Usually I’m pretty happy with my car washes is here.I don’t know what happened this time. I got the luxury pack wash. When I got home I was getting out of the car and noticed that my front seats still had my dogs fur on them.My front windshield still had little branches from the trees.Next time I don’t care if I’m in a hurry or not. I’m going to check my car really good before I leave.

If you want to get a great car wash, Id suggest going here. Your car would look very shiny and if you choose to put a scent inside of your car, you wont regret it. It smells so good. I cant choose which one is best so its up to you to decide.

Great place prices are a little heigh but there do a great job

I love this place. Great prices and they do an excellent job. Their detail department is awesome. Once They cleaned the carpets in my car when someone threw up they did perfect job. No more smell is priceless. Today I got a hand wax and its super awesome.

Chino Valley my God sometimes that place is good and sometimes it aint the guy I got today thats up there and did the windows I had to redo the windows when I got home I guess theyre not washing the towels in between cuz theyre all streaked and theyre very slow so youre on your own when you go

My favorite car wash

There were only a few cars getting serviced yet the back seat of my car was not vacuumed at all. There was grass in the back seat and a mud smudge on the side which I had to clean and vacuum when I got home. For $30 I expect my car to be thoroughly cleaned. They are not even busy but it’s my last visit

Worse car wash in Chino. Stopped going 5 years ago, came by to see what has changed the guys that are supposed to vacuum my car used a blower to shove all the debris under my seats.

Great job. Good prices and the employees did a good job on my car. Some of the washes have a discount Tuesday’s and Thursday’s so I recommend going on those days

For $69.00 i expect to be throughly cleaned, still no vacuum inside and water spots. Mediocre service! I told my son never again!!

Paid for what seems used dirty water for my “carwash”Worker left many undried water spots on lower part around my car. Streaks on windows, wheel overspray on rims.Not sure if it’s only on Friday’s but seems these guys are too eager for the weekend to start

Paid $40 for a hand wash and the interior was not vacuum thoroughly or wiped properly.

Went for first time. Workers are pretty quiet and could be more friendly. I paid for a detailing and certain spots were missed. But overall ok job. The scent i chose barely had a smell. Dont know if ill go back anytime soon.

Cant wash a car to save their life

I just got here from Chino Valley car wash, and I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised. The prices are a bit higher than other car washes but the service is great. I purchased the lowest cleaning package. There was not a single speck of dirt left on the dashboard and the outside of my vehicle was spotless. The man assigned to my car was quick and courteous. I will definitely be coming here again in the near future.

I brought a new vehicle through to mainly get the carpets vacuumed and road film off. I watched the greeter, who was the only person vacuuming at the time. He vacuumed the drivers seat, and never opened another door. When I picked the vehicle up, the few spots of road film were still there, which I wiped off myself. For $21, they should do a better job.

They were a LOT better when they were a Hand Wash Car Wash but since they bought in the machines to wash your car they have really gone downhill. Instead of improving on customer service and getting back a clean vehicle. You get back a half-clean vehicle with water streaks :(

Was disappointed with the vacuuming of the car. They didnt vacuum under the seats, or even under the floor mats. The inside wasnt really clean correctly either. I doubt that i wouldnt be going back.

Employees are nice and friendly but the car wash sucks carpets are still dirty after they vacuummed twice windows have smudges and cupholders were not cleaned a/c vents are still all dusty just a really bad experience for $30 would never come here again

I pull up and wait as I watch the team of car wash specialist pay no attention to me. They finally wave me over and act like it’s an inconvenience that I’m there. The attendance takes my order and up-sells me on a $29 package I agree and head inside to pay and they charge me 34.99. I point out the sign and tell the employee that they up sold me on the $29 package not the $34 package. She tell me “NO” and it going to be 34.99 and she wont give me a discount. I said I’m not looking for a discount I just want to pay the price as Advertise. She says no I have to pay $34.99 or downgrade the package. I told her to downgrade the package then they act like it’s an inconvenience for them that I have an issue with what they up sold me on. Terrible customer service and the worst customer experience.

The owner of the car wash yelled at me why because he was having a problem with this internet and the card that I was using was it going through because the internet was down so he did it the old-fashioned way made a few copies of my card and through with the papers I said hey you need to tear up those papers and thats when he yelled at me I could talk to you about a child I give it two stars so f. Off

Went and spend 49.99 on a hand wax service and was very dissapointed. Dude left wax all over my car, water stains from not drying correctly, windows smudged, and wheels not correctly cleaned or shined up.

Liked their service and the price was cheap. Staffs were good.

This is the second time that Ive been here in the last 6 weeks and again they take the car that should have been after mine first. This place could use better management. Poor Customer service. Time to find a new car wash. You would think the guy who is charge of seeing what package you want and directing the order of which cars are next in line wouldnt be that hard of a job..... not like its rocket science.

