Staff explained charges when vehicle was finished.

Leaving eau claire and saw I had a flat. Being 9 months pregnant with two little kids in tow I was freaking out being stuck 2 hours from home being all auto places were closed or minutes away from closing. Called here and they very kindly stayed a little past closing to change it. They were so kind! Seriously means so much especially with negative temps and bad roads knowing I didnt have to risk driving on a donut.

I ordered 4 new tires, they called to let me know they got 3 and asked if I wanted them to put 2 on. My brain still hurts.

Went in for a simple swap of tires on a rim, told about a 50 minute wait, 2 hours later the tire still sat there. We asked about the status of the service and were told yes any minute now followed by waiting another 25 minutes. Wouldnt recommend

Horrible, had scheduled an appointment at 7am for tires and oil change...watched my car go in at 9:01...its 9:40 finally talked with the manager who was super nice and apparently they mixed me up with someone else or they scheduled 2 7 o clock appointments or something but he hooked me up with a discount...but still will never come back here for tires or oil every again!

Not too bad. Went in needing 4 new tires. The ones I picked out, the lady did not realize she only had three in stock so I had to go with a tire that was $15 more per tire than I planned, then the was a mix up at the end with the tires. Good customer service, just a few mix ups. if you dont want your tire weights on the outside, request them to put them on the inside. Went out to get my car and noticed my hubcaps were sticking out from the tire and it was because they put the big tire weights on the outside. Little things like that insanely tick me off. Its lack of common sense that someone wouldnt want their hub caps to stick out from their tire.

Too busy for anyone to acknowledge me to tell me they were super busy and someone would be with me when they could.... after already standing at the counter for 30 minutes. Needless to say, no oil change for me.

Good place to get your tire stuff done!! And headlight lens cleaning and getting headlights put in. And they also have a good engine cleaning product through Valvoline that works really good also.

Very rude. Brought in 2 tires to be put on rims and then mount on truck, did NOT inform me about the costs upfront and proceeded to install the wrong valve stems WITHOUT my consent. Spent $400+ on tires before going to here. After they were mounted on my vehicle the mechanic took it around the building, was going too fast around the corner which made my tires squeek. Waited outside for my vehicle only to have the guy slam on my brakes before he got up by the door. I brought it up to Tony and he was a complete and udder A**. Tried to blame the person who checked us in (who we have dealt with him every time and he is Great!) Was still told to pay the $60 bill the tires were not inflated correctly. One was at 26 and one was at 30. Ridiculous!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Had the best experience ever at a walmart autocenter. Dayne I believe is his name is Awesome. Very good customer service and made the process quick and easy.

4 tires equals 3 hrs..

Had tires installed on two different vehicles at the Hallie store, they are great to work with, and most times you dont need an appointment for tires and oil changes!

Poor! Got there at 6:20, they are open till 8pm. Needed two tires, went over to the tire rack and found them. I had the rims off the car in the box of my truck. Walked up to the counter no one around. Ran bell, guy walks out. I told him what I needed, he checks his book, says he cant do it. I say ok, door to service center is open no vehicles in shop. So I walk away and do some shopping, go to leave 15 min later. All 5 or 6 service doors open no vehicles in them 4 guys standing in a circle talking! I wont be back!!!

Forgot I bought tire insurance and paid for my new tire online before coming into the store....great service that laughed at me with me!

I bought tires for my car hear. Only place open on a Sunday. Really helpful when buying. I tired 4 times to get in to have tires rotated. Every time it was a 3-4 hour wait. Cant make an appointment. I called earlier today the front desk said yes come in you will have 20 minute wait. When I got the she said 3 hours. Grrr. I said ok I will be back. She said I have to leave the car. Asked what am I going to do for 3 hours. She said we have coffee. I left went to woodland for oil change. Got rights in

Treated in a professional manner, service completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Waited 3 hours for them to put on a single tire. There was only 2 cars ahead of me.

Just saying these techs only know the very basics of car repair at this store. They also dont take and responsibilities when they are the ones that mess something up. Save your time and money. Pay more and get it done right.!!

The absolute worse in customer service no one waiting and took an hour before they brought the car in and the when eventually done 15 mins to find some one who could run the register to pay. Never again

Out of desperation, I tried this place because of the tire I wanted. Even by Walmarts standards, this was excruciatingly lousy service. The manager was out smoking all the time, and the person behind the counter made the customers feel like we were bothering her.

Was told it would be 1 hour wait. They close at 6pm and we got here at 3:45pm and its now 6:05pm and they just got my car in half hour ago! First time customer at this Tire n Lube and will be the last! My bf and I watched men stand around for half hour talking about how they plan to do which service to which car. Total waste of 2 hours! I hope quality out weighs quantity in this case but I guess Ill see shortly!

Horrible service but the tire prices are ok. If you buy tires make sure to inspect them before you leave. If you get “Bobbi” as your CSR ask for someone else she’s rude and not very smart. She makes assumptions about you purchase and doesnt listen to what you are telling her. Avoid Bobbi at all costs.

The biggest disappointment ever! Im having better customer service skills then gentlemen who was helping (hahaha) me. My first time visit at wallmart tire & lube and the last one.

They were professional they got me in right away and even did a little extra inspection for free. Overall I would recommend them

Drove and hour to buy 2 tires for my car and get them put on. Called first guy told me to come on in they have plenty of time to do it. Get there and the lady told me it would be three hrs before there is an opening. They wont even allow you to set an apt to get them done even if coming from far away. I just drove home I will be buying tires from somewhere else and getting them put on. Their first come first serve basis is stupid who wants to sit for three hrs before they even have time to look at it then on top of it still is not a guarantee that it will get done? Come on Wal-Mart what the hell are you thinking! This needs to be fixed.

I was told two two and a half hours, no problem I need tires to travel. I got there at five and they close at 8. When I say ok, the guy tells me he might not have time and cant gauranty Ill have my tires. Plus the apathy that came off this guy was like bad bo

Often had oil on windshield after oil changes. Had lead tech tell me couldnt change tires because tie rod wasnt bolted to frame. Totally incompetent.

5 hours to patch a tire and couldn’t even give me a call. Thanks for wasting my day walmart🙂

I didnt have an appointment for my oil change and was told that it would only be an hour to an hour and a half, which was fine. Three and half hours later I am still waiting. Not impressed at all.
