I would NOT recommend Pauls auto service... Paul lies alot just to get cars off the lot. I have had nothing but issues with my trail blazer he claimed with the add that it had all this new stuff and my 4wd hasnt worked since Ive bought it (he claimed new motor I asked the day driving home why the light came on he said it would go off), I sat back in his shop for 4 hours the next day for him to fix the power steering all for him to deny fixing it. When I asked what he did while I sat there he didnt respond. Paul does not care once its sold. I wasted over $3000 for a vehicle that has everything possible wrong with. But he told me it was perfect and when he asked if someone was following me home after I bought it he said it was a joke... Wasnt a joke. Power steering went out that night... So unsatisfied... Not even a half star but need one to post.

We bought our suburban from pauls which was great so we went back and bought my husbands truck in january. When we got there he said he just got done inspecting it and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. The next day the alarm started randomly going off, the dash quit working and the tpms sensor was out. He told us to bring it back in so we did at least 4 times now. The dash still goes out and the alarm still randomly goes off. He said he fixed the sensor but instead he actually replaced it with a regular valve stem. Definitely lost us as returning customers and we wont recommend anybody buy a vehicle there.

Great place to purchase auto. He goes above and beyond for customers. Couldnt say enough great things about him and his business. Thank you for incredible service you provide.

The mechanics here are top notch. They take the time to look into and diagnose a problem. And they tell it to you like it is. If you need work done they dont sugar coat it. If you are fine and can wait longer, they will let you know that too. Pricing is right in line with what I would expect and an excellent value for the time and quality.

Called Paul this morning (1-7-2018) and he told me to bring car in. He was able to look at and and fix it. Will be using Pauls Auto Service & Sales for any other issues and will be recommending to other. Thank you Paul.Went in to see Paul again on Nov 8, 2018 after car would not start. As we were traveling to Saint Paul, our check engine light and another sensor came on. As we couldnt figure out the origin, we called the nearest auto service place en route. The staff was friendly, and we were told we could bring our car in immediately. The guys there checked it out thoroughly, discussed possible causes and options, and even provided us with a follow up call shortly after we left to share some additional information. Wonderful service-we feel lucky that they were there!

My fiancé and I recently bought a nissan xterra from Paul, & it is wonderful! We had some electrical & lighting problems with it at first, which we called him about & he told us to bring it in & he had it fixed within a day, charge free for us. Highly recommended. 😁

I have both purchased a vehicle and had work done here. In both cases I was pleased. They gave me a good deal on a vehicle and their work was perfect.

Ive only gotten work done here twice, but I had a great experience both times. Everyone that works there is very friendly, and the prices are fair.

A couple weeks ago on a Saturday, I was attempting to go boating on Lake Wissota when my rear wheel on my truck was locking up and making a horrible noise. Pauls Auto Service was the only place I could find open on Saturday. After explaining my situation and the fact I was from out of town, they assured me that if I could get my truck to their shop, they would take time to work on it. When the tow truck dropped my truck and my boat off at Pauls, they immediately realized we were really hoping to get on the water that day so Paul got his keys to his suburban and asked one of his employees to hook up my boat and take us to the lake while they worked on my truck. Talk about outstanding service and thoughtfulness for what was turning into a difficult day. After they fixed my truck, they drove it and my boat trailer back to the lake to pick us up after we had several hours of fun on the water. That type of customer service is way too rare these days and I want others to know how outstanding this was. Thank you Pauls Auto Service!!!

While looking on Cragslist I came across a 1998 Honda Accord Pauls Auto Service and Sales had for sale. I called Pauls Auto Service & Sales and spoke with Paul. He told me the car was a great runner and to come check it out.When I pulled into the parking lot the car was being warmed up in his garage...no big deal, I thought. I took it for a drive and the automatic transmission started slipping from 1st into 2nd into 3rd. Paul told me no to worry about it as if there wasnt a problem with it.Then I heard a wheel bearing going on the front right passengers side. Paul said there could be many miles that could be driven on it before it would need to be repaired, lol.I took the car home and let it sit for a night. The next morning the temperature was below freezing. I started up the car then began driving it. It completely slipped out of first gear and would not let me go anywhere. Now I know why he was warming up the car in the garage before he let me drive it!On the Wisconsin Buyers Guide Disclosure he did not disclose the fact there were ANY transmission problems NOR wheel bearing issues as he should per Wisconsin Motor Vehicle Laws. Not doing so he violated those laws along with multiple laws governing Wisconsins Unfair and Unethical Business Practices.I have proof of all my claims from Video and photos which I have in my possession.

Bought a vehicle brought it back within 24 hours and he said hed fix it now it has been 4 months and has done nothing but like thru his teeth. Never again.
