I’ve driven to this store twice when app says they are open. THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY no matter what it says here. Waste of gas.

My company has recently switched to UPS as their primary shipper. We have had problems with packages showing delivered when they are not. In addition, The UPS Store wants to charge us for picking up packages when we have a corporate account and should be able to pick up packages no charge to the recipient. UPS has provided a sheet explaining how to do it in case the people at the store are unfamiliar with the process. Jose at this store was unwilling to even look at or consider the information on that sheet. In addition this was shipped overnight on Wednesday and showed delivered to the store for pick up on Thursday. When recipient went to the store they were told the item was still on the truck even though it showed delivered. We actually were able to get hold of the package on Saturday 2 days late.

A bit annoyed that I had to come to a UPS store twice to ship out return items because a return label for an item I purchased disappeared from my email address for a return. Frustrating but I did the second trip to the UPS store, just to be reimbursed for what I paid for. My van is tan colored, 6KJP744 is the licence plate. UPS sucks at retunes towards individual customer accounts. Thats why I avoid using them as a shipping company all costs.

Needed a live scan to be cleared by the commission of teacher credentialing, stopped by 01/09/20 paid a fee of $74. A week later 01/17/20 received an email from the commission stating there was a discrepancy in my file which meant my live scan was registered under the wrong last name. I checked both the form I filled out for the UPS store and my ID and my full and correct last names are listed on both. After calling the UPS store the employee that did my scan said my last name was too long so he only put one of my last names. This was incredibly inconvenient as I was in the process of applying for priority registration for grad school in order to receive a $3,000 grant.The employee stated a resubmission could be made under the correct last name. I agreed and a resubmission was done. After not hearing back for two weeks about my live scan I emailed the commission and they stated resubmissions could not be accepted as there was a discrepancy in my file and that would require NEW FINGERPRINTS and that I should talk to the fingerprint place about not being charged again as it was not my mistake. I called UPS talked with an employee about the situation and stated I needed new fingerprints but did not want to be charged the $74 fee again as I did not make the mistake. Employee stated that the $25 fee ups applied could possibly be discounted but the $49 fee the government applies cannot. I asked to speak to a manager but no manager was available.I called again later that day and let them know I could stop by for fingerprints that day 01/30/20 but wanted to know if a manager would be available when I get there. Once again no manager would be available but as I was on an extreme time crunch with my grad school application I stopped by for fingerprints and the employee once again CHARGED THE FULL $74 again.Since then Ive talked to corporate, submitted a complaint and have talked to the store but have yet to hear from an actual manager. Only the same employee that completed my fingerprints has contacted me relaying messages from the manager about refunding me one of $25 UPS fees. Considering I paid a total of $148 in fees and waited nearly a month to be cleared this seemed like a completely irrational resolution.

I stopped by this location to drop off a set of documents which is where we always ship from, I was refused an envelope even though I had a prepaid label from the loan company even after telling Oz the person working at the counter what I needed and even pointing at the envelope that I had been given so many times in the past I was rudely dismissed and pointed to the envelopes for purchase I will attempt to speak with the manager and address this issue but if I had my way I would suggest the loan company use FedEx but I will not return to this location pending the conversation with the manager.

I have literally never had such a caring and helpful experience in my life as far as courier service goes. Robert helped me tremendously during my state of last minute holiday shipping panic. I left there with a huge weight off and with his help even saved a little money with his advice of adjusting weight and size! Thanks so much Robert!
