Xavier is one of the main reasons I have been loyal to Allstate for so many years. He is always available to explain my policy or make any changes I may need. He is kind and always provides excellent customer service. Allstate has a ton of discounts and benefits for being a long time customer, which I appreciate. I’m also grateful for the support I have received for auto, especially when unexpected events happen. Thank you so much! Xavier is an awesome agent. Always there to answer my concerns over my policy. I have been with his company for years. He and his receptionist do a great job at returning my calls and emails in an efficient manner. Definitely would recommend! :)

This review is based on the agent and not Allstate. I called the agency to review a premium change that I was concerning. The young lady who took my call was fine, she had good customer service and informed me that Xavier will follow up with me. Xavier called me the next day and he was rude, condescending and patronizing. As soon as I said hello, he had an (assuming rehearsed) 3-minute matter of fact speech on why my premium was the way it was. When I tried to interject, he would continue to over talk me. I then stated we both cannot talk at the same time and understand one another. He finally let me speak and when I finished, he asked, would you like me to answer that?. He then proceeded to say Im going to speak facts only then contradicted himself and said Im assuming its this happened. After I asked for additional information on details HE BROUGHT UP, he then said hes not sure why I need this information. SIR YOU INTRODUCED THE TOPIC and Im only asking for further verification. He then lied and said he doesnt have access to pull it up and needs to research. Then continued to give information...... All in all, he didnt call to be a partner and help me understanding. He made an assumption, based his facts around that assumption and became upset when I asked him to explain my policy. Imagine that an agent who does not want to explain your policy. I ended the conversation by asking for his office hours. He informed me that he had a family emergency that he does not need to discuss. I never asked why he wasnt there or isnt, Im asking for his office hours. He then said he is an independent contractor and his time varies. Perfect so does this mean your time in the office varies? He wouldnt give a straight answer and became defensive. Sir, Im busy just like you, I just need to know if I need to reach you how I can go about coming into the office and reviewing the screen together. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also shows his integrity that he would rate himself a 5 and not have real customer reviews!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance agent! Did not provide proper information, spoke poorly to the customer and just overall did not hold himself the the Allstate Standard!#NOTINGOODHANDS

Not satisfied with the service I , Im not complaining against Allstate just the agent at this location. He needs to treat customers with more respect.
