We used Eary because it had a 5 star rating. The phone operatior was friendly, polite, and honest. She quoted us a price and the warranty. Our technician was right on time. He was friendly, thorough, and professional. He took his time and did a great job, and did not rush. He explained the chemicals that was used and safety issues. Prior to leaving, he explained additional services the company also offered, but did not pressure us to sign up. After about 3 days, all the ants disappeared but a very few reappeared after 3 weeks. I notified the company, and they immediately scheduled another spraying within days. Same service tech came out, and resprayed. True to their warranty and promise, outstanding service. We will definitely consider their quarterly maintenance program. We highly recommend Eary if you have a pest problem.

Im happy that Ealy performs regular services for my home. If Im having any new issues, I call and they show up to treat them. Andre is super nice and brave. :-) Customer service is really nice too.

James was super friendly and was patient with all my questions, explaining everything. We had a really bad ant problem, which is going on in our whole neighborhood, and we havent seen even one ant, since he was here. Very reasonable pricing, too. We will definitely use Eary again.

IMPRESSED & Totally Professional! I called Eary after I noticed possible termite droppings. Called Sunday, they were out by Wednesday. Although I had 1 trouble area I called about, they offered to do a whole home inspection. Not only did they confirm my suspicion of Termites they found fire ants, mold coming from a shower pan and a small water leak coming from the roof! They took pics of everything to share with me, so awesome to have a company who gives you the proof that you need the work done. They offered to spray for the fire ants on site for a very reasonable price (we have a 1/4 acre lot) and they walked and sprayed everything. Awesome service... awesome team! Thank you Corey & James

I love using Eary Termite & Pest Services. The office staff as well as the technicians are very pleasant, professional, efficient and easy communicate with. Ive been using their services for the past 15 years for ants, spiders, bees and most recent for rats. My neighbor has a huge garden and the rats eat from it. One morning I went outside to see what my little 6 lbs. Chihuahua was barking at and it was a big rat, it was almost as big as she is. I called and James came out to take care of the rodents. I am so happy no more rats. I would recommend Eary Termite & Pest Services anytime!!

For the past two years, Earys Termite & Pest Service has been very successful in keeping all insects including ants and spiders out of my house.Today Oscar my Application Technician was very through in his job by spraying around all doors, windows, and getting spray to all the hard to get at places, then when he was done he answered all my questions.Earys recently reduced my service price by $19....that was a great surprise.I continue to recommend Eary to my neighbors and friends for their great service and friendliness.

Joseph just left our place after some termite work, and while Ill update if the bugs come back Ill say a few things.1. They were really nice. James did the initial estimate and was professional and courteous, if a little unkempt. Joseph was really down-to-earth.2. They were prompt. Joann set an appointment for between 8:00-9:30. Joseph showed up pretty much at eight. In addition, they were able to come out two days after I called for the service. Thats pretty quick in my book.3. They showed attention to detail. I had three companies come out to give estimates. Eary was the only company that bothered to attempt to crawl up into the attic. And of the four areas of concern that Eary identified, the other two identified only three (and not the same three). Then, when I asked about a fifth spot while Joseph was here, he said he thought it was probably just dry rot, but that hed spray it anyway just to be sure. He didnt ask for anything extra to cover it, (though I forgot to buy the yelp coupon thing anyway, so I guess I dont have to feel guilty about it) but I was very impressed with that approach.In addition, Joseph did a good job patching up the spots hed sprayed. I could tell he was taking his time to make sure the corners were squared well and everything was smooth and blended.All in all, Im pretty pleased. The service was right, the price was right. Ive heard that when you want to get work done, you pick two out of three, done quick, priced right, or done right.I feel like I got all three here.

We called because yesterday our son was hearing noises late night above his bed, we called eary termite and not only did they take care of our rodent problem they were able to stop them from coming back for good. our family loves eary termite and pest service :)

JoAnne, James, and staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I have a house in escrow and Im the buyer. The property had some termite damage. I received a quote from another company, which seemed rather expensive. I purchased the Yelp deal and called Eary for a second opinon. They saved me close to $400! Thats not even the best part about them. The thing that wowed me the most was their superior customer service, going the extra step (which is rare these days). My escrow has been time sensitive. I called in with a ton of questions and JoAnne and James patiently answered all of them. I finally scheduled them for Friday to inspect my property. JoAnne promised the inspector would notify me 30 minutes before arrival so I could notify the tenants and the realtor. James did just that. He called me after the inspection and explained all his findings. I spoke to JoAnne and she said payment is collected upon completion of repairs, which is only fair and right. We scheduled for repairs that Monday morning so long as the owner signed off on the repairs and emailed that paperwork Monday morning prior to starting repairs. An issue arose on Saturday. The seller wanted me to pay the bill before signing off on the approval to do the repairs (so he was not stuck with the bill). Only the inspectors work on the weekends not the staff. I was able to get in touch with James, and he was able to get an employee to come in over the weekend so that I could pay and receive a receipt to provide proof to the owner. I did not want to wait to the last minute and come Monday morning something go wrong since I needed the repairs completed that day. They were able to give me peace of mind, which is priceless and I am grateful for that. Additionally, they said I would get the clearance report on Wednesday but would get it to me by Tuesday evening because they knew it was time sensitive. They did better than that! JoAnne got it to me that Monday afternoon. They under-promised and over-delivered! I am building my rental portfolio and am certain I will be using them for all my rental properties.Thank you JoAnne, James, and staff!
