This place does does not honor appointments and takes a long time on the weekends. If you want to spend 3 hours for your nails and toes on the weekend this is your place. I have made several appointments during the week and weekends and the owner does not honor the appointments and then is rude to you for mentioning that she forgot your appointment. Do not recommend.

Excellent service! Lina is so good! She did my pedicure and fill today and it was so relaxing. I like how she not distracted by her coworkers and concentrates on her client! Ill be back every w weeks. Thanks Lina.

I saw that someone posted 2 days prior that they had gotten their nails done here, so I thought Id try them. I called in advance, but when they answered, I asked if they were open, and they said I had the wrong number. I decided to just drop by. Their lights were on, 2 technicians were inside, and the sign said walk-ins welcome, so I walked in. The nail techs looked at me and asked what I wanted, and I asked if they were open? They looked confused and asked if I called before? I told them I tried right before I came, but someone did the number was wrong. They asked my name? I told them Natalie, but I didnt have an appointment...the phone number. Then one asked me if I had been there before? I told her no, but I was looking for a new place that was open. They told me that nail salons are closed right now because of the governor. I asked why they were there and the door was open? They said that no one was there. I said that I saw a review posted from 2 days ago from someone who got their nails done there, and they basically closed the door on me. I understand being protective of your establishment with the way business is going, but if Im there to give them business, I dont understand why they were so rude. They can at least try to explain if theyre only taking old customers? Wouldnt recommend if youre new..

Salon is Pretty & very clean. Everyone is very kind and professional. You are very safe here as social distancing, masks worn & temperature checks keep you safe. 💅💖👑

My nails were some well. Good service. But the quality of the nail polish it self is not that good. In two days of getting gel/powder. It cracked and chipped . Other places inhave been to has lasted up to a whole month without any chip or crack.

Absolutely amazing experience . fabulous spa pedi and an amazing place. gorgeous friendly and QUIET! no offense but its so nice to get your nails done without the nail girls chit chatting the whole time . I never realized what a difference it makes when its quiet! amazing service and I will be back

Was my first time going there because I had a coupon so I used it for a $10 off spending $30. The lady at the front was rude and no friendly at all. She looked like super mad and not smiling at all.I got my pedi and mani done. The manicure was ok, the girl was nice, but the manicure was super bad !! The lady didnt speak English at all, she looked like she didnt now what she was doing. She didnt even remove the cuticle !! I asked for French and she was doing irregular lines and I was trying to tell her how I like them and she called another lady cause she didnt understand even a word. They took for ever and after all this lady from the front was trying to help my to put my sandals on because they finished my manicure and they were not dry at all. I was the only one in there so she was rushing me to leave but I couldnt even take my car keys from my purse !!! This was last Friday, today, Monday, my French is gone ! I cant believe itSuper bad service. First and last time

Looked at my credit card and they charged more than what I had on my receipt! They also made me bleed and screwed up my nail polish on my toes. I will never go here again... terrible service.
