Very rude individual in management at this company by the name of Rick Duffy, Zero regard for customer service. I would suggest looking elsewhere for service that they provide.

Extremely accommodating to a difficult situation. Louisa was helpful, understanding, sympathetic to my situation and went out of her way to contact her team to accommodate my needs. Every person who answered the phone to help me was professional and respectful. For Termite Inspection and all pest control needs I would highly recommend this very professional team.

If I could give them a zero I would. Completely rude and incompetent company. I just had my townhouse tented for termites and the workers messed up my pictures on my wall and ate lunch and left their trash on my patio, opened up on my appliances and left all open. They then proceeded to mess up my cable satellite dish and acted like it was not their fault. Told me it would be free to have fixed and cable company charged $50!! A man named Rick Duffy is very rude!! I will be contacting the owner and BBB.
