Since I purchased my first car from MK Smith Chevrolet in 2006, located right across the street, I have made a habit of taking my car to Soft Touch after each oil change. The services that I have gotten range from a regular wash to a full service detail to a partial wash and/or detail. Whatever I have asked them to do, they did it without question. And if thats not enough, the Riverside Cafe is conveniently located on the same property as Soft Touch. So I can get my car serviced, cleaned and I can feed myself as I watch the detailed cleaning process in just a few hours, and all of this, without having to go across town. I am beginning to know some of the Soft Touch staff well enough like Mario and Omar, who have always been professional and have made my visits pleasant, and now I feel comfortable going in each time. Its been a good day

Not impressed with that Midas wash...don’t even remember what that package entailed but it definitely was a basic wash. Please put a little more effort in cleaning the vehicles.Would not recommend if you want your car detailed.

It’s a horrible place the owner is a pure thief his name is Ayman he over charge for oil change and each time he will charge u different and the quality of the service they go there is horrible and if employee charges a different amount and customer service is horrible and they don’t do a good job waste of time and money do urself a favour and go somewhere else even look at the review u will know and last time I did oil change they damaged the housing oil filter part and what can I do NOTHING,my husband owns a diesel truck at the dodge dealer they charge $120 for oil change at this place AYMAN the owner charges him $160 pure thief just a typical ara**

Best spot in town, i drive almost an hour to bring my cars here for wash/detail and oil change.Shoutout to Omar for making all the visits fast and hassle free.

This used to be the best car wash in the area. The last few months, service was a little slow and cars werent detailed as carefully without a reminder. Today, I waited an hour for a wash. No one available when I drove in, 15 minutes to get vacuumed and then the cars sat in a queue without movement for another 1/2 hour. When the car was finally detailed, the inside back windows werent done. Had to ask them to do their job. Very disappointed

Always do an excellent job here. Prices are good and my car looks wonderful. The detail section was running slow so they gave me 20 off without asking. Free car wash with oil and lube too.

Wasnt IMPRESSED! Spend Good Money getting my Truck done. Didnt do a good job in Vacuming. Was in a rushto go to work. Had Id known my Truck wasnt done right for what I paid for I would have NEVER given a $10.00 DOLLAR TIP. Id think twice about going there.👎👎👎

I used to go here all the time when I lived in Cali. Moved to Arizona and on a return visit had my truck detailed, great detail job. Had a problem and Omar the manager fixed it right away. Great job by Omar.

It was busy I understand that but I paid $31.99 I believe for a car wash and everything detailed it was awesome but my car is not cleaned at all the vacuum probably wasnt working and cleaning the dashboard, door panel and let me tell u the leather seats worse. They used to b the best car wash ever, but now Im sorry its horrible job for what I paid!

Pretty disappointed today. I’ve been here many times throughout the years and for my car detailed today. The rims were still dirty, I found hair, they didn’t even tough the middle console that I had specially asked to be cleaned because creamer had spilled in it. It’s definitely better than it was but not worth the money for a car detail. I can’t get anyone on the phone to complain to. Just want the situation corrected.

Rude customer service, lost one of my floor mats. And constantly blocking parking lot.

Soft Touch is always on point. I typically get the 31.99 platinum. This time around its the handwax for 60.00 which includes the interior dressing. From my perspective theyve always done a phenomenal job.

It was just ok. There were spots on my door that was not wiped off. The center of my car was not cleaned at allI felt it should have been much cleaner so it was ok

Its a scam the extra wax sprayed on when. you order the expensive wash they don put the carnival wax or the rainbow wax dont get it the windows are dirty so you cant see that your not getting what you paid for

I have been to this car wash many times and they do a great job. The only issue I had was yesterday when the guy that drove my car out of the wash to get dried, he wasnt wearing a mask. For the past few months that I have brought my car in, the employees have been wearing a mask. I just ask that the manager be aware of this and enforce these health regulations during the pandemic.

Very upset these people are not professional on Recieving costumers and I arrived at 5:05pm Google business page reads closes at 5.30 pm they where rude and said they close at 5 pm when publicly reads 5.30 pm felt very discriminated.

Soft touchcar wash is a very good place to get your car clean. They take their time they care about what you say the management is wonderful.

Its hard to beat their prices for a handwash. I only take my wifes car to handwash carwashes and this place has the best prices and they do a good job.

Believe me, Ive been to a lot of different car washes. This place is by far the best Ive been to. While they are a tad bit more expensive than other places, the service is totally worth it.Just to give you an idea of the quality; they have a Quality Control guy inspecting the cars when they are done with the wash.

Came here for the first time. I was a bit skeptical after reading reviews.. I do have to say I was very impressed with the whole experience. Everyone greeted you and they took the time to double check the work when they called me over. I definitely recommend their service!

