Poor Service, DO NOT GO HERE. Laura nor Danny know how to process a policy. Danny never sent me proof of Insurance nor did Laura want to email me MY policy. When I requested Laura to email it she said wait till Danny comes back from lunch what kind of service is that??? Also Danny never added Uninsured Motorists coverage because you cant add the coverage when you first write the policy . Not true he was to lazy to go back and add. LOOK FOR A BROKER THAT KNOWS HOW TO TO HIS JOB... DEFINITELY NOT HERE

I have insurance here and it sucks. They over charged me to change the name of my car and charged me once again to mail the information to me?? I asked the lady to mail me the insurance policy paper and instead she mailed me a bill that I already had paid? Then I asked is there is a charge in paying my bill online and the lady said no. I go online and they charge me an additional $5. the lady is an idiot.