Okurrrrrr this place is absolutely amazing!!! They are always friendly and so detailed when cleaning my car. I have never been more satisfied at a car wash. The people are so friendly and the work that they do is immaculate. If you are thinking of coming i highly recommend it and you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been here for car wash for years, and they always do great jobs every single time. They’re not like other car wash, they won’t miss any detail on it. I don’t have to check when I’m in a rush, because I always trust them when they told me my car is done.Even their price is not the cheapest one, but you will know it’s really worth it.

Love coming here to get my car washed! They do a good job and its only $20 to clean inside and out. If you go early, you wont wait longer than 15 minutes.

I recommend getting the Express Detail, its more expensive, but the quality of the wash is much better than the basic wash and wipe. I have taken multiple cars (4) per month and have never had a bad experience. Their exterior is very good, but they are kind of soft on the interior. If you point out an issue they have no problem fixing it, just ask. If you get a basic wash expect it to take 15-20 mins and if you get the express expect 40-45 mins. If its busy add about 15 mins to your wait. Go in the morning or later part of the day as its usually slower. Also Sundays tend to be slower so you should be done faster.

They were a bit rude at first but the cashier was nice... But then they called me over to tell me that they locked the keys in the car... (Smh). I gave them two stars because a nice man was able to get the door open without leaving any marks. So Im at least grateful for that.

Paid for hand wax, 1/2 the car was cover in wax when I got home I was in a hurry so I did not had time to check it. Went there a second time and the guy said he would give me a discount on the same job and he would personally make sure it was done right. Again wax all over the car I guess this time it was fresh and not dry yet, I also found a note saying that I was a delicate customer so watch out. Never going there again.

They get the job done really well. Any question I had, they answered. They were happy to help.

The service writer ignored myself and another customer until a friend of his pulled in. He treated me like cheap for requesting that days special then made sure the guys took his friends truck before my car. Used to be a good location but I doubt Ill be back. The wash itself was good but missed a lot of spots so I guess quality is what they take off for the special.

This Carwash is under new Management and I LOVE IT!!!!! The employees are very nice and friendly. Since its under new management the manager is very friendly hears your complaint if you have any and makes sure your 100% happy with your visit!!! Totally Recommend this place!

Wont be going back ever again I got charged for something done horrible they dont even clean the inside properly my door inside handles dirty too much tire dressing my dash half clean half dirty HORRIBLE JOB this place is a joke really upset

This place does real good job of taking care of your car.They always vaccum your car good and when its been washed and it comes out of the washing area, the guys wipe down the car snd make it all clean and bright for you to drive.

I have been thru many carwashes near by Los Angeles. Love this place. They do such a good job, cleaning well inside/outside. No matter what type of services I got, they make me pleased. After washing and looking around I am always happy. They must understand what they have to do to get a shiny and clean car. It makes me come back here.

When my wife last told me it was time for my yearly carwash and haircut, I came here. They dont normally cut hair, or even wash it. Nor do they think a combination carwash/barber shop is a million-dollar idea, worth the half million dollars I asked them to pay me. I thought it was a pretty good deal.

Its my first time here and i am very satisfied with the carwash. Every workers seem very nice and courteous.

No new car smell like requested. Water spots everywhere. Dash board not wiped down. Cup holder area not wiped down. Will not go back again. And I will tell all I know the bad service we received and not to go there to.

My car was cleaned and dried in a short time. The facility had benches inside and out to sit.

Got a door handle torn off the drivers side when I pulled in and they blamed my car. Instead of opening the door normally. Not pleased after they blamed me and my car. Not even an apology. Wont be back

I just left there, the guy who was giving tickets asked me to stop pulling forward, which I did then he proceeds to take 2 cars who came after me and started to vacuum their cars,all while I am waiting now for 20 minutes. I then tell him Ive been waiting for over 20 minutes now, he says Oh, well I have to take care of them first, Ill give you a ticket then he proceeds to walk away from me. Horrible customer service, I will NOT be back!

This car wash is so close to where I live but every time I have gone there I have to have my car vaccumed a second time. I have given this place three tries. I will take my business else where.

I took my truck to your place three times snd last saturday was the worst wash i ever had the guy that work on truck place all the wet towels on top of the hood sunday morning i went out and notice a big water spot where the towles were place the driver side both doors were not even clean my truck is new and black so i dont know if i ever want to go to your pkace again

Brought 2 cars there and only one of my car got a tire dressing while my other car looks like it was half done. They are very pushy, if you dont get a wax with them they put car behind other cars that showed up after you. Not the first time that has happened. I havent been there in a couple of months and was hoping maybe they changed their way but that was my mistake for going back. I always have a problem with them. Whether its with one of their employee stealing something from me or they do a half ass job. I guess I have to find another car wash.
