Went by there yesterday to have some lock cylinders remade for my contractors gate. I had a little glitch with the keys opening the gate.the owner told me that he would fix it which he did stayed late to get it done and actually gave me extra keys.the sign of a good business is when something does go wrong take care of it and make your customers happy.I would highly recommend them they stand by their work.

One of the few real locksmith shops around. Helpful and professional. Had a blank for my RV which I was actually not expecting. Most other local shop listings dont actually exist. Drove to three other locations in Chino Hills and Chino only to find no store front. Just a phone number to make an appointment to have someone come to your location for a ridiculous service fee. Key Me is a good example. A ripoff scam

One of my employees broke a key off in a large piece of equipment. The mfg wants 2 weeks to deliver a replacement, and no one seems to stock it. I called B&B, and was told to bring it in, and see what they can do. in less than 5 minutes, and for under $3, I had a key. There was a brief discussion about where the key broke not being perfect (due to the break, completely understandable), and if it isnt working to come back in...Key worked beautifully. Everyone was extremely professional, quick, and I will be back (but hopefully not for a while)!

I had went in to get my car key duplicated because the case of my fob had broken. I had met Chris who had helped me out with my key duplication and even installed the new key and case for me. He was very nice and helpful and the price was extremely fair. This definitely will be my go to place for future key/lock visits.

Amazing service, had them rework and rekey our office building.Insanely fair pricing, fast service, professional work. Honestly expected the bill to be a lot more, paid ~$150 to rekey 5 locks, and got 15 keys...Very knowledgeable, and even gave me a security advice.Will call again for anything related to keys.

I was down the street the other day and my friend needed some keys made and I told him dont worry I got it. Stopped by in the morning and the guy working there was really cool and I got a couple of keys made for just a few bucks ,

They were prompt and respectful. We have been using their services for many many years. And overall, the service was still great. However, The tech appeared to be in a hurry, he left 1 lock lose and 1 switched with another (different finishes).

I called to replace my cars key fob and they guy was totally honest. He said he would save me so much money by showing me where to buy it online and then they would be able to program it; instead of selling it to me himself and over charging me. I think thats great! Other places would totally take that chance to rip someone off! Totally going to recommend them to everyone I know.

We had B&B install access control at our office building. They are responsive and would use their services again.

Went there to have a a key made. They were nice, inexpensive, and got the job done. Saturdays theyre open from 9am-4pm. They were busy (which is great for business) so have a little patience when you go. Parking is in the back.

These guys are straight up and will get you out of a bind very quick, very Courteous and can get the job done. 👍

Incredible fast service. I called and withing 20 to 25mins arrived. And they picked up the phone as soon as I called usuallynlocksnisth dont answer they too busy. Prior to this I called two other guys one wasnt available amd the other never answer the phone and these guys answered the phone right away.

I was desperately in search of someone to make & reprogram a key. They came to me. & within 45 min it was all set & done. It was so last minute, I was freaking out about not being able to make it on time to work but I did! These are your go to guys!!

ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE EMPLOYEES. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW. Horrible service, especially edward, that guy was a nightmare. He lied about calling us constantly and had the nerve to yell back at his own customer. We even called their headquarters and whenever they said they put us on hold, they just hung up. We ended up just drilling through our door to get it over with.

Bad service i call this people ask them to came out and service my location. Do to had to get in a emergency and had broke my key they told me they would be out by 4pm waited till 530pm and had to call them again the person that answer the phone told me that the tech had not input it in the computer and that they could service me the day after. He was jocking about it instead of helping I had to get someone else to do the job.

They were able to programm a nissan smart key that i bought used so if u can find one its cheaper that way take it to them if they can they will as long ass the fcc id on remotes match you should be good 👍
