It’s 10pm at night myself and 3 kids had an issue with my passenger rear door would not close due to a lock malfunction. I called for assistance and whom ever answered got little information from me and said he would call me back and never did!

I called to get a key made for my car. The guy was curt. He quoted me $250. When I told him the dealer wanted $195 he said, then try to find someone cheaper. So I found a cheaper locksmith. $208. Thank you Pomona Locksmith.

I called last night to see about getting a copy of a broken truck key made. Its not a chipped key. The lady on the phone was very polite and told me they can do it as long as its a straight break. Which it is... When i went in this morning. Without really looking at it or even trying the guy told me he couldnt do it and I would have to rekey the ignition. $120 to change it... I drove over to B&B on central and they were able to cut it with no problem. Key works great. The man at the shop had to call someone to find out about the ignition key. Im not sure he was the locksmith. Had someone with more knowledge been there. Its possible this review would have been better.
