Good customer service. I didnt have an appointment and was in a hurry. I was helped right away and done in about 45 minutes. Nails came out fine.

Nice, clean and fast place!

I just went to happy nails I wanted a gel manicure and pedicure. First the girl doing my nails was extremely rushed. She literally just rubbed lotion on my hands and feet no massage. Then she made my big toe bleed. Again I got gel on my toes but not my fingers. I still ended up tipping the girl even though her service was not good. I will not be retiring as it was very rushed and I did not get what I paid for. Disappointed and dissatisfied

Usually love this place but writing this as I am still here in the chair. The lady doing my pedicure has been scratching off my cuticles with the tool meant to clean out dirt and without any cuticle remover. Both my big toes are bleeding. She has been rude since I sat down and if it wasn’t to late I would ask for a different lady. I won’t be coming back.

My gel nails looked awesome right after they were done, but they started chipping yesterday... I had them done Thursday morning and it’s now Monday and they’re completely ruined ... my gel nails only lasted 4 days 😫 Totally devastated! I expected gel nails to last a little longer than this... Huge Sigh... Not worth the cost.

The pedicurist I normally have is very good. The place is clean and welcoming.

Have been coming here for years, however this last visit was awful. They raised prices and rushed through my pedicure . My jell manicure looks bad after just 2 days. I spent a lot of money and left a tip as well but I think its time to find another nail shop.

Absolutely LOVE this place and have been coming for years. I’ve always had a positive experience, whether it’s getting a manicure, a pedicure, or a brow wax from June! You may pay a little more than you would at the average nail salon, but it’s completely worth the extra few dollars for the quality of service. I highly recommend this place!

I just got my nails done by a young boy on Tuesday they looked really good but my nails are already falling off there are two broken nails that fell completely off and 2 loose ones. I am not happy at all I paid 59$ in total. I’ll be seeking reimbursement or a new set by someone different. This is unacceptable

Great place to get mini pamper spa day! Im actually a regular with my wife and we love coming here. They are very clean, passionate about their work and have such amazing personality. The bundles they offer are really great and especially affordable! I have my personal Favorite but they are all equally amazing at their job.

I had my acrylics removed and had a manicure, she left my nails ragged and with ridges, she put the polish on thick and didnt put my hands under the machine to dry, the nail polish peeled off because it wouldnt dry, I told her just take off the polish she I left, I came home and had to repair my nails myself. I will never go back.

Leah or Helen are the Two Fabulous Ladies whom I have my biweekly pedicure with. Ive been going there for about 2 years now! Always clean, professionally maintained. The host can work on her people skills, occasionally but I guess we all have our off days. Ive never heard a customer complaint.If you choose to go here, I think you will be quite pleased 👍

This is a great little place. Great location, good service, its a very comfortable facility. I really wanted to give them a 5-star rating but $20 for gel color is excessive. My gel color cost more than my fill. My fill was $18, the gel color was $20. Making the total of my fill $38 which is excessive for a simple fill Ive paid less for more. The $20 gel service is the only flaw this location has.

Always have a good experience when I go get a pedicure. The hot rocks are a nice touch. Today I had Helen help me and she was lovely and did a fantastic job doing a French.

This was my first time at this nail salon, and I was not disappointed. I got a full set with gel and one of the pedicure options thats about $30 or so. My nail tech was Leanne and she did an exceptional job. My nails looked so good and they kept their shape and gel almost like new for weeks! I got so many compliments on the color. I didnt get the name of the person who did my pedicure, but she was really nice and did a great job. The pricing was clear and upfront. I really thought Id wind up paying more but I was able to pay for both services and leave both my tech a nice tip. Will DEFINITELY return to have Leanne do my nails again.

I would never go back to this nail shop. They told us to come back within 30 minutes. There was already someone sitting in the seat that we saw come in after us and they seated three other people ahead of us. And still said there was a 5-minute wait.

Rude. No greeting they stared at us like we were supposed to to our own nails. We were told 30 minute wait. We left and came back several people were seated with little to no wait. She then asked us to wait an additional 5 minutes after we mentioned there had been people seated before us. We left. Word of advice greet people when they walk in and improve customer service.

Its been one of the best experiences iv had in a nail salon. I have been going to different nail salons for a few years now and happy nails is my permanent place for my nails. Leanne is amazing, shes gentle and a perfectionist with my nails. I love her! Thank you Happy Nails (Leanne)

Horrible experience! I walked in and felt like I was an alien or maybe they were! The way everyone turned and stared at me and watched me from the door to my seat was FREAKY! The lady barely greeted me and just pointed to a seat, I politely told her thats ok and left.

I came in today because I was looking forward to get my eyebrows done and was reading the reviews about this place saying that they do “ an amazing job” but I had to wait 20 minutes and the results after was so horrible. When I saw how my eyebrows came out I was so disappointed and furious. She made them too thin if I said not to make them thin. The one thing that got me even more mad was she waxed my sideburns if I never even told her to do it. I will never come here again and I wasted my time .

DONT GO THERE!!!! They have horrible service. When we would go there, theyd just leave you with no response when they are done. If they mess up, they talk in there language so that they can lie. What I mean is that when she messed up my pedicure, she left with no response. I then see her work on another customer. When I asked if she was done to another worker there, theyd call her and she would talk in her language and give you an attitude with a look. They told me that she said that I messed it up by moving my foot. I didnt even move my foot, knowing they were still wet. This is not the first time the does this to me. In the end the nails look horrible and were expensive.

The eyebrow lady is amazing. Long wait but I think she is worth it.One time I had a great pedicure service. They used some Uv polish that lasted a month!But the last time I went, I got a badly painted pedicure and a gel manicure that lasted 3 days before peeling off completely. Not cool.

Lily Is such a good person to get your facial , waxing with, she takes her time on your eyebrows, she is such a perfectionist!! Loved it

Everyone has always been kind and professional when Ive gone here. Ive never been cut or solicited for add-ons. As with most nail shops the welcoming is filled with curtness, but it doesnt bother me.

I decided to try this place with my friend and literally was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I got a fill and received a older lady that seemed like she knew what she is doing. SHE DIDNT. She kept having to be helped by the owner and my nails looked uneven, resembled hills, and DIDNT EVEN GET PAINTED. I was SO pissed, I told the lady to stop and yelled at the owner for giving me someone who didnt know what she was doing. It took her over 2 hours to do a horrible job. I had a meeting to go to so I couldnt have someone else to finish so I had my nails looking uneven for a entire weekend. I had them touched up with the owner and never went there again. DONT GO THERE! GO TO LOVE NAILS! I have been going to love nails for an entire year and LOVE IT!

Absoulutely love it but they are so freaking pricey

Horrible! They had me wait forever. Customers who came in after me were taken care first than me. I was charged before they put the nail polish on my nails. The nail polish they used on me lasted only 4 days. When I removed it, it had stained my nails! Their nail polish is so cheap! Their price was ridiculous, specially when you get such a bad service. Quality =0 in both service and products they use. First time there and will never go again!

Really bad service I went today October 5,2016 they cut my skin I got a 30 dls pedicure and she told me to do gel for 5 dl more but I end it up paying 50 dls after I pay the lady that was doing my pedi was doing a 10 min massage she noticed that I only give her $2.50 for tip she stopped doing my massage. I dont recommend this place. Bad Bad services