I got the xpress wax $31.99Price was too high for the services. They guys who cleaned my car missed alot of spots. Rims, center console, seats, front windshield, and my dashboard. Pretty much my whole car. Disappointed. Will not return. Gave a $1 tip for trying. Could of done myself and better

They didn’t vacuum they didn’t clean or polish the leather interior or dashboard floor Matt’s were still dirty!!! Literally got a 10 min car wash because that’s how long it took them to dry and “clean it “ for $31.99 totally ripped off

That David Ramos guy sounds like a tool. Sounds like a little man Driving a truck.This place does an excellent job every single time. Their clay bar deal is great and leaves the car feeling new. They even have a complete interior cleaning for like $80. I dropped a cup of Jack n coke and they got the smell out great. Plus you can eat at riverside grill while your car is cleaned

Hit & miss with this place w/ getting a good car wash

I have taken my Porsche here often. Today the finished wash was bad enough I question if I will ever come back. First the car had new fresh scratches over the entire drivers side I am guessing from a dirty wash or drying rag as I have it hand washed. Second the wheels were not close to clean. They owned the scratches and polished them out. Grateful for that, do not like that I have less paint due to all that had to be remove to get past the scratches. NOT HAPPY.

My husband gets our cars washed here. Its always crowded so please get there early! They have a lot of workers, so the service is fast and well priced. Weve gotten the top wash service and the full detailing and wax.

Pretty disappointed .... Ive been going here for years but they seem to be getting worse... I went Saturday had dog hair on my passenger seat witch I know is hard to get rid of so Im not really expecting that part to be perfect but I also have a rear compartment with carpet that needed vacuuming that didnt even get addressed .... The time before that I had to ask the guys to clean my windows cause they still had finger prints .... Honestly it sucks but you have to check everything before you leave the parking lot service has gotten pretty bad they just want your money and not trying to do the work

Best carwash around.

Strongly recommended for auto repairs and brake service. These ppl have fixed a lot of mistakes other mechanics have made on my car. I would bring it only here for auto repairs but I am always trying to get a deal. This is the best bang for my buck in regards to repairs. These mechanics are very ethical and will tell you when they should not perform the work and give the best solutions. Omar is a great manager. I have been coming for repairs here since 2007.

Discovered this place about 1 and half hours ago. Im very happy I did. Everyone working here is polite, they do a great job cleaning your car, theyre quick and know what theyre doing. I recommend this place to everyone.

I went there for the first time today, and honestly Ims disappointed. I got the 32 dollar wash and I wish I could post pictures to show how bad of a job was done. The car was still dirty, I wouldnt even call it vaccumed, and you couldnt tell the outside was cleaned. I called the place before going and the lady I spoke with was nice, and she recommended the 32 dollar wash, I expected a clean car. That is not what I got.****Edited****After posting this review, I got a reply from the manager to speak with him as he intends to fix the situation. I sent him pictures of the car, and a receipt for reference, he has yet to reply 4 days later. Never go here.

The only mechanics I truly trust. These men have always been straight with me and have fixed other mechanics in the areas mistakes. Again., they fixed a bad brake job where the mechanic neglected to toque appropriately my drum brakes ruining the brake job I had paid the incompetent mechanic. The mechanics at Soft Touch Car Wash are truly skilled and should ALWAYS BE THE FIRST PEOPLE YOU GO TO!!! Going to anyone else is a mistake. Shout out to Jorge & Omar for ALWAYS PROVIDING GREAT SERVICE

Excellent car wash. Draw back is when busy there is a long wait for your car to be dried. Pretty through and tipping is not required though desired. They also ooffer well priced by hand options from hand wash, hand wax, to interior cleanings.

Great car wash, they made my truck look new again especially after some off-road adventures.

BEWARE OF THEIVING EMPLOYEES! Came to get a car wash and left with money missing out of my vehicle. Its only a few dollars in change, but its the principle of the matter. I cant say which employee took the change, but I took a picture right before handing the car to the vacuum guy. The manager wasnt available to remedy the situation, but theres no need as I wont be returning. Needless to say, the cleaning job was mediocre as you can see the same dirt from the before and after pictures are still there. Its just some change here and there now, but hopefully this post prevents someone else from having their valuables stolen.

Rufo is one of the supervisors there and I must say he keeps things running smooth. Pays attention to detail and has the guys really put effort into cleaning the cars.

Dont wash your car here unless you want scratches on it. Washed my car here for the first time and itll be my last time. I was also told there would be a certain fragrance in the car and there wasnt. Aside from the scratches on my car and scent they did not vaccum properly, they left dust and dirt all over my back seats. Never coming to this place for a car wash ever again. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
